Follow up! Brows looked amazing, but then again, I hadn't…read morereally had much to start. Went in for my touch up, 4 weeks later. I brought to her attention that the left brown had kind of a bald spot. Ana did her touch up and away I went. Now, 2 weeks from my follow up (total of 6 weeks since the initial appt), the bald spot is still there. Doesn't really look like it had been touched up. It looks like a few sharpie lines with space in between. It is not at all blended nicely like the right brow. I will contact the salon and make an appointment to have Ana look again. I truly expected more for the amount of money I dropped to get my brows back. I will post pictures soon.

I decided to call this location within the 3 day grace period and I was scheduled an appointment immediately. I told them about the fallout I had with the lashes and how it didn't match what I asked for. The tech listened to everything I said and they redid my set free of charge. I am beyond happy with the service at this location and I highly recommend them! The customer service was great at the other location as well, but I highly recommend this one out of the two! The second time she used a different tape and I had zero redness or uncomfortability/pain whatsoever. Eventually, i was done with my pedi first and we both got our acrylics going at the same time next to each other. Speaking of which, one of the only reasons I even wanted to finally try acrylics for the first time was their irresistible April special: size 2 acrylics one color and gel pedi one color for only $80! Even though I never got acrylics and never knew how much those usually go for, i already knew it was a steal for BOTH. Absolutely FELT FABULOUS!! We were also able to make the acrylics ombre for only $5 more! I am hooked!
