This was on a Saturday and the Salon was closed on Monday so I called on Tuesday and Jose said he had no time to fix my hair and could refund my money . This Salon only has 3 stylists including the owner Jose. The owner is a horrible stylist and doesn't have the decency to take pride in his work or business. Would not recommend this Salon...... only gave 1 star because there was no option for a thumbs down! I was made to feel I was in the wrong because the Stylist had no idea what she was doing. The decor was interesting, lots of Hollywood references and they sold clothes there, which is odd. There was one worker and she was in the middle of cutting a client's hair. She welcomed me and gestured for me to sit as I asked if she took walk ins. She finished working on the client and then took her mother to get her hair done. She indicated it would be a quick trim, she was right, the lady working was really good and fast. She cleaned in between clients and was so nice to my daughter. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she definitely matched it! She quickly cut 8 inches off her hair and cut it exactly as I wanted, making sure about the length and angle of the cut. She was very precise and gentle which I loved. She blow-dried my daughter's hair and cleaned the hair off her neck and face. The bangs are straight, my daughter just ran her hands thru it right before I took a picture. Best off all the haircut was $12! I gave her a $20 and she was so surprised and appreciative. I told her she did good work and deserved it. We'll be back when her hair grows again as I really love how fast she was.
