If I could I would give a zero star my wife had came here to get her eyebrows done and gave simple directions on what she wanted however it did not come out anywhere near what my wife had asked for its pretty much the complete opposite. Its bad enough she's been crying for an hour because its pretty much messed up her whole look. She loved the way her eyebrows looked and the fact they didnt listen to anything that she wanted for her eyebrows is terrible I wouldnt recommend this place in a million find a better place. read more

Tucked away in a small plaza is this hidden gem! I was in need of a good threader and decided to stop in! I was the only one in so the employee quickly got me in and out! The prices are reasonable and I only paid $10 for my threading. If you need a good threader come here! read more

Six months ago I'd have pointed out that this is both the fastest and best looking threading I think I've ever got. Will add that (as of when this review was written) they wear masks, gloves, wipe everything down, etc. Have never waited more than ten minutes. I found this little gem while on Yelp desperately looking for a threading place! I had grown my eyebrows for 3 months I decided this place because it had the most reviews with 5 stars. Easy to find in the little shopping center. I do not regret it one bit! As I walked in she was helping another client and asked me to sit. When it was my turn she was just so nice. Asked how I wanted them and she did exactly that. Wish I would have got her name. This will for sure be my eyebrow place from now on! Go go go ladies! They do offer tinting! It didn't have it on the price list so I wasn't sure but the lady before me got it. Wish I would have time to try it. I will for sure next time! read more

I recently moved to El Paso and was concerned with finding a shop that does good work. I have gone here twice and they have done such a great job with my eyebrows! My eyebrows are really thick and full and I like to keep it full with a nice arch and they haven't failed me yet. Threading is $10 which is pretty standard anywhere you go. The shop is clean and located in a plaza that typically isn't too busy and I love that. I would recommend to anyone to give them a shot read more

The lady who did my eyebrows was very nice and understanding and took her time. Every time she would get "too close" to my brow line she would show me in the handheld mirror what she was going to trim. Thank you! Will definitely make this my regular eye brow place. My experience was so wonderful! The customer service felt so genuine and she really took her time to make sure my shape of my eyebrows stayed the same. She was gentle while threading my eyebrows and lip. What even made it a better experience was her bringing my son's stroller near me so he wouldnt cry. If I could give more stars I would! I usually go to the east side for threading but this time I decided to keep my business in my meighborhood. I was WOW'D by the service. She was quick, fixed the last place's mistakes and it didn't hurt. This was the first time that I didn't come out with my eyes watery or sneezing and I've been threading for years now. I was looking for a eyebrow threading place in El Paso with trustworthy reviews. I never had my eyebrows threaded as I have very thin eyebrows and normally just do them myself. But I went to Eyebrow Land and was really impressed! Everyone is very nice and welcoming! The threading process was not painful and they took time doing my eyebrows and looked at the shape and were very careful. I now never go anywhere else but here! Highly recommend!!! read more

I'm so bad with names! But the lady who did my eyebrows was knowledgeable and experienced. She also seemed like a perfectionist which is great when it comes to Brow shaping! She gave me lots of tips on how to get fuller brows like no tweezing and trying castor oil to grow out thin spots. I love this place! The ladies are so friendly and do an excellent job at eyebrows! The price is very reasonable compared to most threading places! The place is clean and neat! My only recommendation is take appointments and walk-ins! Sometimes there is only one person working and the evenings are busy so you might have to wait 15-20 minutes if there are people ahead of you! If there are two people ahead of you then maybe you will wait longer. I don't like to feel like my service was rushed and not given full attention to detail because people are waiting.
