On average, in my hometown Houston, I pay any where from $7-$10 to get a decent job so when I saw that the price was $12, I figured that this place must as well be good. NEGATIVE. When I first walked in the ladies looked at me like was lost. They were not warm at all, nonetheless, I wanted to get my eyebrows done, so I ignored the feeling. ALWAYS TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS. I sat in the chair of the non-Indian woman I think she was from Eastern Europe by her accent. When my eyes were closed I could hear and feel her using the scissors more than she used the thread on my eyebrows and when she handed me the mirror, I felt like crying. I asked the other lady if she could fix it and she stated "If you don't like it, you don't have to pay and can leave." I have never been so insulted in my life from a threading salon. They assumed that I didn't want to pay when all I wanted was for someone with better hands to fix the situation. The Easter European lady went on to state that "I've been doing this for 5 years and never had a complaint." As if to put the blame back on me for trimming off half of my eyebrows. Now I have to rub castor oil on my eyebrows and hope that my eye brows grow back again. Bottom line, these people are rude and charge too much to do a shoddy job.

However the place is nice and clean didn't have to wait long got called after I seen my eye brows I was disappointed it looks like the end of my eye brow was chopped off! Asked the lady what happend? She said nothing! Just a shrug. So she charged me them it was my moms turn who got the same lady( wish I had got her name) bad choice! My mom is missing a chunk of hair in the middle of her eyebrow. How does that even happen? Idk anyway my mom told the lady "what happened to my hair?! Once again the lady said nothing and shrugged. My mom was really upset. But what can we do? All we can do is wait till our hair grows back. The lady charged my mom and keep looking at the receipt like where is her tip! Maybe she had an off day but now we got to walk around with these stupid looking eyebrows. I only rated one star because the lady didn't even say sorry or anything! Rude. If we go back will write another review one thing for sure will never get that lady.

I then proceeded to get my face waxed as well......I highly advise against it if you are not aware of what time of wax you are sensitive to. They used a soft wax on my face which literally tore my skin right off, I was able to get my money back for the face wax but three weeks later my skin is still scared and is still peeling from the effects. While I was getting my face waxed I noticed that my face was getting rubbed slit towards the end with an aloe type lotion cause the technician could. It tell if the wax was still in face. It took me one look in the mirror to realize that it wasn't wax, she was just rubbing my skin super hard aggravating it more. So as far as threading and tinting goes, kudos they got that down. Waxing however, I'll stick to actual wax spa from now on

Well, this just continues to go downhill. *1st appointment…read more(12/30/25), so excited/nervous, after searching and debating for over a year, but I did it. I was so excited to see that I had brows again. Walked out very pleased. *2nd appointment-follow up (1/27/26) I had a bald spot on the left brow, Ana did her thing and away I went. *3rd appointment (3/5/26) Back in again, I was under the impression after the follow up all would be wonderful. After healing (again) it doesn't look like the touch up from the 2nd appointment was even done. Not at all blended like the right brow. Another touch up to that area on the left...but she was rough on me this time. My brow area hurt for about 3 days and after healing is a lot darker than the right brow. I waited longer this time to see the outcome from this one. *4th appointment (5/12/26) Same brow, same bald spot, I am truly disappointed and angry that I have to travel all the way up there for something that should have been done right after the follow up. Michelle returned my call, made the appointment and told me there wouldn't be a charge ($320.00) per Ana. A Charge! If it was done right the first time and a check at follow up, I wouldn't be here a 4th time. At the appointment, it felt like she couldn't wait to get me out of there. She addressed the issue and I also told her my brows didn't match and the left was further away from the nose. She measured center nose said they were fine (felt like she was questioning me), but I wanted a few strokes to even them out. They still don't look the same- they both look okay, but not the same. I will be curious to see how they look in a week or two. After dropping $620.00 plus a tip after the first session, I am $700.00 into something that is totally disappointing. I almost got them tattooed instead of microblading. Guess I picked wrong. I never got a bad tattoo-always perfect and cost a lot less. This is an art; a passion and people wear this on their face every day. I will NEVER return to Ana Square, I will not recommend her and look forward to finding someone else to do my touchups in the future. If she does 3 brow appointments a day (just brows, not including her other services) she grosses approximately $1,860.00 a day/$37,200.00 a month. Insane amount of money for a piss poor job. I will post my final pictures after they are totally healed...promised.
