Everything you want a nail place to be clean very modern and friendly. Fresh towels and plastic liners. They tried to converse with you not each other. Made an appointment same day for friend and I Many options on a pedicure the basic was sufficient and relaxing. They offered you drinks like soda, hot tea, water, and wine. They didn't rush; they took their time and did it right. Only thing is I didn't get a topcoat gloss I think I should have asked .Maybe they forgot. read more

I went to this place in October 2019 but I had not posted the review because I lost the picture of my nails but I was recently able to recover it. I wanted to get my nails done here because they post amazing work on Instagram. I booked my appointment online and I had to pay a deposit which I thought was overkill but whatever. I drove 30 min from the east side because based on the insta pictures I really thought it'd be worth it. When I got there I showed them the pictures of the nails I wanted from their Instagram and they told me I couldn't get those nails because they were acrylic and I had made an appointment for dip powder. Eventually I was able to pick a dip powder color that I kind of liked and it turns out that they were running low on that color so my nail tech mixed it with another dip powder so that there would be enough for my manicure. I asked him multiple times if the color would be opaque enough to cover the whites of my natural nails. He was confident that it would work so I trusted him. Obviously it didn't work you can see in the picture that the color was patchy and uneven and you could clearly see my crooked ass nails underneath. And yes, I know that I can tell the nail tech if I don't like their work or if I want them to do it again but let's be honest nobody wants to do that it's uncomfortable! As a nail artist you should have pride in your work and be honest with yourself when it doesn't look good. The client shouldn't have to tell you when it looks THIS bad. He let me walk out of there with those nails so apparently he was content with the quality of his work ‍ Needless to say, I won't be coming back here. read more

Luxury Nails Spa - The color was very sheer (not how it looked on the swatch I chose) and it looks uneven IMO. - Nail Salons Near Me - El Paso, Texas

First time at this nail spa. My mom and I decided to try it because it has fairly decent reviews. When we booked our appointments I booked for a detox spa pedicure with gel (advertised 1 hour 15 min -67$) experience and a manicure. Our appointments were booked on the website with whoever was first available (big mistake on my part)! I was placed with Kim. Kim was very nice however she RUSHED through EVERY aspect of my pedicure. My mom and I sat down at the same time, receiving the same pedicure and mine was done in less than 45 mins and my mom got the full 1 hour 15 mins with Extensive massage by Mercedes. I verbalized my concerns to Kim that I felt she didn't spend the time allotted for what I was Paying . She got defensive and said " well I did all the steps". Maybe I have higher expectations. I just moved from northern Virginia where the costs for a pedicure are equivalent to this but your service is equivalent to what your paying . For example you get Paraffin wax and a neck / shoulder/ arm massage included . I felt ripped off paying 70.00 with tip when my services were rushed and the cost wasn't justified. I may try to go back one more time with a better reviewed technician, but my first experience was less than enjoyable sadly! read more

Called for a last minute appointment on Christmas Eve. And got it! Arrived 15 min late, no problem. They still took the time to call me to make sure I was ok and still keeping the appointment. Asked for a full set and pedi. John was the technician for pedi, he was attentive, welcoming, and helped me relax from all the holiday hustle and bustle. While the water was filling in the tank, he offered me a variety of drinks, from water, tea, to wines, champagne, mimosas, and many other deliciousness. I got Merlot. He started the massage chair. Instant bliss. He was thorough with his work, explaining each pedicure style and pricing, which products were used, what the establishment mission is, and he truly kept it. He removed 2 ingrown nails I didn't know I had. Helped with some dry patches on my leg and massaged the bottom of my feet reflexology style. Informing me of his findings by the knots he felt in my feet. Telling you, he was thorough and impressive. Before finishing up, he kindly poured me a second glass. While he was working on me, Brian started my full nails. He assessed each finger and nail bed. Recommended upgrading to Sculptured Nail set instead of regular tip attached style full set. Only $15 more than full set. He fully explained the difference between the two and why it's better to sculpt. And yes, it was worth it. Brian took his time, paid full attention to the nails, and sculpted them just how I asked. Another customer came in asking for his services. He never rushed his work on me. I am so impressed. So attentive and precise. Next Jessica painted my nails, and made sure they were exactly perfect for Christmas Eve. There was one nail that needed immediate fixing and she did it without me even having to ask. This entire crew doesn't mess around with customer satisfaction. Well worth the price paid to get THIS MUCH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I can honestly say this has been my best nail experience from a salon. Pure teamwork for customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and go. ENJOY!!! read more

I'm sorry, but if you go anywhere else, you're wasting your money and time. The ambiance is awesome and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Clean? Before going back home I decided to post-pone my trip a few hours and come here. Went in and there were no customers. I showed a picture of their social media post in hopes of getting the same work done. I was told the picture wasn't tagged with the color and they weren't able to get a hold of the person who posted it. As I was going back and forth undecided on what to get, the employees called the person who posted it and they were given the shade number. I was then seated. Up top they have several screens going with pictures of their previous work. There is also an extensive selection of nail polish. Their desks have this vacuum thing that catches the dust which is cool. I got my acrylics soaked off (the correct way) and got a manicure with dip powder. I was serviced for almost 2 hours and the tech never spoke to me. In those 2 hours she spoke to me 2x. There were other people that came in when I was almost done and they were offered drinks. No one offered me anything. The services are a bit pricey but the work is great. 2 days later and my nails still look fresh. If only "customer service" was better this place would've been perfect. read more

With the whole COVID-19 situation, the fact that they allow walk-ins is an immediate plus. I was sent over from their sister location (Cure) for faster service, and was immediately impressed at the ability to squeeze me and my friend between appointments. I came here for the first time yesterday and I had an amazing experience! I booked my appointment Saturday via their Instagram link for Square Up, I booked with Bryan because I had seen he's done a lot of work on their Instagram. I arrived 10 minutes early and was offered something to drink and was seated to pick out a color. They have lots of color choices! And the dip colors are beautiful. I picked my colors and I was then seated to do my manicure, since I'm in the army I can't get eccentric nails so I got a short natural dip manicure. Bryan really took his time and we had a conversation about how they do things differently than other nail salons. It really shows, customers are well known and it's a very clean and well kept salon. I was amazed when he finished my nails at how clean and beautiful they look, exactly what I wanted :) I got my toes done and had a wonderful conversation with one of the ladies that work there I forgot her name :( but my pedicure went amazing as well! I will definitely be returning I highly recommend this salon. The prices are very reasonable and the time and care out into your services is phenomenal. read more

Luxury Nails Spa - Dip manicure (dip #25) - Nail Salons Near Me - El Paso, Texas

I gave this place two stars because the gel manicure I got came out pretty nicely, and the girl who did it was extremely pleasant. I also can say everything was pretty clean. The woman working the front desk however, not so much. I called and made two appointments for myself and a friend. They assured me that they'd have two nail techs available to take care of us at the same time. We arrived about 10 minutes early; and we checked in. There were a bunch of people already at the front counter, so it was hard to see the polish options the woman at the front showed us, so we just waited for them to be done. When we finally were able to get to see the polishes, the woman at the counter explained that certain ones would be $5 extra because they were organic, but it was pretty unclear as to what was extra and what wasn't because everything was mixed. I explained to her that I needed clear, but my friend was looking for a color. She kept trying to suggest pale pinks, even though I told her I needed clear. When we finally got seated, my nail tech got started but nobody was around for my friend. In fact, no one actually came over to her. I had to ask what was going on, since we had booked the appointments for the same time, and no one had come over to her yet. We had been sitting at the stations for exactly 28 minutes before someone finally began her manicure. What I was really upset about was the woman from the front desk came over at one point to my nail tech and starting making comments about a gentleman who had come in for a manicure, but that they were busy. She then said was instructed by another person working to charge the man $25 to "hold" the time and if he didn't come back they'd take his money. I understand appointment cancellation fees, etc. but this seemed out of line, erroneous (as she didn't make this sound like the "norm") and she should not be speaking the way she did of another customer in front of customers. Overall, there was absolutely nothing fancy about this gel manicure. No extra pampering service, no hot towel, or anything that should warrant what this cost.... which was $37 without tip. I have expensive taste, but we're in El Paso for crying out loud, not a major city where these prices are appropriate!! Don't waste your time, there is NOTHING special about this place. read more

I am obsessed with this place. They are polite and friendly and SOOOOO CLEAN; almost everything is disposable to avoid cross contamination. They have a special kind of shellac from Europe and it's so much better than anything I've used. Their color selection for dip and shellac is top notch. I am so impressed by this salon and would expect to find something like this in Dallas or another big city. This is my go to place. read more

I would have given this place 3 stars if it wasn't for the incident that happened during check out. First time getting a service done here. Wanted to find something close to home instead of going down to Sunland like I usually do. I asked for dip powder manicure which is listed at $40 on the menu. This is only my second time getting powder and debated about getting gel, which I've been getting for over 10yrs. When I asked the male nail tech the difference between the two he said: it's the same thing-THIS IS THE FIRST RED FLAG. This place advertises themselves as a nail spa and having knowledge of nail care but I had to tell my nail tech TWICE to stop drilling off my already previously thinly drilled nails. I had to pull away so he would stop. SECOND RED FLAG. The nail tech working next to mine is a 19 year old girl, very nice and clearly artistic by the way she spoke to the client and how she provided her service, but this girl had no idea about the effects of UV light on the skin during a gel service. All she knew was what she's been scripted to say about the lotioned gloves they place on you during a gel treatment. THIRD RED FLAG. After over 1.5hrs to get a dip powder mani(this doesn't not include wait time) I didn't even get a hand massage. I didn't say anything because I honestly just wanted to carry on with my day. But then I get to the register and get charged $50! I asked my nail tech why the change in price and the initial guy who told me gel and powder are the same got up from doing a clients nails and yelled that a manicure is not part of the price. According to him Manicure is $17 and powder is $40 and they are separate services. If that's the case your pricing STILL doesn't make sense. I am from NYC, and have lived in three other cities around the country before coming to EP and this is the first time in my life that a manicure is not part of the service and comes with an additional cost. So I made sure they knew they are thieves. This man charged at me and got in my face demanding that I never call them thieves. He continued to yell in my face and I had to ask him three times to lower his voice. Looking back at the incident I realize how sexist this man is. He yelled at me like I was his wife speaking out of turn. I had to tell him that I am entitled to my opinion and he can't keep a client from expressing themselves. He continued to yell, at which point I advised him to stop because he was going to cost this coworker a tip. He threatened to call the cops on me and pointed to the camera, for what? I'm not sure. This man obviously doesn't take well to criticism or women speaking their mind. When he insisted about calling the cops after I paid for my service and I'm waiting for my receipt (obviously a way to get me out of his establishment) I identified myself as law enforcement and asked him to call police. His demeanor changed which shows that he had no grounds for calling police since he was the one who charged at me, waving his hand in my face and yelling in my face like we were at a bar. In summary, this place is trash. Their service is very average, you can see in my pics; nails are not clean around the cuticles. Their prices are misleading and their workers are uneducated and extremely unprofessional. They pride themselves in using all disposable products that come from Japan...but this doesn't make up for the lack of training and customer service. Nail salons at malls have done better work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. read more

I called in the morning and asked for an appointment for Brian (friends raves about him), I got there early appt at 3 arrived 2:45 to get a parking. I walked in and was greeted and when I got seated and someone came and took off my gel polish. Then got my hands put into acetone which was way too hot, I mean it was boiling the bowl steam thing, done of the ladies asked if it was too hot and I said YES! They added cold water to fix so I said ok it happens. Guy who worked on my nails I told him about 7 times how I wanted and every step I had to tell him how I wanted it he was doing his own thing! He wasn't replicating the photo at all, cut my nails way too short, I wanted Matte said it multiple times and still didn't get it til I had geltop coat on. Never got offered a water or talked to by anyone, it was just a horrible experience when I finally got someone to do the design assuming it was Brian he talked to everyone but me about how I wanted things and I was just beyond done. My friend and I tried this place for our monthly pedicure to see for ourselves what all the hype was about since it has the best Yelp reviews. We were accommodated with same day appointments which was nice and promptly offered a beverage of our choice upon arrival. The whole atmosphere is clean and modern. The pedicure technicians were friendly and engaging. Everything went well and lived up to the hype. I'm only deducting one star because their prices are higher than the competition. The basic pedicure is $30 and a set of gel nails will run you $50. They don't offer any specials or packages. All in all I really give this place 4.5 stars. read more

Honestly this place is extremely over priced. I spent $55 on a pedicure that DOES NOT include callous remover, what's the point of a pedicure then? I did get gel polish and a 30 second massage.
