This is hands down the best nail salon I've ever been too. The atmosphere is amazing, very modern & it's extremely clean every time. Every single person in their staff is friendly & they make you feel at home. I've been here 3 times & I won't be going anywhere else. I've gotten a pedicure by 3 different nail techs & all their work was great. I was impressed there was no difference within them at all. Bryan is the one who has worked on my hands every time & he never disappoints. I'm a pretty plain Jane kinda girl & always get acrylic color & he always manages to make my neutral colors beautiful. I got extremely sick this past month which made me delay my nail fill, even after 6 WEEKS my nails were fully intact, & still beautiful. Ladies if your looking for a nail salon, look no further. I just moved here in January and had tried three other nail salons before this one. And the other ones were not good at all, so I decided to give this one a shot, because of the reviews on here. This newly established nail salon is phenomenal!!! I made an appointment for a Dip manicure and John was great. He took his time making sure the shape of my nails were correct. And he also explained every step he was making before he did anything. They care about the client, and it shows in their work and friendliness. This is a second review and Like always, this place never disappoints me. This place is another reason why im here in El Paso. Their works are bombs, and they make me a happy person everytime. I heard people complaining about the pricing. I mean you got what you paid for. Their products are not from Sally's ( from Europe fyi) and their training/ techniques are not learning from youtube (also from Europe). After a friend suggested this salon I brought my grandma for a manicure for her and a fill for myself. My stylist was Brian and my grandma had Megan. They were both AMAZING. They both paid complete attention to detail and explained the products they offer and made sure we liked the way our nails looked as they went along. The cleanest nails spa that I've been to. I was visiting El Paso and decided to try out this new place on my way to Whole food. It looks really modern and green. The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. They really know what they're doing. They offer a lot of designs and up-to-date nails trend. Their products are earth friendly as well. Definitely beat all the salons in Texas in term of cleanliness, skills and customer service. One more thing, check out their bathroom. They have one of those robotic/automatic toilets. I've been to Luxury Nail Spa 3 or 4 times already & I adore it, truly, it's by far THE best nail spa I've been to in both Las Cruces & El Paso by far. Their work is amazing every time, but the reason I've given them 2 stars is because every single time I've gotten my nails done I've made an appointment, days/weeks prior & they never get me in on time. I end up waiting another 30 minutes to an hour until I'm seen, which completely defeats the purpose of an appointment. I'm currently sitting in the salon, WAITING. I came in 15 minutes early to my 2:25 appointment to ensure I'm not here longer than necessary because I have work across town. Unfortunately, I haven't been acknowledged as far as starting the service I, again, schedule weeks prior to this date. I understand they take walk ins but if you know you've made an appointment why would you start a service on someone else 5/10 minutes prior to the SCHEDULED appointments start time. ON TOP of that, on several occasions the tech has jumped from guest to guest, extending the service time. The last time I was here, granted, I was getting a full acrylic set, the entire service took over 3.5 hours. I've been coming back because I love their work & I've yet to find anything near as good, but their failure to meet our scheduled appointments & complete services in a timely manner is a big disappointment & may cost them business, not just mine but others. I want to say their work is worth it but I'm honestly very frustrated this has happened so many times that I can't really say.So just a friendly tip, make sure you clear the whole day for a service that should take 2 hours tops because chances are you won't be seen on time. read more

I recently got my nails done here and to my disappointment they started falling off. I got a dip manicure one afternoon and the following day one fell off. I went back they fixed that one but within 2 days half had fallen off. It sucks because I've never had this problem before with them. It sucks to take the time out of my busy day to get them done and to receive this quality. read more

This was the worst experience iv had. I walked in wasnt even welcomed the man grabbed the basket of nail samples and walked away from me I assumed I was supposed to follow him when he got to what I'm assuming was his station the basket was tossed on the table (with attitude). Then was laughed at when asked if they carried pink wine. Due to previous experiences with other salons when they have a card on file they allow you to pay with the card on file. When I asked them if they can charge the card on file because I didn't have it with me they began to speak in their language in-front of me which I find incredibly rude but they refused to use the card on file. I took my girlfriend to get her nails done. We set up an appointment with patty ended up with Kim even though we showed up an hour early. Still had to wait till appointment. Ended up getting sat at the counter to start with because no seats were available. Finally went to a seat then she started. Wasn't talkative at all. Seemed really upset. My girlfriend wanted all nails purple with one nail being a floral pattern. She kept messing up pattern over and over and ended up not doing it right. Owner even came over and approved of them. They had cracks in them. Pieces and parts everywhere and even plastic left in the clear coat put over the nail after the art leaving it rough. My girlfriend and me came home very displeased. My girlfriend got rid of the art and painted over it. Also costed 65$. Which isn't a problem if they hadn't messed up. Also rushed through the time it was supposed to be. Super upset .... read more

My first visit a couple of weeks ago was a pleasant experience. I went back today for a dip manicure, but the owner was the one who attended me this time. It was a horrible experience. From the moment he received me at the counter, he made me feel like I was intruding. He was rushed, inpatient and did sloppy work. He was extremely rude and arrogant.
