Posh Nail Bar - Sometimes ya gotta treat yo self - Nail Salons Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Came in as a walk in for a pedicure and set of acrylic nails. I did not have to wait and the staff was really nice. My pedicure came out as expected but was very disappointed with my acrylic set. They looked very nice but the acrylic was too thin and my nails started popping off within a few days. This has never happened before and I typically expect my nails to last around 3 weeks. read more

Terrible customer service. I walked in, and the woman behind the counter was on her phone texting. She barely looked up and could not be bothered to ask what I needed. Someone else, who was performing a manicure yelled across the room asking what I needed. When I told them that I wanted two pedicures, nothing seemed to happen. Then a lady from the other side of the establishment yelled at me to come over for a pedicure. The whole time, the woman behind the counter, in front of me, was turned away still texting on her phone, pretending I wasn't there. Needless to say, this did not make me feel welcome so I left, Also, the smell of acetone was incredibly strong in the whole place, and just being there for five minutes during this interaction started to give me a headache, Not sure what the quality of the nail service is, but I did not wait to find out and be disappointed, read more

Have had a full set on plus a pedi from them for about 4 days now and you would think I haven't had them done in about 4-6 weeks. Pedicure immediately started peeling and my GEL nails have been peeling off the color, plus a nail just broke. I paid $115 for both and would never come back unfortunately. I don't mind paying money for quality work but not when they come out looking like this 4 days later. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the staff was super nice and the pedi massage was nice. read more

Came with my sister to get a mani and pedi after having a friend recommend Posh Nail Bar to us. When we went there was a short wait but the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I got the Tropical pedicure and the hot stone massage was the perfect touch. I'm not one for nail polish so I opted for a buff and shine. Everyone should be taming their nails and feet as no one should be walking around with busted hands/feet. Pricing was more than fair and it was a great chance for my sister and I to catch up. I loved the massage chairs and how they did our manicures while we were at the pedicure station. Not having to walk around chair to chair was a super nice touch! read more

In town for the day . Found this place and so glad I did . I came in with nail inspo pics and They nailed it Definitely a great start to my week . Full set with art Nice Relaxing pedicure. I think I found my reason to make a trip to El Paso for self care read more

So I usually don't book appointments for nails because I never know when I'm gonna have some time available today I had free time and I just walked in to this place, they welcomed me and sat me to do my service in less than 5minutes. I liked this place because it looked clean and really modern and new, as I was getting my manicure I start noticing that more and more people start showing that's always good they have a good amount of clientele and it's obvious why; the staff is super friendly kind and polite, I've been in places where people is kindda rude and just very frowny NOT HERE! They were even getting some service done in a couple of little girls that were there with their mom (7-8 year olds). I can't get my long "Cardi B nails" done anymore but I was being nosy and checking on the person next to me and they were doing really good job; I just got a simple manicure and gel and it was nice and relaxing she even did a quick massage in my hands while putting lotion on them. Something worth saying is that this is the first place that they didn't hurt me at all many times while cutting my cuticle or filing my nails they hurt me but in here she was very careful and didn't hurt me at all PLUS100 read more

Was hoping to find a clean, quality nail salon with skilled technicians near me to frequent but the quality of the work has come up short a few times now for the higher prices. There was a foul odor coming from the drainage area behind each pedicure chair. I noticed mold growing in the drains where the odor was coming from. I've rarely received true quality service from a male nail technician, they always seem too hurried and pay little attention to the details IMHO. read more

I had a dip powder manicure ($45.00) done at this establishment and when I asked about were my cuticles going to be done, I was informed that was going to be an extra $10.00. I was surprised, it is my understanding that process is part of the manicure. Am I wrong? Why did it change? When I had my manicure 4 weeks prior my cuticles were cut... I asked to see the menu of services and was informed they did not have one. It is my understanding. That all salons have a menu of services. Needless to say, I know when I'm being taken advantage of. I think I'll find someplace else to go. read more

Regular mani-pedi service, sure you can't go wrong. But for powder dip, turn around. The lady who did my nails, failed to apply the dip base binder prior to the color dip. And to top it off, she topped my nails with clear GEL top coat. Therefore, my nails did NOT last more than a week. At the 2 week mark? The coating just started chipping and peeling off. This salon also charges for everything. $5 for removing the previous color and $5 if you have long nails to shape. That is insane. You're looking at almost $50 for a powder dip nail... with half ass application. read more

Went to this place for the first time and sat with Emily. She was very thorough (I'm picky about my nails) and made sure to do them exactly how I wanted. The nails were $80 and she consistently checked in with me to see if I liked them. (Don't be afraid to speak up to your nail techs! Sometimes I get scared to do that but she made me feel comfortable) Overall nice experience and a very nice lady. I would definitely come back just for her. read more

Pleasant nail salon! The nicest interior and least smelly salon I have been to here in El Paso. Everything was so clean and efficient. I had an appointment and was taken care of right away, offered a beverage while I had my service, which was a nice touch. My manicurist took an hour, which is faster than usual, which was nice for a change as the nails still turned out great. Could use another coat on the color, as the paint turned out more translucent than I wanted, but still pleased. Love the nail shape. Will return! read more

Posh Nail Bar - Dip manicure $40 - Nail Salons Near Me - El Paso, Texas

I recently had a decent visit to this nail salon. Everyone was friendly enough and the place looked clean and I was offered a cocktail, which was nice. My complaint is with the nail service I received. The pedicure process was fine, but my nails were cut way too short after I asked to leave the length. And I asked for a plain manicure with no polish, a square shape and round edges. I had to cut my nails once I got back to our hotel, since my nails were catching on blankets and pretty sharp. We had been there for quite some time waiting for our services, so I didn't want to sit around for someone to fix my nails. I will say that the nail tech I had (a young man) more than likely isn't qualified to work there. He seems to be asking the lady next to use what the next step was the entire time. It seemed like they called him out to help because there were so many people waiting. read more

Terrible customer service. Arrived for fills and waited 45 minutes. Two young girls arrived and got serviced before I did... when we were all needing the same service. So disappointed... been coming here for over a year and a half but after today I won't be back. read more

I've been there twice for a pedicure. I love that they exfoliate your feet and remove all the dry skin.

Okay let me start off by saying that this is the first nail spot I've been to since I've moved to Texas and I was more than happy with my results. I walked in for 2 pedicure appointments on Saturday around noon, I then decided to add a full set and the gentleman up front asked if he could do my full set first and me and my fiancée can then do our pedicures after. I agreed and picked out my colored acrylic. He offered me a glass of Merlot that was honestly not bad at all considering I'm not even really a wine drinker, he shaped my nails exactly how I wanted and even told me about good food places in the area since I had just moved from California. He put me on to some popular Korean bbq places since I told him I had been searching for one, he then did my pedicure and the whole experience was just a 20/10! I will definitely be back and look for him in the future, I didn't get his name but I will update my review when I return for my fill:) read more

this place may do nails good but customer service and communication is why the rating is so low. I walked in for a pedicure they said have a seat someone will be right with you. 2 customers came in after 15 minutes after me without an appointment and was seen before me. when I asked why the manager then told me it would be 30 minutes cause they had no one available. I asked how the 2 got pushed in front of me and he acted like he didn't see them and said they were using the bathroom? And I stated it looks like their getting pedicures not using the restroo. He said he didn't owe me an reason..... read more

I booked because of one of their awesome specials on Instagram (recommend following them for this reason and cute nail art). I found the experience to be slightly below my expectations however. I wasn't greeted when I walked in and wasn't offered anything to drink (I can understand not using cups but maybe a bottled water?). I've never been to a salon where they don't offer anything to drink. I got a lemon lime pedicure and Russian manicure. There were three lime wedges in there which seemed sparse. The nail tech was a bit rough with my feet when scrubbing. I liked how she painted my toe nails and the pedicure went quickly. She did a lovely job on my manicure, and overall I'm generally satisfied. I just don't feel that this was a five star experience. The vibe wasn't right. The level of service wasn't quite there. If you want a quick solid manicure I recommend it. It was very clean, and they're efficient. For an elevated, more relaxing experience I would recommend trying another salon. read more

Posh Nail Bar - Wow! I love my nails, jimmy was patient and did an amazing job! Highly recommended - Nail Salons Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Pretty nice salon. This is definitely a more basic salon, no massage chairs or long pedicures soaking your feet. I got the manicure/pedicure promotion that includes trimming, shaping, filing, and buffing your nails, along with refreshing your cuticles. It came with a regular nail polish but you can opt for gel polish for an additional fee. I would say it is a little more expensive for what you get at the end, but I would come back here for a quick service. Although, if you want to get the full fledged service treatment with a nail tech that pampers you and brings you drinks, I'd try someplace else. 7/10. But I would come back again. read more

Really nice place! 1. Quiet. No kids running around. 2. Comfortable. Nice pedi chairs. 3. Great pedicure!!! 4. Reasonably priced 5. Super quick fill on my nails. 6. They were HONEST about the wait time. I walked in (Saturday afternoon) with no appointment and was told up front that I'd be waiting 30-40 minutes for my services to get started. None of the BS "5 minutes wait", only to be sitting there 30 minutes later wondering what "5 minutes" really means. I'll absolutely go back! Hanna did my pedi and it was one of the best I've had.
