My review is long, but this is worth knowing. The worst experience of my life from the moment you enter until you leave, I understood perfectly why it was almost empty when I arrived. The only reason I stayed was because my nails had to be done the next day and it was the only place open at that time; it wasn't worth it. Terrible customer treatment, they don't even welcome you. Just to give you an idea, I fell off one of his faulty chairs and they would have paid more attention to a fly; They didn't even ask me if I was okay. Not to mention its extremely high prices, no, it is not what they say in their sing. Also do not believe when they tell you that the wait is a half a hour, they lie and they do it on purpose. I've never had an experience like this before with getting a pedicure! Liz is very personable and meticulous in getting your feet right. I'm on my feet at least 16-17 hours a day and my feet ache like crazy coming home. She worked out a nasty knot in my left foot and omg it feels amazing! The entire time my husband and I were there the conversation just flowed. Her and her coworker, Maria, recommended a service for my mother on microblading as well. Short & sweet: clean place, good work but lacking in customer service. Long & detailed: Came in for a gel mani & gel pedi. There was a girl (Tracy) available as soon as I walked in and no one waiting for service. She did a good job on removing all the cuticles and callus on my feet. However, she didn't ask what length or shape I wanted and cut them way too short. She seemed to be in a rush even though it's midday and no one else is waiting to be attended. When she started filing my finger nails I asked her to keep the length and it clearly bothered her. When the manicure began I asked her not to file the tops of my nails too much since I'm growing them out as kindly as I could. Again, she was bothered by it. Aside from the work, on of the biggest things I look for is the way I'm treated. I will give this place another try only because the work was good but if they act like I'm an inconvenience then I would rather take my business elsewhere. read more

I've been here to get my eyebrows done and they did an OK job so I went to go get my nails done. After they messed up putting them into the uv light thing the woman seemed irritated fixing them. Then after I left I was doing dishes (about 2 hours had passed) they messed up again! So I called her to let her know I'd be going back to get them fixed so I went the next day and she fixed them only for them to mess up again!!!! They were regular acrylic nails but I wanted them to be matte so she added an extra layer so maybe that's why they messed up but she should have known they would mess up and told me we could only do the one layer. I've only had them done for a day and 8 nails have messed up. I do not recommend this place at all very unprofessional and I will not be returning! read more

First time visit- Was told the wait was 20 mins for mani-pedi and full set with gel. Received the pedi after 20 min wait, then was informed I had to wait on the next nail tech since the nail tech who was open next to do my mani-full set "had an appt" to do next. The person who did my pedi didn't know how to apply a full set. Waited over an hour, with no one available soon. Almost 2 hours later, still paid my $25 plus tip for basic pedi. Don't appreciate being lied to! Prefer the dipping (SNS) which can last up to a month, but don't recommend going that long. I've noticed some nail salons will use gel top coating over the SNS product which will start chipping w/in a few days. After one nail chipped on day two, I returned to have my nail re-done. I clarified w/the owner again & she stated "I've been doing SNS dip for years, use the correct products & I know what I am doing". Well guess she didn't realize I was keeping an eye on her. She re-filled the SNS top coat nail bottle w/gel top coat liquid. The SNS dipping will definitely not last when they mix products & just a waste of money. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! I've been here twice and both times horrible service. I only came the second time because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but needless to say it was even worse the second time around. I came in last week around 4:00 for a pedi and eyebrow wax and they sat me down right away, but I ended up waiting for over a half hour with my feet in the questionable looking tub that definitely looked like it had little floaties of hair or nail clippings, it was disgusting. Around 4:40 I started to pull my feet out to leave and finally the little Asian gal comes to wait on me, so I figured ok I'll stay. She then proceeds to start the sugar scrub on my legs and then the oil, but due to the fact that she kept making personal phone calls while I was sitting there and continuing to walk away she didn't even get to my toes until around 5:10. This is when I was really starting to lose my cool, because first she had the wrong shade of color so she kept walking back to the polish shelf just gawking at the thing like new colors were going to magically appear, just wasting time! She comes back, starts painting and by the time she gets the base coat done she puts on the top coat forgetting I asked for glitter, so she shrugs and says "that's ok I'll go back and do it" and by this time it's like 5:40 so I'm starting to pressure her to hurry, telling her I really don't have much time I need to go and she's like ok no problem. Well directly after that while she's painting a star on my toe she muffs it up and looks up at me all apologetic, so I'm just beyond pissed off at that point, and I told her to take it off because I'm just gonna go. I get to the door and she stops me and still expects me to pay $25! Never again will I go there, and I highly suggest no one else does either, especially if you think you have time to make it to an appointment after, because with that slow of service it's not going to happen. rude and unprofessional!!! i wish i could give this place zero stars. there is a employer there by the name of "lin" who proceeded to give me a botch job on my eyebrows!!! when i told her what i didn't like about her work (eyebrows were completely different in size) she became upset and did not complete her job to my standard. we walked to the register and i asked her how much would this be? her reply was "ten dolla". i told her that i would pay half and not the full amount because of her unprofessionalism and her tacky work ethic. i reached in my pocket to pay and she replied "if you don"t want to pay you leave" i was appalled....so i asked if someone else worked there who would take my money. the other ladies shook their heads like "don't worry about it". i told them i don't mind paying but i want her to know that her attitude, service, and botch job sucked. if you want a botch job on your eyebrows go see "lin" she will definitely satisfy you!!! i will not be returning and will advise you not to go there.
