Well. This is my go to nail salon on the west side, I'll admit that - but that's because everywhere else has been worse. When I get the nail techs who actually care, this place is 5 stars. They don't rush, they take their time, they're friendly - but if you don't get them? The techs can be rough, rush your service, and make you feel over all like a burden. This place isn't cheap. It's expensive and "luxury" - so in understanding of that, I expect "luxury" - not paying 70 dollars for a 26 minute pedicure that skipped all of the stuff you're paying for. I normally don't ask or complain but I asked for the scrub and the wax that came with the pedicure I bought and it lasted a total of two minutes. Such a bummer. To pay for such horrible service is so sad. Perhaps, if the manager reads this, have a timer each tech uses. That way it's not feeling like your skimped. Because why would I continue to pay for a more expensive pedicure when the person next to me pays for the cheaper session, but gets a tech who takes the time and is an hour long versus 30 minutes? The environment is super nice, it's beautiful. And honestly - the people who give a care are the reason I go back, but there is a reason all the reviews say the same thing. Hopefully someone takes notice and fixes the problems - or another salon on the west side opens. read more

Horrible service, came in and was greeted, wanted a simple manicure and a gel pedicure. Not too many people so I decided to wait. After waiting some time, a nail tech asked me if I wanted a manicure, I said yes just simple polish. She said gel would be better, as I insisted on what I wanted she walked away and started working on a client I assumed had an appointment since she just walked in and over to the pedicure chairs. No one else acknowledged me after that and I just walked out. Definitely won't be coming here again, rude and inconsiderate. Don't do it. They completed my pedicure in 15 minutes. It was a joke. The place is nice looking and they'll give you one free drink, but the service quality was so low. They asked if I wanted shiny nails at the end of the pedicure. A clear coat. Luckily i asked if it was included in the pedicure cost. Nope. Extra $10. Ridiculous. It really bothers me to visit places that are predatory like this. Also the lowest tip option they have on their credit card machine is 18%. Lol.. read more

I was visiting from California with my sisters. I Googled a few places focusing my choice on location, reviews, and hygiene. The first thing I noticed was an emphasis on cleanliness and following State regulations. I had dip polish that needed to be removed. The tech used tools to remove the tops layers then had me soak my hands/nails in acetone, which I'm not used to. There are better techniques to avoid drying out the hands and nails. She took off too much on one of my nails and it hurt with just filing. I asked for a square/round shape which I came in with. I was left with uneven square nails. My sister requested gel builder which was not an option. She opted just to have her gel removed, manicure and a clear top coat. The tech cut one of her nails too short and my sister opted to file her own nail. We are from the bay area where we are used to paying more for services than most areas around us. I paid $56 not including tip and for sub par service and nothing special. This place is way overpriced for the services they provide. The tech pulled out fingernail clippers and cuticle trimmers from her drawer. I had to ask her to get clean, sanitized tools from an unopened package, not okay. Not impressed. Not impressed at all. The work is not worth the price! Waited a while to be seen 15-20mins (no big deal) waited about 15-20mins to pay. There was absolutely no one else there. One of the kids was using the iPad to play and the owner was there totally hanging out and completely ignored us. No acknowledgement at all. They don't speak to you at all customer service is mediocre at best. Pedicure was the worst I've had in El Paso so far. They don't work for their tips because they over charge so no effort there either. $40 gel polish fell off 3 days later. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for years due to the fact that it's hard to find a decent clean one and it's close to my house. However, I feel like the quality in cleanliness and service has changed. I got a pedicure and thought I would treat myself for one that's more expensive and although my nail tech was super kind and did a great job, I did feel like the service seemed very quick for what I paid. I went on a Thursday thinking the service wouldn't be rushed. But as more clients came in I felt like they were trying to hurry to accommodate more people. The pedicure seat I had was a bit dirty. The table to put my belongings was so sticky as well as the remote for the massage chair. They advertise that they offer alcoholic beverages however was never offered a drink until I asked for one. Chipped nails within a day & charging for extra services I didn't ask for. - I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your nail salon. Unfortunately, I must say that it was the worst nail salon experience I have ever encountered. A few days ago, I visited your salon with my mother and friends in preparation for a wedding. Right from the start, the visit was marred by a series of issues. Firstly, one of your employees, who wasn't even assigned to do our nails, kept pestering my mother to avail additional services. Despite her declining multiple times, he persisted and attempted to upsell her more than ten times, which was incredibly annoying and unprofessional. My disappointment didn't end there. The following day, my sister decided to visit your salon, and she too had an unpleasant encounter. The same employee who had been trying to scam money from my mother was now insisting on charging my sister for services she neither requested nor received. This blatant attempt to overcharge customers is not only unethical but also reflects poorly on the integrity of your salon. To make matters worse, I noticed that my freshly done nails started chipping within just one day of the appointment. This is an unacceptable level of service, and it left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied. Seeking resolution, I approached your staff to address the issues I had encountered, hoping for an explanation or a potential solution. However, to my dismay, they showed complete disinterest in addressing my concerns. The employee who had been engaging in the upselling behavior tried to evade any confrontation and appeared to be hiding from me. I was confident with this salon walking in, but left disappointed. Honestly, I've been to some of the best nail techs in Texas. 15k+ followers on Instagram nail techs. Best of the best. I spent 140 total for mani pedi. For that price I should've gotten rhinestones on my hands. Very over priced. I know how pricing goes I've been to over 50 salons. At my nail tech, she would've charged me 120 at most for hands and feet. And the design is nice yeah, but they could've done a better job especially with shaping. Shaping is inconsistent and also are very thin!! And for 140 yeah this is not gonna cut it. Kinda disappointed. Won't be returning. They also over charged my sister... she will be writing a separate review. If the pricing was fair, I would've been satisfied. No communication like "that color is color powder which is $53.00" I basically bought the whole container of color powder and then some! Pedicure, I got my feet placed in cold water then my feet and legs burned with not only the hot towel but the hot stone. Also he kept having to leave to cough and spit out a much mucus possible. Great service, two free drinks that's were delicious and did not lack alcohol. So clean & new environment. Love the music and pedicure my boyfriend and I got. I really hate to have to update my review, but based on my most recent experience here I must. I made an appointment specifically with Kaylee and arrived right on time for my appointment. I waited over 25 minutes for my appointment with Kaylee only to get another nail tech whom I had not received service from in the past. I showed her a picture of what nail art I wanted with my deluxe pedicure. Unfortunately, the nail art I received was subpar and even though I pointed out to her that the polish was smudgy in areas, she made half hearted attempts at correction. Please know the nail art I requested was a very simple design, basically stripes with a palm tree. After my nails were "done" I was basically forgotten about. I was there a long time and never at any point was I offered anything to drink. I thought that maybe it was due to Covid precautions, but that wasn't the case since I saw others who were offered beverages. Upon checking out, I presented a gift card that was given to me by my daughter. The receptionist couldn't figure out how to charge it and had to call over another person to assist who also struggled. This went on for another 15 minutes at which point I was late for my next appointment. It was mildly humiliating and I was frustrated that I was charged a higher than normal fee for such a simple nail art design. I had an extra $5 charge in addition due to there being multiple colors on my toes. I've been getting my nails done at various salons for well over 20 years and have never been charged extra for multiple colors, even at this salon. I didn't complain though since I was already stressed out about being late. I thought I had found my salon here in EP, but now I feel I must switch. I hate looking down at my toes and feeling disappointment considering the money and more importantly time I spent on them. read more

This location is a hidden gem. Lots of seating and equally spaced out to adhere to the social distancing rules. I got a gel Manicure and gel pedicure. My husband got a pedicure. The massage chairs are new, clean and prepared in front of you meeting sanitation satisfaction. The Salon offers alcoholic drinks to include a real bar you can sit and wait at. The technician was very gentle, polite, and held a nice conversation. The entire salon was clean to include the restroom and waxing area. I went in on Tuesday for a pedicure for my daughter and myself and it was fantastic. So today I decided to go in for our nails (my daughter and I) and Cathy did an amazing job with my nails. She was upfront on the price and honest about whether she could do the art or not. I left very satisfied and don't know why anybody would rate it any less! My daughter was also very pleased. This place was very nice. I arrived and was promptly escorted to a chair - the staff all wore masks and there was an empty chair between clients to provide space for social distancing. I was given a complimentary mimosa and a menu with nail polish color that I could choose from while my pedicure was started. The nail technician did a wonderful and very thorough job - I'm very pleased with the attention to detail. My only recommendation to the staff is that after the tool to scrape off dead skin and calluses was used and covered with dead skin, the technician dipped it in the water tub to rinse off while I was still getting my pedicure. I went there on november 2021 but I hadn't had a chance to write a review until no.w Being a busy stay at home mom you live for this type of break and expect to be pampered but I got the complete opposite. I had been waiting to get a pedicure for months and I was happy because this place seemed great. I got there and a gentleman helped me. I cant remember his name. I asked for the 45 dlls ish pedicure with massage. This person was in a rush, treated my feet with ZERO care like he wanted to be done with it right away . Massage was quick also and rough and the entire process was very stressful! because he showed no care like he kept moving my feet hard. I have never complained like this at a nail salon as Im not the type of person who does this unless its really really bad and this time it was, so you can tell how bad my pedicure/mani experience was. I told him I felt the pedicure was rushed and very quick and he replied mad telling me he did everything the pedicure packet had. I said yes but you did it fast and rough and he didn't say sorry or anything so when he started putting the polish in my toe nails he did an awful job yet again and only put one coat, like he just wanted to be done with it because he probably knew he was not going to get a tip from me. Please see pics below and tell me if im exaggerating or not, what an ugly pedicure. I had to ask for another lady to re do the polish and make sure he was not doing my manicure. The lady did a good job reapplying the polish ( i think shes the owner) . At the end I wanted to talk to her to provide feedback ( I wasn't even going to ask for a refund) and she got a bit defensive (not rude) until I clarify I was going to pay but wanted to give her a heads up about this gentleman and what an awful job he did so he can improve this in the future. She didnt seem to care as she didnt say anything and still charged me for the full thing and yes I still gave her a tip. I will never go back. Too bad because this place is beautiful and the other ladies seem to do a great job, unfortunately this gentleman doesn't know how to treat his customers. I had a pedicure with the guy Kevin. I've been here many times and not had a issue but this time was enough for me to not want to come back I've never had this guy do my pedicure before. Kevin was so rough and hurt my feet. My nail polish looks horrible and I just felt like it was so rushed. It was not busy at all but he just didn't seem to be wanting to do a pedicure like he was annoyed. I hope the manager sees this and I saw before I posted I'm not he only one complaining about how he treated my feet. read more
