After reading reviews for salons in the area, I actually didn't choose this salon. I arrived at the salon that I picked, only to find it closed. This was my only day with my mother, so, we walked into Beauty Nail Spa. There was a very nice woman, working on someones nails. I think she is a new owner, based on. things she said. She said that she had an employee close by so, if we could wait just a few minutes, we could do the pedicures we requested. She had to step out to get her son from school, otherwise she would have started our nails. There was an accident on the highway, slowing her employee down. He did eventually get to the salon. He was quite nice and did a nice job on our pedicures. When the owner returned, she jumped in and assisted. My mother and I are both pleased with our pedicures. I will definitely return, the next time I am in the area. read more

Terrible! I would I steer away, warning you. I asked for a manicure and I must had been there 10 min tops. He started by DRILLING my real nails and ever so lightly pushed up my cuticles but barely. He went over my cuticles with the DRILL! (Not by clipping)- hardly got any dead skin off. He then proceeded to polish but left lots of extra polish on my skin, I was thinking he'll get that off later with a brush dipped in acetone but nope, he filed it off and then proceeded to clip it off leaving lots of exposed polish. It was just an awful experience and painful. Not great service whatsoever, I'm out $35 bucks. Pissed read more

I have been coming here for the past 7 months. Each and every time I am just blown away by what an amazing job these lovely ladies do! Normally I do bright, single colors today I came in with a a new style I wanted to try for Halloween. She rocked it! She took a few looks at the photo I had and was able to do it perfectly! I am in love! UPDATE: As I've stated in my previous review I've gone here for the past 7 months (now almost a year). I got the acrylics full set when I first got here and after about 5 months I took them off so my nails could have break. I got a full set put back on in October when I got my Halloween nails. It's now been 3 months and I've got a fill each month...yes you read that right a MONTH! My nails last a whole month if not longer before I need a fill. I've decided after reading a lot of negative reviews about their nails looking like they need a fill after a week to post a pic every week of my nails and their growth. I'm extremely hard on my nails and hands, I do gardening, have 2 kids and 3 dogs so my nails see a lot hardships and yet they still manage to look good minus grow out. Traveling for work from NY and had no tome to get a manicure and a pedicure, figured I must be able to find a place to give a basic M&P in El Paso Tx. I came to Yelp and stumbled upon this place, review was sketchy but due to it being Sunday, a lot of better reviewed places were closed and this location was close to my hotel. Boy did I make a mistake! Came in there was a woman (I assume is the owner, and a very young looking male. Nothing was added to my pedicure water, it was just PLAIN water. I asked if she was going to add something to it, and she stated " we normally add the blue stuff, but due to moisture it clumped up rn and I can't separate it to add". So how often are you doing pedicures that this isn't an easy fix, is this not an essential took for your business!? Upon me entering there were 2 ladies in the pedicure chair, the first upon paying the male asked to speak to the owner ( same women) and said " just so you know for next time, there still dry skin on my heel and my nails are crooked". I should never entered this establishment but definitely should have left then ‍. I got a basic Pedicure because it said it was $32 which is RIDICULOUS. I normally do a gel M&P but there was no way I was paying $47 for just a gel pedicure ANYWHERE much less El Paso Tx in this joint! The young male starts my pedicure. My big toe nail had a cut in it, I had to point out to him that he needed to either file it down more or cut it down more to that point. I'm not sure if this was a training program or what! Every single cuticle/dead skin that I came in with, I'm pretty sure I left with cause he was simply "pretending" to pull my dead skin around my cuticles and nails. When scrubbing my heel I asked if he could scrub under my toes, and was told that they dont due that in a basic pedicure. ‍. So with a basic pedicure ( which is for your entire feet) they only scrub one area of your foot!?! My 17 yo niece has a nail kit in Nj and I was better off flying her in to get a M&P. My polish was basic and fine. I opted to not get a manicure after all because if this is the level of disappointment, unprofessionalism, amateur shooty work that I experienced on my feet, I would a to let them due my hands. AVOID AT ALL COST. IF ITS THE ONLY PLACE OPEN ON SUNDAY AND YOU HAVE A WEDDING TO GO TO , SKIP THE WEDDING OR WEAR CLOSED TOW SHOES. read more

The salon was dirty and horrible customer service. The lady that painted my nails didn't do a good job at all and nothing is sterilized. She just pulled out a nail clipper and cuticle cutter from her drawer. It was not even in a sealed bag. The whole salon is filled with dust everywhere and just dirty. I didn't catch the womans name who did my nails but she did the best job!! I had an accident resulting in a paralyzed hand and my fingers don't straighten out or move. She did my nails, no judging, no questions asked and she did them great too!! I always get self conscious when getting my nails done but she made me feel comfortable!! read more

Pay attention to the bag in which they keep the utensils: the adhesive seal had never even been exposed so I knew they hadn't been sterilized. I asked if they were clean, since the bag wasn't sealed and was assured they were clean because " we cleaned them yesterday". Um whaaaat?! Heads up: if you're the 1st client when they open they'll be squeaky clean because they immerse them in water & Clorox. Anytime after during the day you're basically sharing with the person who just walked out. They are very nice people indeed, but their word that "we don't accept sick people for nail services" just isn't enough to rest assured. read more

I stopped in here in May 2919 while I was in town, to get a gel manicure. Staff was courteous but not very chatty. The manicure, done by an older gentleman, was awful--sloppy, edges that went over my cuticle, not smooth at all. I was in a hurry to get back to my seminar and just wanted something quick to protect my nails from breaking so I just paid and left. Within 2 days it was peeling off, because of course it was...but by then I was back home where I could get a proper manicure. read more

So I've been looking for a new nail spot and I think I found it! I just left the salon and I'm super happy with my nails. I got almond shaped nails for the 1st time with acrylic powder. I wanted gel polish since I've had bad experiences with the dip powder but she said this was different and it lasts longer. I will update this review if that's not the case. I got exactly what I wanted for $50 bucks. $45 for the set $5 to remove the dip powder I had and $5 for a cuticle cut. I left a $5 dollar tip so $55 total for a great set of nails. I'm not sure how the fill is gonna work, since it's acrylic powder ‍ I hope I don't have to get a whole new set but for now I'm happy. read more

Hidden gem! I've gotten my nails done twice here. Each time they have looked great! My pedicure was $35 and well worth it. Then take their time, and it lasted for nearly an hour. The second time I went I got the powder dip on my nails during my lunch break. The tech knew I was in a hurry but still did a great job, and then my look great!! read more

This place is so overpriced for what you get, my pedi was $30 and I didn't even get my heels scrubbed. I never had a mani where they don't put lotion on your hands at the very least? Or cuticle oil? Only one employee wears a mask, the rest do not. The lady at the front is really good , and is the only reason I keep going back ( she does a good job and fast too for acrylics) but the rest of the staff gets close without wearing a mask. I don't feel that COVID safe (tools aren't sterilized/ cleaned) and places aren't cleaned between costumers. I seriously never leave reviews but this was my worst nail experience I've ever had lol. The guy with the blonde hair is absolutely terrible. The whole time he did my nails I had to correct him, my nails were super lumpy and for some reason he didn't put the acrylic all the way up to my cuticle and when I pointed it out he said oh I can't or it'll cut your cuticle so then I said well how were you able to do it on the other 2 then lol didn't have me wash my hands before he put the paint on.
