I am from out of town and needed a mani and pedi asap. This place got me in super quick. I read several other reviews complaining about the wait, but on a Monday afternoon (4pm) it was great. I love all the color selections, and the lotion is amazing! I know that's extremely odd, but my skin typically does not take to the overly fragrant lotions from most salons; this lotion was amazing! I am giving the salon only 4 stars because it seemed a little on the dirtier side. I will definitely come back to this salon when I'm in town. read more

Horrible customer service, nails cracked within one week and it took them 5 hours to do a mani pedi. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Usually I the mani and pedicure myself, but I wanted to do something special with my daughter and her friend. Since we are not from here I use yelp a lot and look for reviews. This place had great reviews, and it was close to my home. I had left a message to call me back to schedule an appointment, but I never got that call back. I got off work early on Friday, and tried my luck again. This time someone answered the phone, and luckily I was able to get 3 appointments in at the same time and right away. They were expecting us when we got there, and had 3 massage chairs next to another for us. They offered me wine, which I thought was a nice relaxing touch. The girls got water. The place is very nice, lots of options in colors, and the service was outstanding. They had great team work. We were so lucky to get those 3 appointments in, since a lot of clients were coming in. I do recommend to go with a set appointment, because they will honor it, and you never know when they get busy. The price was also reasonable. My girls and I are very happy with our nails. I will go back and will recommend this place!!! read more

I came here as a walk in for a pedicure since I live up the street and good nail salons in El Paso are hard to come by. The inside is really pretty and was very clean. I just wanted a basic pedicure, which only cost $25 here. The gentleman that did my pedi did a great job but did not address my calluses at all. He did do an outstanding job on the paint though. I had a manicure with dip polish done and it chipped within a week. By day ten half of my nails had significant chips and cracks.

Zang is awesome! He did a stellar job on my moms nails on top of being accommodating, patient and kind! Great environment with great people!

I have been to q nails about 4 times now. I've even recommended it to friends who NOW go there as they were unhappy with their nail salon. I will say, the first two times I've been I was helped right away (during peak hours) and my pedi looked good. The last time I got a polish change only on my hands, I waited 30 mins and the girl was upset because I wanted my nails rounded (they weren't rounded but I had places to be). I have now attempted a fourth time waiting 30 mins where they let walk in's cut me. After the third person cut me I stated I was leaving only then they offered to help me. No one acknowledged me when I walked through the door for at least 10 mins. Anywhere else I've been has asked when I walked through the door what I was coming in for and to go pick the color. None of that. It was obvious that I was not welcome at the time I was there. I told the lady I would be leaving as I had been waiting for 30 minutes. She informed me that everyone else had been waiting but I am not sure seeing as how everyone else that was in the salon was being helped. And then others that came in after me were being held before me if I did not have an appointment. I am pretty upset because I really thought I found a great new salon but I just don't understand their method of picking people to go back. *sigh* I hope to return if things change read more

This spa was fabulous! I called for 3 of us to get a pedicure and they were over accommodating even saying they'd come in at 9 instead of 10am to get us in earlier. All the staff were very professional and really took their time on the pedicures. I've been to to some places where they rush through it...not here you felt like you were definitely a priority. I can't say enough positive comments about this place! My wife comes here often and is always thoroughly impressed with the quality of service. Today I called because I saw it was closed and even though they didn't open until 11...they didn't hesitate to say they'd come in a half hour early so we didn't have to leave and come back. They really took their time on our pedicures and gave the best service ever. My wife enjoyed a gel manicure as well...and as always they are professional and so nice and would rather give good quality service over rushing people in and out to see more clients. Q Nails Lounge is clean and they have a great selection of OPI colors. I only get pedicures and this is by far the best one I've ever had. I'm a bit sensitive and the lady who did my pedicure was great! Close to home and open 7 days a week. And....they serve wine! Will definitely come back! read more

never go here. i used to go here and every single time i got a pedicure i got an ingrown toenail. not only that, booking an appointment is useless because you will still sit and wait for hours. and to top it off, one of the ladies is very rude and sits on her phone in front of you. don't spend your money here. read more

Be ready to WAIT even if you have an appointment! It's so frustrating! You wait an extra 15-20 minutes after your appt time to sit down then wait longer for a technician to come. I've been here only twice and each time waited over 30 minutes for the pedicure to start! I didn't get offered a drink and none of the techs are communicating with each other to see who is next. I was really excited when the Q Nails Lounge opened up near my house, I had hoped to find a place a little closer to me and decided to give it a try. While my experience was "ok" it was on the higher end for El Paso, and I felt like I was being pushed through as quickly as possible. For example, my husband went in with me (doesnt get his nails painted) and we started at roughly the same time, but I waited a good 15-20 minutes for them to finish him up. My feet were also sore from how rough they were. Id say to give it a try if you're looking for a new place, and hopefully youll have a better experience! read more

I've been to 5 different ones here on the west side and Q Nails by far surpasses all the others! Just left disappointed. I walked in and about 6 other women walked in after me. I was told to pick a color and to take seat. They called me and 2 other women to the pedicure bowls filling. I sit down and give my choice of pedicure. Two nail technicians start working on the 2 women who sat on each side of me, who both came in after me. I see that all the other women who came in after me are also being worked on. I decide to give 5 minutes more. A client is done and pays and I'm hoping I'm next but....no. The staff is getting 2 more pedicure bowls ready for 2 gentlemen and are getting ready to work on them. I'm starting to think I'm invisible. I get the towel and dry off my feet without saying a word and now all of a sudden my invisibility is gone. The nail tech starts to loudly state that I am leaving and now they are all worried and saying sorry, but I say no thank you and goodbye...have a good day! The staff is very friendly and that is why I gave them one star. Never to return! Hope you have a better experience ! read more

First off, I will say that the actual salon itself is absolutely beautiful and they have one of the largest color selections I have seen. That said, the customer service level is extremely hit or miss depending on the technician you get. There almost is always a ridiculous wait, even when there are not a lot of people. Service was terrible ...we walked in and there was no acknowledgement. I was looking at the color samples and one of the employees came and took them out of my hands without saying a word...I asked if I could look at them and he never acknowledged me. Lori is amazing. She really takes her time and gives you a great overall experience. My gel manicure and spa pedicure looked phenomenal. I will come back here and I will request her and only her. The only reason this place is getting 5 stars is because of her. One of the times I was getting my nails done, the owner was yelling and fighting with a man and his kid. This is your place of business, take it outside or take it in the back room, don't fight in front of clients. It's very inconsiderate and rude. It slightly ruined my overall experience. Very unprofessional. I would say this place is on the pricier side but totally worth every penny. Because of Lori, I will now be a regular customer. I went in for a pedicure, no wait and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, nice only gets you so far. It took nearly 2 hours to complete my pedicure and by then I could feel the discomfort of the chair. I won't be returning, I can get the same level of service in 1/3 of the time for 1/2 the price. read more

Came here 2 weeks ago to treat my 80 year old grandma to a mani while I got a full set. We didn't have an appointment but they said it would be fine. After being asked by several people what services we were both getting they told me to go sit down and they'd start my full set first since that would take longer than my grandmothers mani. Well I kept turning waiting for them to take her back and nothing. Finally I asked when they were going to take her back to start her mani and they replied "oh we thought she was just sitting there resting". ‍ I asked my stylist for gel nails and he gave me acrylic. Within a week my nails were lifting. At one point I witnessed another stylist picking her nose while walking around and then just go back to working on a client. My stylist made several comments about how they're obviously doing something right because they always have a line. Well they will not have to worry about making money from these customers anymore. read more
