Gyros

Pick up order was ready on time. Friendly staff. The hummus and baba ganoush was absolutely flavorless. Ground up garbanzo, tahini, and oil-no salt or garlic or lemon. Baba was dry and flavorless, not at all smoky. Gyros had hardly and meat. Overpriced. Dolmas were really good. Overall ok-ish. But would not go back.

What a pleasure it was having a delicious meal. I wanted to impress you with a beautiful photograph of my dinner, but, oops! Too late!

This place is amazing. I've been wanting to try it for a very long time and I was very happy when…read moremy kids' mom suggested we go there before heading back home. The food was so delicious and fresh. Everything from the rice to the hummus to the fresh vegetables made our tummies feel so happy and good. The employee was super friendly and helpful and made sure to keep the menu updated with what was sold out and made good recommendations. It was windy and unfortunately he had to deal with it blowing in his face. This is gonna be a regular stop for us, I'm sure. The Yalla Feast is something were already planning to get when all 4 of us (with the kids) are gonna eat.

I got the chicken shawarma bowl and the shawarma fries to try and have for lunch the next day. My friend got the loaded hummus plate and the dessert. The dessert was like baklava but with chocolate drizzle and cinnamon powder, not super sweet at all, more of a tang taste for sure. The shawarma was amazing and everything was super filling. The fries will probably be my new guilty pleasure! The bowl was also amazing and less of a guilt because there's plenty of veggies and fiber. The sauces they use are also just chefs kiss. The hummus was also incredible, you can tell they make it in house and it's super authentic. As a middle eastern it's not easy to come by good food that hits the spot like home does, so thank you Yalla Shawarma for providing amazing comfort food! The service was also great, we ordered online and the food was ready on time. Can't wait to be back!

Great luck location not too far from the plaza in Santa Fe, plenty of parking close to everything…read moregreat service and staff, but even more importantly, the chefs put a lot of love in care into every dish. Lots of choices mostly plant based, vegan, vegetarian locally owned it also have two restaurants in Albuquerque. The menu is fairly extensive and a kind of weird mashup of Indian with other cuisines. So creative! And best of all it's vegetarian and can easily be made vegan! You order at the counter and they bring it to your table when it's ready. We ordered four dishes (tacos, dosadilla, doselada, and a calzone) and shared at the table. And everything was really good. We may take an opportunity to go back while we're in Santa Fe. Totally fun.

This is a major hidden gem of Santa Fe -- perhaps our best meal after living here for a month. We…read morehad the Mezze for 2 and the Tajine for 2, and both had wonderful flavors and a variety of spices without being hot spicy (though you could add harissa if you wanted to). We're normally big meat eaters but we're very, very happy with the vegetarian dishes here. The Mezze came with falafel, eggplant, salad (outstanding flavor), hummus, and very good hot pita bread. The Tajine was a delectable and we loved the presentation of it in the traditional clay pot. It had slow cooked vegetables (carrots, zucchini, sweet potatoes, etc) and was partially sweet with dates. But the highlight was the Moroccan mint tea, served traditionally in glasses and poured from high up. I haven't had tea that good in awhile (and yes I go to the Teahouse). Warning -- this is a BYOB restaurant, so bring your bottle of wine with you (and save money). Will definitely return.

After a lovely morning hike we decided on Mediterranean for lunch. This caught my eye as a…read morevegetarian/vegan place to check out. Plenty of parking. A little tough to find the entrance to the restaurant--enter The Body studio main door in the middle of the building, and then the restaurant is nestled to the far back and left of the front desk. Low mood lighting makes it hard to read the menus but you can use your smartphone flashlight. Great service with in-depth explanation of each dish. We ordered the signature traditional tajine, the mezze platter, and a plant-based chicken shawarma plate with potato chips. I enjoyed a dirty chai and a family member enjoyed a Kacha'va superfoods smoothie with chocolate. A delicious vegetarian/vegan Mediterranean feast! I enjoyed the different spices, textures, and flavors in the mezze platter and tajine. Plan to spend $30 plus per person if you get a beverage.
