I haven't tried the float session yet, but have taken advantage of the new business special to try out their infrared session.

Awarehouse is amazing- I had been looking for a place to do contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge)…read moreand awarehouse has fantastic facilities for that. In addition I was surprised to discover a wonderful community of like-minded people. I had previously done breath-work and always found it relaxing but their breath-work classes are next level. They also host really great specialty classes like sound baths and mini-retreats which are also amazing. April, the owner, is so welcoming and kind and makes it a point to know her clients and remembering their preferences. I love it here.

The owner April was so helpful showing me around the place and explaining the benefits and procedure for the booking. They have two bathrooms for changing, tea, showers to rinse between the sauna and cold plunge and nice towels. The whole place is simple yet trendy and relaxing. Starting with the sauna, I enjoyed that it was hot but not overwhelmingly so. The shower in between the sauna and plunge was fancy and got hot quick. The cold plunge had two different temps- one in the 50's and one in the 40's. You can decide to do a 1,3, or 5 minute plunge and I was able to stick it out for the 3 minute one. April kept me distracted and time went by so quickly. Overall I really loved this spot and hope to add it to my routine!

The bade pools are small. One warm and one cold tub... and yes its very cold.. A dry sauna and a steam sauna... I love that the shower areas are enclosed and more private. I was very comfortable to be in the buff than spa world and king. There are two rooms one is yellow ocher room and the other room is salt room. Both provide equal health benefits. As of today the ice room is still closed. The food is delicious. I got a large blueberry smoothie for $6!! I definitely recommend. For $30 its a deal. Schedule your scrubs early the book fast!

There's a $30 entry fee, which gives you access to lockers, a uniform, two small hand towels, three saunas, and a relaxing lounge area. (The steam room was unfortunately down when I visited.) They also have a café and offer additional services like different types of massages for an extra fee. The bathhouses are located inside each gender-specific locker room, and you must be unclothed to use them. One of the massages (only $100) actually takes place in the bathhouse, but I wasn't able to book it because they were fully booked until 7:00 p.m. The saunas were nice, but my top three highlights were: The food! I ordered kimbap and kimchi pancakes, and both were excellent. The kimbap came with a side of miso soup that was sooo delicious! The relaxation area. Staff walk around offering hot blankets to wrap up in. I was so relaxed that I almost missed my foot massage! The foot massage. It was everything and more, and the massage therapist was hilarious! A couple of things I didn't love: they initially assigned me a very high locker (thankfully my tall cousin switched with me ), and we weren't given an overview of the layout when we arrived. Even though the place is small, a quick explanation would've been helpful. Also, I was disappointed the steam room wasn't working. Overall, this is a great spot with amazing food and relaxing vibes. I definitely recommend it!

I had a deeply disturbing and completely unacceptable experience at this business…read more While I was using the sauna, an employee walked in while I was undressed, without ANY regard for privacy. What made the situation even worse was that they proceeded to make inappropriate comments about my body and the smell of my perfume. This was not only unprofessional--it was invasive, disrespectful, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I made it clear that I was uncomfortable and did not want to return (although I had paid for a package), and the response I received was dismissive. There was no accountability, no apology, and no indication that they took the situation seriously. It escalated further when my mother called the business to express concern and explain that she did not feel comfortable with me going back. The phone was answered with, "Who the f*** is this, you called me?"--which speaks volumes about the level of professionalism and respect customers can expect. When we attempted to resolve the situation by setting up a call with the business manager, it was met with endless excuses, missed follow-ups, and a complete lack of communication. Overall, this experience was not just unprofessional, but completely inappropriate and concerning. I would strongly caution anyone considering this business. No one should have to deal with this kind of behavior, especially in a setting where privacy and comfort should be a top priority.

I suspect they are either understaffed or...something...because my friend had to put in several phone calls when the online system was giving us the blues. Once we got over that hurdle, things were pretty smooth sailing. I received several confirmations in advance and when I arrived the day of there were no issues or complications. For a long while, we had the lounge relaxation area to ourselves. The snacks were water, tea, pretzel bites, wasabi peas, and some kind of unsalted nut mix. Not the best spread but I did have my share of pretzel bites. Our massage therapists arrived promptly and on the other side of our services (90 minute massage for her and 60 minute body exfoliation followed by a 60 minute massage for me) we were both incredibly relaxed. We didn't use the steam room, pool, or sauna but I'll be sure to check those out next time. The services are pricey but the facilities are nice and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Special shoutout to my massage therapist. Duane was my tech and...he did that! Very professional from beginning to end, and very good at what he does. When I was checking out, somehow I was nearly charged for both my services and my friends. I was in such a relaxed state that I didn't catch it but the staff fortunately did. All things considered, a lovely experience.

There's also a tv that swivels out so you can watch or listen to music while in the sauna. I like the ease of getting back and forth from the sauna to the cold plunge but the space is a bit small for two people. I've heard other locations are bigger. The vitamin C shower was pretty nice too. It smells really good and I'm sure in the long run would help with my skin complexion. The cold plunge is pretty cold but you feel very refreshed afterwards. Start slow and ease your way into staying longer and for more rounds. The only thing I wish they had was a separate changing space so you don't feel like you're rushing to get changed before your session ends.

The vitamin c shower was really refreshing too and I like that they had a salon station especially during the winter time to dry your hair. I would give this location another chance as it was a decent price and they send deals here and there. They also have a beverage station with flavored water to so you can stay hydrated!

The price for a 60 minute massage is very fair for being right in the city, $130 before the discount, $110 with it (before gratuity). I have not tried any other services. Since I am a member of the gym, I knew it was located in the gym along with the hair salon and was not surprised by the entrance procedure. Rather, I was incredibly impressed by the tranquil environment they managed to create within the busy gym. Once you enter the space, there's dim mood lighting, relaxing music, water, and a separate bathroom. You wouldn't even know you're in the gym. I received a massage form one masseuse, thought it was good, and so I went back for a second with the same individual. The second time, I was deeply unimpressed. The whole experience was much more wholistic and caressing than a pressure-based massage--even after I requested more pressure. It didn't even feel like I had had a massage afterwards. So for my third session, I decided to try someone different: Ronnie. And Ronnie was amazing. He incorporated so many different techniques, including stretching, and threw in some extras like heat and aroma, even going a little over time. I would definitely book Ronnie again. It is a shame that there's no way to tell on the app (that I could see) what type of massage each masseuse specializes in, so you could select one who matches your preferences. My experiences with each masseuse were so different, and it seems a little silly that I would need to try them all before finding my favorite.
