The scary thing was that I didn't even know about the chronic swelling in my entire body. Came to Cryotherapy Advantage to see if this would help. After 4 months of treatment, my ring size reduced by almost 1 full size. Doesn't sound like a lot, but it is!!! When I first came, the ladies had to help me into the chamber. Now I just hop on in! I've been coming several times a week for over a year, and have been able to start a strength building exercise program to rebuild the muscles I lost over my decade long ordeal. Healing is once again on track, with major reduction in pain and significant increase in mobility. My Doctors are amazed by the change. Although I did it to assist in healing multiple herniated discs in my back, Cryo treatment has benefits other than reducing swelling. What made the situation even worse was that they proceeded to make inappropriate comments about my body and the smell of my perfume. I made it clear that I was uncomfortable and did not want to return (although I had paid for a package), and the response I received was dismissive. There was no accountability, no apology, and no indication that they took the situation seriously. The phone was answered with, "Who the f*** is this, you called me?"--which speaks volumes about the level of professionalism and respect customers can expect.
