I purchased a Thermage package (full face and neck) that included a complimentary Clear + Brilliant treatment. When I later came in for Botox (and even purchased another package), I specifically asked the front desk about the expiration date for my Clear + Brilliant facial. I was clearly told that there was no expiration date. However, when I tried to schedule the treatment, I was informed that it had already expired. This is completely unacceptable, as I relied on the information provided by your staff. I contacted the clinic, and a manager apologized and said they would investigate, noting that they could verify who assisted me during my Botox visit. I was told I would receive a follow-up. It has now been over 5 months, and I have received no response, no resolution, and no accountability. I followed up again and was told by another staff member that I would receive a call back by Wednesday with a resolution, but it has now been another month with no communication. Overall, this experience reflects poor communication, lack of transparency, and extremely poor follow-through. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING LaserAway to anyone based on my experience. Drive a little and go into the city! Competitive prices, better customer service, more experienced nurses, and actual doctors! However, there appear to be several people working in the front office who answer calls and provide consultations, and I repeatedly received different information depending on who I spoke with. I was given conflicting information regarding office hours, shipping timelines, product availability, and the availability of the nurse practitioner. Most recently, I purchased a round of products and was told three different things by three different staff members regarding my order. The conflicting information ultimately delayed my shipment. When I brought my concerns to their attention, the response seemed empathetic on the surface, but there was very little accountability for the fact that I had made decisions based on information their staff provided to me. My biggest advice to anyone considering working with Core IV Therapy is this: get everything in writing. Write down who you spoke with, the date, and exactly what you were told. If something is important regarding your order, shipping, appointment, or availability, ask them to confirm it by text or email. In my experience, information communicated verbally over the phone was later contradicted or not honored. They have personable staff and I wanted to have a positive experience with this company, but the level of inconsistency and disorganization made the process unnecessarily frustrating. I was greeted by friendly & knowledgeable associates. Jessica, provided a tour of the entire iCRYO facility, which included a look at all of the equipment. I love going to iCRYO for my health and wellness needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the facility is beautiful and very clean. My favorite service is Red Light Therapy. I started 3 weeks ago and I am starting to see and feel the benefits from the therapy. My only wish is that the TheraLight 360 bed had the end caps for the head and feet for a true immersive "360" photobiomodulation therapy. I have moderate to severe depression/anxiety and having the end cap to include therapy for the head/brain would have been perfect, not to mention hair health and growth, which I also need for my thinning hair. read more

I consulted with 3 other plastic surgeons in the area all of them charged a min $150/consultation visit and $500-900/mole removal. In my case since we are Prime, I just needed to get a referral from my primary doctor, then everything from the initial consultation to all of the moles removal and follow up were covered fully. Sometimes you'd associate "free" to something that is "less" than paying thousands, nope, not in this case. There is a 6 month commitment when you first sign up and I thought it would end the membership but they don't let you know that you have to give a written notice 30 days before for cancelling and I kept getting charged despite writing an email. Staff is nice and professional and facility itself is aesthetic and clean, but the place screams money grabbing and that's what they do. The results/service just does not warrant the price tags. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience but if money is not an issue and you have flexible work schedule (because the appointments are also limited), this is a decent place for your monthly maintenance. The physical therapists: Allison, Rachel, & Stephanie are all very skilled, always running on time, and ask all the right questions. The specialists: Barrett & Addy are friendly and know their stuff. Every appointment starts with 30 minutes 1-on-1 with the PT where they ask relevant questions, take measurements, and give a hands-on massage of the trouble area. Then you move to a full hour with the specialist. They take you through all the exercises recommended by the therapist. The final 10 minutes is for ice. They use the MedBridge GO app that runs on your phone. They can download your individual exercises right to the app. The app then shows you a video of the exercise, in case you forgot, and reminds you how many times a day, sets, and reps for each one. You mark them complete as you finish them. If you only have an hour for PT, this might not be the place for you, but if time is not an issue, you will get the biggest bang for your buck here. She said from the beginning not to expect a full body massage and this is exactly what I always wanted- no fluff. Just working out my kinks and only in the specific areas my body needed. I never once had to ask her to go back to a spot or for more pressure. If you are someone with chronic aches in your body, I HIGHLY recommend her. To say the rest of the experience was a disappointment is an understatement. I was booked for a 2:30pm appointment and told to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork. When I arrived, there was a huge lock on the front glass doors with a note saying the office was closed and would reopen at 3pm. I checked the emails and texts I received to make sure I was there on the right day and time- check. I called- and could hear the phone ringing at the front desk and see nobody behind it. I was able to pull the door open regardless of the lock (the lock was faulty or was not put on properly) and called out for any kind of answer. Eventually somebody came around. The 30 minute infrared session I would not try again. On the paperwork, it mentioned the temperature would be 150+ degrees. At 7 minutes left, the temperature had just reached 142F/61C. It may not have even hit 150 by the time the 30 minute time hit- I never opened the door during the session so there was no possibility of heat escape due to anything I did. I was encouraged to bare my skin so I could benefit from the red light therapy, but the door was left open a crack when the session started so I had to wait for somebody to come back and close the door. With the door already being left open at the start of the session, I did not feel comfortable. The infrared box is positioned in a way where you are completely exposed if the door is opened. The size of the box itself was pretty small- I'm a small person (5'5") and felt cautious trying to move around. I couldn't imagine anyone taller or with a bigger frame being comfortable. I was also not given any protective eyewear. DISCLAIMER- I'm unsure if eyewear was necessary, but it felt like I should've been wearing something considering the brightness of the lights. Lastly, once the timer went off I sat there for a bit. I wasn't given exit instructions, but after a minute I just decided to get out on my own and leave. Before I left, I also noticed my paperwork was just left there in the room haphazardly. I brought it to the front desk before leaving hoping that it would be filed or disposed of properly.
