I am happy to share with you about an amazing experience I had with Dr. Mountcastle and his team…read more He removed several facial moles and I'm very impressed and happy with the results - minimal pain and the scars can be hardly seen even when you look for them up close. The best part? Tricare Prime insurance covers so these thousands of dollars procedures cost me nothing! I consulted with 3 other plastic surgeons in the area all of them charged a min $150/consultation visit and $500-900/mole removal. In my case since we are Prime, I just needed to get a referral from my primary doctor, then everything from the initial consultation to all of the moles removal and follow up were covered fully. Sometimes you'd associate "free" to something that is "less" than paying thousands, nope, not in this case. When it comes down to your FACE, you'd be scrutinizing everything, so take it from me with 6 facial moles and 2 bodily moles removed that I am very impressed and would highly recommend!

Last…read moreweek Saturday a nice person from this Loudoun Laser and Medical Spa booked appointment for their service today at 5 pm (5/30/19). I was looking forward to get another appointment but after today.. I was excited as I thought I can at least have a little relaxation from a long day's work. The place looks clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, as I walked through their door, I was unwelcomed by the nasty staff who gave me an "attitude" despite my all smiling face and being sorry as I was aware I came like 15 mins late (who the hell should care, I paid for it). She said hi, but displeased. She asked, "so that's Groupon?" like she wants to imply something. She was all complaining with a discouraging face and tone of voice. She said she was only going to do the remaining time for me because I was late, not only that, she said, I still have to fill out I think more than 5-page forms which is an implication that since they are lot of pages, I may not have enough time to really do the facials. At the back of my mind, OMG! gurl! Am I getting this for free??? Helooo.. I paid for this! Grrr! I was still positive and composed but still she continued complaining.. She said she was already tired. They have to close at 6 pm; she still has to drive home for two hours; she still has to prepare the equipment , water , etc! omygod! She handed me the forms and I was ready to fill out but she wouldn't stop talking, she pushed my button! So.. to conclude, I still maintained my composure. I didnt want to ruin my day.. I just gracefully leave the forms on the seat and told her " Umm.. Ms.. I think you are very tired today. I should just cancel this. Don't worry, I'm fine.. Have a good evening. I said and I just left the room... disappointing experience.
