In my case since we are Prime, I just needed to get a referral from my primary doctor, then everything from the initial consultation to all of the moles removal and follow up were covered fully. No one even came to speak with me directly or try to resolve the issue. Instead of fixing the mistake on their end, the focus seemed to be on selling more services.
