I'm happy I found a place that takes pride in their work and doesn't allow you to get treatments you don't need. I purchased a Thermage package (full face and neck) that included a complimentary Clear + Brilliant treatment. When I later came in for Botox (and even purchased another package), I specifically asked the front desk about the expiration date for my Clear + Brilliant facial. I was clearly told that there was no expiration date. However, when I tried to schedule the treatment, I was informed that it had already expired. This is completely unacceptable, as I relied on the information provided by your staff. I contacted the clinic, and a manager apologized and said they would investigate, noting that they could verify who assisted me during my Botox visit. I was told I would receive a follow-up. It has now been over 5 months, and I have received no response, no resolution, and no accountability. I followed up again and was told by another staff member that I would receive a call back by Wednesday with a resolution, but it has now been another month with no communication. Overall, this experience reflects poor communication, lack of transparency, and extremely poor follow-through. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING LaserAway to anyone based on my experience. Drive a little and go into the city! Competitive prices, better customer service, more experienced nurses, and actual doctors! We all wanted a pedicure and massage but with the COVID restrictions, they had to shift us around to make sure social distancing was enforced. All of the staff are wearing proper mask and even the face shields. We had to wear our mask while in the building. All of the necessary paperwork are sent and filled out prior to your appointment so when you check in, there's not much to do. They take your temperature when you first walk in and get you settled for your service. My friend and I were able to get our pedicures done while our other friend is getting her massage. We would've prepared to be done altogether, but we still had a great time and was able to catch up in between walking the hallway going to the next appointment. The spa pedicure was amazing! They really took their time and the color came out really nice. Then we were off to get our massages. It was a little bit hard to keep the mask on during the massage but it was worth it! Too bad we couldn't stay to enjoy the Peacefulness and relax a little bit more but we still came out new and refreshed!

It's hard to get that level of service at larger places. 3. Her prices are really reasonable, and I appreciate she doesn't try to upsell me. She makes recommendations for products, but they are not products she sells. Her overhead is probably pretty low since she is independent, which benefits customers who find her. 4. My skin looks and feels amazing. I haven't had a whitehead since I started going to her a couple months ago and my skin feels really smooth. Others who recommended her to me told me that her methods and equipment are superior. Unfortunately, I have nothing to compare it to, so I cannot comment on that.
