This was not just bad service -- it was humiliating, unhygienic, and painful. Truly the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Avoid this place at all costs. The day of, the place was hard to find as it is part of this big complex and there are two suites labeled "250." I went to the first suite 250 and it was under construction. I tried to call to confirm the location...no answer. When I finally found the right suite it was dark and no one was there. I sent an email and called but have still not gotten any response. I have gotten facials and waxings from many business which are self-run but still good about texting/communicating with customers.
