I've been going here for almost two years, but under the new owner (that she claimed) - Anusha this place has become a nightmare. She doesn't even know how to do proper threading -- she used tweezers, worked painfully slow, and left my eyebrows uneven. She kept sneezing, sniffing, and even took medicine during my service. When I asked her to wear a mask (because I have an infant at home), she mocked me and then handed me off halfway through. The other worker tried to fix her mistakes, but I was left with thin, painful eyebrows that I absolutely hate. On top of that, Anusha shouted at me while I was paying and told me never to come back. This was not just bad service -- it was humiliating, unhygienic, and painful. Truly the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm writing this as no one deserves this kind of experience as a customer paying for the service. read more

Management changed and the new staff are incredibly disrespectful and have skill issues. I have been coming here for several years. The new staff kept saying how the old staff did my eyebrows badly and that they would fix it. I came back again in a month, they said the same thing but the lady was yelling at someone on her personal phone while doing my eyebrows. Safe to say my eyebrows did not look good. My last straw was when I returned a month after that and the lady who did my eyebrows asked me inappropriate questions and then completely botched my eyebrows. She made them two separate levels. Not only did she mess up my eyebrows but proceeded to be rude and double down that it's not her fault. It was so bad that when I went to a new eyebrow place to fix it the ladies there offered a free service (not the ladies at Perfect Eyebrows). Hi if you want your face messed up by unprofessional person, then you go onto this place. Today I went for my eyebrows clean up and the person named Archana, trimmed my right side eyebrow shorter and she tells me that that's how my eyebrows were before. Now I have one short and ugly and one long eyebrows. She don't even try to fix and another person tells her, next time tell before itself that they both are different and tells me that she is a professional. Everyone I go, I see different people and I never had eyebrows done with that person and now she tells me that she did so many times my eyebrows and she knows how they are. She completely ruined my eyebrows and I know it's a hair and it grows but my eyebrows grow so slow and I have to deal with this for a long time. Please save yourself and go somewhere. After I left the store, I couldn't see my face and called the store and ask them to connect me to the manager. The manager name preet spoke to me and told that she was in store only and when all this talking happened, one of the employee spoke in the middle but the manager didn't ask what's the problem is even she claims that she is at the store and that I doubt and also the manager who claims as preet also the same person who did my eyebrows and I am sure about that. My recent experience there was awful! I don't know the name of the lady who did it but she really messed one of my eyebrows up. I had to run to the Giant store next door to get a pencil to fill in the gas. terrible and unskilled and above all unapologetic! There needs to be a ZERO stars because that's what I'd give this place. Very high turnover rate and all the good people have left. Today my 21 year old daughter went in and had a 1st time/1st day lady do her brows. My daughter constantly gets compliments on how beautiful her brows are. The lady completely ruined them. One side ends way too short and the other side is long. Tiny hairs that were not removed and the worst trimming job I've ever seen. It's the last time me or my daughter go to this wretched place. I started coming here 2 years ago when another threading place literally threaded off half my eyebrow. They fixed it up to the best of their ability, I invested in a good brow pencil, and I was overall pleased with the experience and began coming here for my threading needs. I got my brows threaded yesterday around noon, and noticed there was a small red spot under one of them. I figured it was no big deal, she probably just pulled out some gross ingrown hair. I let it be and avoided putting makeup near it for the day. I just woke up with a gross, red, swollen eyebrow with multiple open cuts (I uploaded pictures with this post). I'm not sure what went wrong? I don't even know if I should go in and complain...... but I'm definitely going to stick to plucking my own eyebrows from now on. read more

Visited on a weekday morning based on a clients recommendation. Explained I'm growing out my eyebrows and going for "thick and long" about three times. Even showed a pic and the brow person said "everyone's eyebrows are different." Clearly- and if anyone else is familiar with the process of growing out its not so fun, takes time and patience ;) I was grateful that the brow person showed me her work after 1 eyebrow... Length was good- However it was on the very THIN side (heartbreak) and I explained again- this was too thin, going for *thick*with length. So after 4 explanations, 1 pic, and 1 brow too thin, I had one much closer to what I asked for. Now I have uneven eyebrows and 2 cuts on my under my eyebrow. To start off I went in prior nobody was there, but as I was about to leave I decided to go back and give it a try. She left it uneven and both different. I can't believe nobody has reviewed this business before! In fact I had to add it. While Perfect Eyebrow is new, and kinda hidden in this shopping complex. I found it after driving by a while back and opted to try it as I prefer threading over waxing. Service is quick and cheap. The longest I have waited is about 10 minutes. Overall a great place to go. The only reason I don't rate them at a 5 is because the one staff member that threaded my eyebrows this last time smelled horrible. She obviously had just finished a cigarette. It's bad when you have to get that close to your customers.. It will be a while before I go back. read more

Went to Perfect Brow today and had the best surprise out of my day! I have always been a eye brow 'wax' girl, thinking it was the best- but Azi showed me why I should give threading a closer look. The salon is nicely located in a local shopping center. It's well laid out, but no private rooms- just reclining chairs, but clean and professional. The whole appointment took about 10-15mins and not a stitch of eye brow stubble left! Also the price was only $8! One less thing I have to worry about finding in Ashburn. read more

YES! Finally...a threading place that actually knows how to shape. Visited over the lunch hour on the recommendation of a friend. Efficient and I felt totally comfortable in the chair. A week later...still happy with the shape and experience. AND...I have looked and looked in the mirror...not a hair that I needed to correct or (gasp!) pluck. I didn't even get that so often weird pore thing after most threading/waxing on my brows. I have always been intrigued by threading but not enough to muster the gumption of sitting in the middle of the mall to get the procedure done. I entered this salon with high hopes of perfectly coifed brows done in relative privacy. Saba greeted me and asked me to sit down at one of the open chairs. She patiently answered all my questions about the art of threading. She took her time and I feel like my eyebrows look better than when I get them waxed. She gave me interim plucking advice that will enhance the brow shape in upcoming visits. I appreciate her positive attitude, attention to detail and good customer service. It is only nine dollars to get your eyebrows threaded! Every else in town is $17! They put witch hazel on afterwards to that helps it heal. They do an excellent job and I've always loved how my eyebrows look afterwards. Very clean and stylish place. read more
