There are two girls in there that know what they are doing. One is blonde, one is named May with dark hair. I just had a brow threading done by another lady, and she made my brows look like I'm Spock, saying 'most interesting, Captain'... Full piece of brow near my nose gone. I heard her say OOPS, oh, it's fine. I confronted her on it, and she still would not admit there was an issue. Not cool - no line, but she was in a big hurry. One of the worst threading experiences I've had. We went in on a Sunday around noon and it was not busy at all. My mom and I were both getting our eyebrows, upper lip, and chin threaded. An older Indian looking lady took us both and maybe spent five minutes on each of us. She was very rude and rough and was clearly in a rush to get done. My mom even told her that she missed a few spots but she said that the hairs were "ingrown" and she wouldn't remove them. Once finished, she didn't even clean the hair off of our faces and just handed us a tissue. Even with her horrible service, we gave her a small tip. She took the money and threw it in the register and didn't even say anything. What makes matters worse is that we had to go home and remove the hairs she refused to remove with a tweezer. I woke up the next morning with cuts all around my eyebrows from how rough she was. I don't know about the other people who work there but because of our horrible experience I would avoid this place at all costs. read more

I had my eyebrows done by the girl with curly hair dyed a brown-blonde color. It took about 7 minutes and my brows looked a little thin after I specifically asked for just a clean but I decided to let it go. By the time I got home and looked up close I noticed my brows were not only thin but completely jacked up. They do not compliment each other at all. The right brow is shaped completely differently from the left. It is very noticeable and embarrassing. I am speechless. All I can do now is wait for them to grow out. I wish I never went to this place. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more

Let me start by saying my eyebrows were out of control !!!! I was almost howling at the moon by this point LOL. I had to let them grow out because the last time I had gotten them done somewhere else they did them too thin. I found this place close to my home and checked on Yelp to confirm positive reviews before trying this place out being that I am new to this area and am glad I did. Went in to thread my upper lip, only to get a cut at the side of my mouth. It started to slightly bleed; something that has NEVER HAPPENED to me the last 10 years I've been threading my brows and lip. It could've just been the lady who did it. I like this place (so far). The price is reasonable. Both the ladies are nice. They shape my eyebrows well. So why not 5 stars? Every time I come here, there's only one aesthesian(sp?) working. It's fine when it's a weekday/weeknight. But it's a tough pill to swallow on weekends when there's a bunch of errands to run before my toddler goes into crazy mode. Right now there's 4 of us waiting while a woman is getting her full face threaded. And she started getting her face done when I got here, which was about 20 mins ago. Again. Not the aesthesians fault because she's doing what she can without rushing (I don't want her to rush on my face too!), but it feels like a long wait on the weekends. I used to go to the place in the mall until this opened up right across the street from my house. This place is much better AND less expensive. It's only $8 for an eyebrow thread ($12 in the mall), and they are consistently GREAT. Not only do they thread, but they shape them very well. I have never had to wait very long and they work quickly. Also offer waxing but I've never tried that here. read more

I go here every two-three weeks to get my threading done. The people who work there are consistent and friendly. However one of the employees smells of cigarettes ALL the time which is off putting. Also, if they have long lines they tend to hurry up and I need to check and make sure that they've cleaned out all the hairs which they do after I point it out. They're called perfect eyebrows, because they really do give you the perfect eyebrows. Trust me, grow your eyebrows out completely so you have a blank canvas. Then go to them and have them reshape it from scratch. It will look SO good. I feel like I've been searching for them my whole life. I've been threading my eyebrows for the past ten years and I expect perfection. I've never gone to the same threader more than three times, because they never meet my standards. I've gone to perfect eyebrow ten times, and they always do an amazing job. No matter how much hair growth I have, they're always quick and it's always perfect and it's always the same affordable price. I love this place. I did a walk-in for some very out-of-shape eyebrows late on a Friday afternoon and they hooked me up! There were 3 girls in line ahead of me and I only waited about 10-15 minutes. They are fast but still do a quality job. It *is* threading, not waxing, which to me is more painful, but the results were worth it. And the price was unbeatable - $9! I used to go here to get my eyebrows threaded and was fine with it. Once I got engaged, I got serious about making my brows look perfect for the big day. I went to Flow Blow in Reston where Esme and Shugofa spent a great deal of time helping me grow out my brows and shaping them perfectly. They really did spend at least 20 minutes, and it didn't hurt a bit! Unfortunately Esme left and Shugofa went out of town but I was desperate to get my brows done so I went back to Perfect Eyebrow. I told her "please, just clean up and keep the shape." I left with tiny, mismatched brows. I was immediately upset with myself for even going there. The girl literally spent less than 1 minute on my brows, and just threaded off everything. Clean establishment with a relaxing atmosphere. I started coming here because it was more convenient to not have to make appointments. My previous threader was Ira, who I love but is sometimes not available. Now on to the review of my eyebrows... both times I have went here my eyebrows have turned out SO THIN. I don't even have "thick" eyebrows but wow, I was surprised I even had eyebrows after my last visit. The day after both threadings that I had received, my skin had completely broken out. I have never before broken out right above/beneath my eyebrows. Not sure what's going wrong here but I will not be returning. Convenience isn't always a great thing. read more

Very efficient and here and the price is right ($9 for threading). I have had my eyebrows threaded by several employees here and they always look just fine afterwards no matter who does them. I gave 4/5 stars because they do not always go out of their way to make you feel welcome or ask exactly what you want (they are not very chatty) and some people may find that intimidating. It is more of a "come in & get what you need done quickly" approach rather than a client-centered, warm atmosphere. However, I appreciate the efficiency and consistency of this business. read more

I specified each time I went that I want them to remain thick and natural looking, but I get pencil thin unidentical brows.
