I saw Cami once and she changed my appointment TWICE on the day I was scheduled to accommodate other clients - no regard for my schedule. It was my first time seeing her but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I scheduled with her again a few weeks later and she canceled. I scheduled with her a THIRD time on Mother's Day and she changed the appointment. I realized I couldn't do the new time she changed me to and rescheduled for May 29th. I walked in at my scheduled time and she's seating someone else! She claimed to not know I was scheduled, despite a text message from her acknowledging the 29th, and asked ME to come back later. Enough is enough. I don't know what her problem is, but she definitely has one. I'm attaching all of my text communications as proof. I see a pattern and it's bad business. read more
