I've just had my nails done at Abby Nails and wanted to give a shout out to my technician, Ni. She really takes pride in her work and it shows. She is very meticulous about her craft and will not let me leave the salon unless both of us are completely satisfied with my nails. She often shows me new techniques or polishes to try or suggests colors when I can't make up my mind. She knows how much I hate anyone touching my feet, but she has worked out ways to keep me comfortable during my pedicures. Had been here 3 times, relax and clean atmosphere. The first time I did manicure and asked the guy for two top coat and he said ones was enough I was back the week after because manicure had chipped. Second time Ni did my manicure it was perfect and it lasted me 5 weeks! She did amazing second time I did my manicure and pedicure with Ni. Pedicure was fine I like deep massage but when she was scrubbing she did to strong that didn't feel nice, also she hurt the skin close to one nail of my toe. Manicure again I asked two top coat as last time she said one was just fine I was there a week after, she was off so the guy there took care of me if feel he is not good he buffed my nails and then put a clear coat again. I asked them if one was enough and they said yes. The top started to peel so hard to me to come early on the week so I stop by on Friday and she said since it has been two weeks I have to paid for them to do them all again. I feel that is not fair. Extremely rude, when they get caught skipping steps in a pedicure, then lying to your face they did not skip an important step. Then they blame the customer. Ni has major issues with customer service and is very rude. read more

They did a walk-in manicure for my young daughter for $10. They have a large selection of polishes and do gel, acrylic, and I believe dip polish as well. It was clean, well ventilated, and had individual use towels as well. It was a nice find and we'll likely be back. read more

My favorite place to get a pedicure. It's a smaller nail salon so not very busy and rushed feeling. My nails are always perfect when I leave. I get gel pedicures and they last for over a month without chipping or changing color. Everyone does a good job- but I usually see Tuyet. 10/10 recommend! read more

Most wonderful experience. Gel polish on my hands, $30 & pedi for my feet was $27. A little steeper than what I'm used to, (I'm from the south,) but the service was well worth it. Shop environment is calm, quiet and they are very professional. Small shop, but was perfect for my friend and I. They have a beautiful color selection and my nails look so perfect!! They catered to us and I liked that, offered light refreshments, and smells very calm. Services too about an hour but like I said, well worth it. I went for a pedicure for the first time since Covid started. I felt very safe here. They have new furniture and pedicure chairs. Everything was very clean. They ask everyone to wash their hands as soon as you walk in. The nail polish has a sign asking customers not to touch it without the assistance of an employee. Review is for wait time. I called to get a pedi appt and the person who answered asked me to come in 10 minutes. I was in the area and used Yelp to find a good and nearby place. I told her yes I could make it in 10 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told it would be 10 minutes more. After a 20 minute drive and wait, I mentioned that I was under a timeline. The two ladies did their best to handle everyone that walked in, but ultimately I think that time got the best of them. As there was another lady behind me waiting for a pedicure, I did feel like she was being rushed to finish my nails. I decided to try dipped nails with small tips to extend my nails. I was a walk in and they accommodated me with a pedi but did not offer a manicure when I asked for tips and dip on my hands. The women did not speak great English so I decided to wait and see if the manicure came at the end. It was my first time getting fake nails so I had no idea about the process. The few questions I did ask, she kept telling me not to worry, she would do it later. Another women named Kim, I later learned is the manager or owner, spoke up at one point to assure me the dip would help my nails to grow. But I was not happy with the color selection available, and did not fully understand until the woman was completely done that I needed to ask for the same dip color for my toenails if I wanted them to match. She handed me so many color selections I did not understand an actually selected toenail polish that was not dip. So when it came time for the dip I couldn't match it. Ultimately, I went with a very sheer color to make the nails look as natural as possible since I couldn't match them to my toenail polish. I only realized after rushing out of there that I never received a manicure. I called back later to inquire why after hearing from girlfriends that it should've been included. It was only then on the phone that I was told a manicure was extra and it had to be requested. That was discouraging but I said OK. Now, not quite two weeks later, one of the tips on my thumb cracked in half and pulled off from my nail. I went to clip it with nail clippers and it completely broke off because that portion of it was not actually glued down. What a disaster! The tips should've made it a minimum of two weeks. The ladies at the shop were very nice but unfortunately the quality was lacking. My pinky nail started showing cracks, as well. read more

I think this is my first time trying a nail spa in my area. I find it so hard to find a good place. My sister came with me to try this place out. When we first walked in, we've noticed that Abby Nails is a very clean place. We did a walk-in so it was easy to grab a spot. We usually get gel manicures and pedicures together and they did a wonderful job. The issue I had was not having the nail polish completely fill the sides of my nails. But that's okay, I know that's a tough thing to do. Having a set of manicures and pedicures are expensive, but it's worth having since they last on your nails for weeks. Based on reviews, I called and went for a mani. I typically don't like manis, but Tina did a really good job - quick, efficient, and careful. My mani actually lasted 3 weeks before I returned for another - along with a pedi this time. Again - great job. My only "complaint" - and it seems to be common for this area - is that you cannot tip via credit card. It's onerous to remember to search for and grab cash before I leave home as I don't usually have nor carry cash. read more

This place is precious. It's not the fanciest place in the world but it was clean and quaint and the entire staff was super friendly. My mom and I went here for manicures. We didn't have an appointment but they had no issues accommodating us. I just got a regular manicure with Kitty (sweet angel). She filed my nails absolutely perfectly and gave me a really nice hand and arm massage. $13. THAT'S RIGHT. Thirteen buckaroos. My mom got a standard mani too but they had to take off her gels (which were probably held on with cement) also. Her total was $18. I am absolutely going back here. The service, price, and atmosphere were excellent and the manicure itself, although basic, was more than satisfactory, even before you consider the fact that it was only THIRTEEN DOLLARS. Super cute small shop. It was sooo quiet, I loved it! I got a pedi and a full gel set. My pedi was great. She did wonders for my sad feet. The massage chair was busted, but she gave me a long leg massage so I can overlook the chair issue. My full gel set was nicely done. They're a little thicker at the tips than I normally get, but I'll be sure to have them thin them more when I get my fills. I brought my own polish, but they also have a great selection as well. Also, the fact that my nail artist spoke no English made me really worry at first, but I showed her a photo of what I was looking for, and she did an excellent job. I was impressed by her steady hand when doing the French manicure. I requested gel nail polish, and they said it would last about two weeks - the manager also said if it chipped or showed wear before then, I could come in and have it fixed at no charge. Well, it turned out the nail polish lasted THREE weeks! Also, when it came time to ring everything up, the manager took off the charge for the flower detail in return for the long wait time. Went here to try out their services, because the lady I went to last week at another salon wasn't available. It's a small Shopping Center, and you might miss it, but they were very friendly and clean. I sometimes feel awkward when they talk to each other in another language, and the odd laughing and pointing at menus and such is them I know trying to do business, but still there should be a little bit more decorum. She did a good job with my gel fingertips, and a great pedicure with a semi okay paint job. Not the best, but her massage made up for it. I would go back there again, but I feel they left the stuff on my fingers to get the gel nail polish on for way too long. I went to this place once before and it was a great experience. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, so we decided to go there to get two pedicures. When we walked into the nail salon, we were not greeted and stood there in silence until one woman asked "yes?". I asked her if they had time for two pedicures and she said yes and guided us to our seats. They started on my mom's pedicure right away and they had told me I'd have to wait 15 minutes which I agreed to and it was no big deal to me. When the woman started on my pedicure, she cut me while she was cutting my cuticles and said "accident, you have dry skin" which caught me by surprise since my feet had been soaking for 10 minutes. She put an antiseptic on the cut and moved on but my cut kept bleeding and began to sting. I told her I didn't want to put my feet in the water because the stinging would get worse but she continued to put the antiseptic and putting my foot back in the water. I had to explain to her that I no longer wanted my feet in the water because it was stinging and she had put the salt in the tub prior to starting my pedicure, which made the stinging worse. She didn't say much and told me to stop moving around because it would make it worse. I'm not sure if I'm too sensitive, but I don't think her response to cutting me was appropriate or kind. Also, the last time we were there one of the staff members mentioned to us that prices for gel pedicures were high because of shortage and the product is expensive. This time I brought my own base gel, top gel, and color gel polish, but we were still charged full price for the gel pedicures even though we did not use their product. Since this is their business, I completely respected their decision and still gave them a tip because that's the right thing to do. I'm just very disappointed by the service we received today compared to the last time. Overall, the customer service was not the best. read more

I left, then went back in to see if they could fix the thick ridges at my cuticles from my fill in, I was told I was supposed to have ridges when I get a fill in, don't think so... These two ladies pay attention to detail, they listen to my wants and needs, and I enjoy having casual conversation while taking time for myself. The atmosphere is great and the salon is clean. The owner, Kim, is very accommodating and also does a great full set. I am very particular and Tammy has taken the time to remember my name even before I remembered hers and greets me by name every time I walk in.
