I frequently " walk in" with my mother in law who is a resident of the AL down the street. Every time a staff member sees us coming, they go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Despite the extra time it takes them, they are always kind and gentle with her slowness and infirmity. I cannot that them enough as a daughter in law for their care. We will keep coming back. It's nice to know that there are little ways to still spoil our seniors despite being wheelchair ridden. read more

Long time customer that is over the habitual triple/quadruple booking. 2 out of 3 in our party had to wait 60 min after completing our pedis before the manis started. While we waited, multiple people that had bookings were asked to wait in the hall for up to 30 min. The quality of the mani and pedi was just OK. Go elsewhere, at least for now. My guess is they treat solo regulars well, others, book at your own risk. read more

I had an amazing experience here! Amy was very sweet and helped me feel at ease being in a salon during covid. First she had me wash my hands, then she took my temperature and THEN had me sign in that way even the pens and sign in sheets stayed as clean as possible. Everyone wore a mask and washed their hands on a regular basis. Amy made sure my water temperature was comfortable for me and offered me a drink to enjoy while getting my pedicure. To add to the safety measures, they have hung clear curtains so I was able to enjoy my drink without worrying about spreading germs that also allowed me to still communicate easily with her. She was able to use the curtain as well to help communicate with me as I have a hard time hearing and masks make it difficult for me to understand people some times. She did an absolutely wonderful job and I will definitely be returning for my future pedicures. read more

Whenever I'm in town, I always come here to get a pedicure. Everything is very clean, and they give wonderfully relaxing foot massages. My feet always feel so soft and smooth after they're done. They also don't have my favorite nail polish shade, but they're always super patient about finding the right shades to mix to get what I'm looking for. My mom asked me why I always come here--I simply found them online the first time, and they've delivered every time after, so I've never felt the need to look elsewhere. I was offered a menu of pedicure add-ons but I elected to get the basic service, which was still over $30. Everything went well at the spa, however an hour later, I lightly touched my toe to something and the polish on both big toes became dented. Further, the pedicure didn't last more than a week before it began to chip. Pedicures usually last much longer for me. This place has great parking and appears to be modern in terms of the decor but those are the only positive points. I made an appointment at this salon for a manicure and pedicure prior to my trip to Europe based on the reviews here which I believe now may be inflated. The owner or manager appeared to be the person working on me. Although she was pleasant, the entire process felt extremely rushed. She also appeared to use extremely old emery boards and other tools. She took three phone calls for appointments while she was working on me and at one point got up and went to the reception desk to schedule an appointment for someone. This is incredibly unprofessional. I also requested a paraffin wax and she suggested using some cream on my feet instead-but charged me for the paraffin price. I paid $62 for a manicure and pedicure which I believe was a little excessive for what I actually received. She also left the nails on my right foot jagged. Unfortunately, this was just not a good experience and I feel like I've been taken advantage of. UPDATE: Lisa, thank you for the reply but this IS the right place where I had my manicure and pedicure done. The address is STILL in my GPS. Please be honest with your patrons. read more
