So I walked back to talk to him and he was deep into coloring someone else's hair, gloves on and everything. So I asked if I still had my appointment, he said "Oh yeah," then said he'd help me in a little. He came and grabbed me finally, then immediately started accosting me about how it's my fault I didn't walk over to him. I don't live here, I don't know who he is so how could I? He continued to accost me the whole cut, lecturing me how it's my fault I had to wait, he even said he saw me in there. 3-5 minutes into the cut he asked if I wanted product. I was so confused, he hadn't done anything I wanted so I asked "are you done?" He said yes, so I repeated what I wanted, then he told me no, he wasn't going to do that and then continued doing what I didn't want for 15 more seconds, then asked how I wanted to pay. My hair is so uneven and is completely fucked up. It's so uneven and he missed parts of my hair... He also works at Scotch and Scissors apparently and tried to get me to go there and told me it'd be $65 there instead of $45 at Village 9. $65 for a 3 minute cut while getting accosted and told he wouldn't cut my hair like I asked?
