I was thoroughly impressed with this salon. I had a Groupon so I called and a nice man answered and scheduled me promptly for the next day at noon. The building seems brands new and there is plenty of parking. The salon is on the second floor and was pristine, quiet and peaceful. The ladies are all very sweet and made me feel welcomed. They even offered me a complimentary glass of wine (which I enjoyed) while getting my pedicure. They're responsive if you say the water is too warm or something tickles. The whole place is very organized and the nail colors are easy to find and choose from. I was there for the sea salt pedicure and my feet really needed it. I also asked if they could add a gel mani and they told me the price ($35) and another technician started prepping my nails while I was still getting my pedicure. They definitely made me feel like a princess! I hadn't had a pedicure or manicure in a very long time and my nails were not very long, but they worked their magic and my hands and feet feel brand new. Overall, the price for both including my Groupon discount and tip, was $78. Not bad at all for how great they did and it only took 1.5 hours for both while still giving me full relaxation and attention to my hands and feet. I came in for an hour long deep cleanse facial after finding this place on Groupon for a great deal. I have never had a facial before and was a little nervous as I was unsure of how the process works but the very nice woman who took care of me helped me to relax and she was fantastic! I forgot to ask her name before leaving but she made me very comfortable and the facial itself was great. I struggle with dry skin and have been having a bad breakout of acne lately and my skin was glowing and super soft and bright! She also gave me a neck, shoulder and arm massage which was wonderful as well. The shop itself is beautiful and they take precautions with covid. The place was very clean and I think I may have been the only one there at the time so no worries about coming into contact with too many other people. I had been a loyal customer since the pandemic but I stopped coming here for a while because the quality of pedicures and service went down while prices kept rising. I decided to give them another shot even though I read some very good and some really bad reviews of rudeness which now I totally believe and can empathize. I called around 11:15am to see if they had time for spa pedicure for me at 12 and they booked me. At 12:02 I got texts saying hope to see me because there are customers after me, I was parking. I entered the salon at 12:06 and they told me to sit down, station was not set up or even water running. I told the lady, let me know if you have enough time for me because I don't want to be rushed, it's ok if I can come back and she said yes no problem. Sheila whom never did my nails before started service at 12:10. She was doing ok and being nice, but I do have to say, she was rough on my toes with the hard sponge to the point that I have scrape with some blood (see picture) that her so much when she poured alcohol and she saw it and didn't say a word. She didn't do enough cuticle cut although I told her I had a lot, some areas on my feet were left rough and she didn't do the full masque after massage. I think she started to rush my service because I saw her customer come in around 12:35, so she did rush through it. She dismissed with me at 12:50 exactly. Sheila left me to dry my nails and took her customer in for lashes. When I went to pay I asked Ruby, the spa pedicure is usually about an hour( it's also stated so online) and mine took 40 minutes, I never had it done in such short time and she didn't do it complete. Ruby told me oh she just did a regular pedicure because you had no appointment and it's $35, so I said oh ok that's fine even though I said and wanted the spa pedicure but the timing made sense. I wouldn't mind a few minutes less for a spa pedicure but 20 minutes less is not a spa pedicure and price. I went out to get my purse and coming back the lady that took me in was there and was passive aggressively explaining that I was wrong, telling me that it's ok for me to go to another salon. Sheila all of a sudden comes rushing, yelling at me and visibly so upset she came close to me yelling. Whatever it is, this is not professional and proper behavior towards ANY customer. No one should be yelled at at a salon for any reason. She was yelling I was wrong and that my pedicure started at 12. At the end the First Lady sarcastically and as before passive aggressive tone told me "I hope you find another salon". Never been treated this way before anywhere and would never step foot there again. You not o my have to know how to do a pedicure but also how to treat your customers equally with respect, not only a few of them. If anyone cares this is my truthful review, I hope the owner cares at least and for future and past bad experiences , I am one of you, don't bother and take your business elsewhere. read more

There was pixie glass everywhere for covid. The chairs are massage chairs. They also gave me nice fruit plate. They opened in October 2020. I got the herbal spa pedicure, the most expensive one. It was over an hour long and a WONDERFUL experience. There was a scrub, a mask, paraffin. The whole 9 yards. I think it is usually $95, but they are charging $65 right now. $95 seems really high, but $65 is a good deal for what you are getting. There are a lot, alot of colors for polish. My gel mani was okay, but not as great as my pedi. First off, I really wanted my nails to be almond and cut short. But the manicurist kept pushing me to not cut it down. I was pretty clear twice I didn't want to keep the length. But after the third push, I agree and now regret the length of my nails. But that was on me. They charged $8 for gel take-off which is high but fine. Then I wanted 3 nails yellow and 2 nails white. So 2 colors. They charged me $5 for "design." I wouldn't consider two colors "design." I understand an ombre is design but 2 color seems like they nickled and dimed me. But they were clear about the cost before they did it. Overall I liked this spa. If I could give 0 stars....Worst experience...I had permanent eyeliner done here and had ink migration so now the only way to have it fixed is by having laser surgery. Hundreds of dollars and more risks.They didn't seem to know anything about ink migration when I went in to have them look at it. I thought that was unsettling. She never told me that ink migration was a risk. I wish I never went there. I recently visited LipLash Organic Spa for a 24k back scrub, organic facial, classic mani, and herbal spa pedi. I found this spa through Groupon (for the back scrub) and decided to try a few other services while there. It was definitely worth it, and I look forward to going back. The spa is located in a new office building next to OneLoudoun. It's very clean, quiet, and well-decorated. You can make appointments on the phone or online via Freshly. They also send appoint reminders via text, which I found helpful. In addition, the spa provides drinks and fruit trays to their clients, which was a really nice touch to elevate the experience. Pat (sp?) did my back scrub, and it was great. It essentially is a facial for your back: cleansing, followed by a 2 or 3 step exfoliation process, blemish extractions, serum, and moisturizer, all with 24k gold products. The treatment ended with a relaxing gentle scalp and extremities massage. My only "critiques" are that the table was quite small so my feet were hanging off the end (I'm 5'9 so taller than your avg woman) and the tech didn't explain what she was doing (but I also didn't ask and I assume she wanted to give be quiet to help me relax). Ice (yes, that is her name) assisted me with the remaining services. The organic facial was suitable for my sensitive skin and was equally thorough and relaxing as the back scrub. My nails came out great, and they had a wide color selection. The herbal pedi was also quite good, though I think you could opt for one of the less-expensive pedis and still have a great treatment. Again, my only critiques relate to issues with my height (I felt too tall for the pedi chair and couldn't get terribly comfortable even after adjusting it). Still, it was a great experience. This place is luxurious. I opted for the herbal prestige spa pedicure which is listed as $95 on the website but has a special price $65. It was a full 90 minute experience though. They offered wine and water while we were waiting (in beautiful thrones, I might add). Then once seated, you have the option of which scent you want for the pedi (I opted for eucalyptus). They brought a small fruit plate that was individually wrapped and a nice complement to the wine. With the addition of the massage chair, the zen music, and the relaxing scenes on the tv - I was so relaxed. This was the most relaxing nail spa experience I have ever had. I visited this spa on 9/11/2021. I was going to let the last visit slide and not leave a negative review so that I could come a second time with an appointment and potentially have a better experience but... nope! When I visited this spa on the 11th, I was enjoying a day with a friend and she had been wanting to come here because of how incredibly beautiful it is online. It was later in the evening when we called to see if we were lucky enough to be able to secure a couple of pedicures. They were kind on the phone and invited us to come in at 6:30pm. After an hour drive (YES an hour because this spa is an hour away from us) we arrived at 6:30pm. The spa is stunning and very quaint. Looked as if all staff was still working and there was no inclination of the spa closing soon. Without knowledge of their business hours, we asked if they had enough time to do our nails as well and they willingly accepted. I started asking about services and was told buy another that one of the services I was interested in was a certain price but was corrected regardless by Michelle which was the nail tech who opted to do my service. I just let it go even though I felt they should have honored that. Michelle gave me a small $5 price adjustment and convinced me to upgrade my service from gel to French dip powder. I was already very hesitant but she told me that I can expect dip to last longer than 3 weeks, dip powder will not lift, and that it is healthier. Question: how is dip powder healthier when they use power tools? No manicure even remotely like with gel. Michelle got started on my nails closer to 7pm by the time we sat down and chose our services we wanted. She then made it very clear that she had a date at 8pm and rushed through my nail service. There were a few mistakes, some I let slide and one I pointed out. She had filed off a corner of my nail and then proceeded to try to salvage it by filing it more making it way shorter than the rest and leaving me to look like a brat asking her to fix it. Thankfully she fixed it. Then left me to another nail tech. The tech after Michelle put the clear gel on my nails and missed one which is now yellow whilst all other nails are still pink with white tips. Of course I didn't notice till later due to the color difference. I completely understand my nail tech had things to do but I would hope that the person picking up where she left off would take pride in finishing my service correctly. The funny thing is, that night I met the owner Jud. Great guy! He was so excited for his new spa up and running after all the craziness from this past year and I remember talking to him about how beautiful his nail spa was and telling him that we both were excited to leave him a raving Yelp review! He then informed us that he wished more customers would leave reviews and if they were not satisfied, to give his spa a call and they took pride in resolving which is a very noble thing for a business to do if they want their business to thrive. Word of mouth is far worse then simply taking responsibility and fixing an issue that will potentially salvage a client relationship of which will be very lucrative to have! I paid my bill, tipped both girls over 15% and left. On the 16th (5 days later) I noticed the nail that was yellowing was due to not having the gel clear coat on it. I also noticed them lifting already and decided to take a video for proof in case someone wanted to say I was lying. I don't need to get over on businesses and I don't want to be taken advantage of either. I would have called last week but I do business in VA and NC which had me tied up all last week. I called today when I finally had a chance to breathe and spoke to Michelle about my concerns. Her lack of care was appalling! Apparently, it doesn't matter that they missed the clear on one nail because they are human, and it doesn't matter that she pretty much guaranteed her dip powder service to NOT LIFT, and it doesn't matter that she gave me a fungus under my nail on my thumb because none of it is her fault because it's been over a week (10 days). She said I could come in but it will be full price. I told her that it was kind of ridiculous that they wouldn't at least give half off due to it being a poorly done service. She tried to make it like I was lying and that it was my fault because it has been over a week so I informed her of the video I took and she the agreed to refund me half. Well $22 is NOT HALF! The nails were $60 not to mention the tip amount that is whatever. Afterwards I received a call stating that I needed to come to the spa and pick up a check for $22. NOT GONNA HAPPEN considering they are an hour away from me and that's gas just to get there and back. This is terrible business and I'm hoping that Jud sees this. I tried to bring my concerns and was treated like nothing but an inconvenience. I will not be coming back! So sad too because it has so much potential! read more

But, their nail technicians definitely need some work. I hate to say this, but they all seemed very unsure on the procedures of the pedicure and the manicure. My husband and I went to LipLash as a treat and both got pedicures. The spa is located near one loudoun and in a commercial building with other businesses. It was nice, modern and clean and our nail technicians wore mask. I got a herbal prestige pedicure with Ice. It was discounted for $65 and Ice was really nice and made sure that I was comfortable during the pedicure. So I knew it was time to get them Curled again. I Decided to go here and that was a big mistake. I walked in with long Thick eyelashes and walked out with short stubby, thin lashes. I cried the entire way home. They were so ugly And I was charged extra just for her to fix them because I didn't say in the beginning that I wanted natural lashes even though what she gave me wasn't curled the ends were just pushed to the side which she said was very popular but I knew that was a lie. They looked fried and bent. I ended up thinking about it for two days straight because I was tired of waking up with bent fried curled lashes that were sticking out in different directions. The woman did not know what she was doing, and that costed me my eyelashes. It sucks because I trusted somebody With my eyelashes and they completely ruined them so I didn't feel ready to completely let go of the eye lash lifts SO I ordered a kit and I watched so many videos to learn how to lift my own lashes and relax them because even though the burned and curled and fried lashes grew out I still wanted to know how to fix the end because she just completely messed up. After purchasing my kit I tried it out and the results were amazing.
