Kathy the owner is all about getting as many people through the salon in the fewest minutes possible. She likes to call you honey but all the talk behind the clients backs is wickedly indecent. The "nail wheel" with the colors on the nails do not match the actual color in the bottle. When I said it didn't match and I objected, Kathy proceeded to glop on another color and proclaimed, "isn't this one pretty?" No, it's not the color I picked! This is my third shot there since I live SO close and all three times have been failures. I have so much cuticle left behind the entire purpose of a manicure and pedicure and paint all over my skin. In addition sterilization is a huge problem The nail tech opened the bag of instruments and then folded the bag to put in her pocket to use again. This was my first time trying the salon. While my nail tech was very pleasant, I do not feel I got a great spa pedicure. It was just ok. I had to ask her to remove my callouses and dead akin after the exfoliation and the paraffin wax treatment and there was still rough skin left on my feet and they weren't that bad given I get regular pedicures. The polish job was ehhh, she left polish on the skin even after I asked her to clean it up. The salon itself was mediocre-- very small and quite cluttered. Old telephone books were used at the nail drying stations. With all the salons to choose from, this one is a no for me. read more

For 2+ years I've been seeing Amy who goes above and beyond every time. She does such a good job taking care of me, making sure I love the color even when I'm indecisive, and pays attention to the particular things I like. I can't say enough about this place! I am new to the area, and I love SNS nails with the coffin shape. However, many places either don't do the coffin shape well or they don't do the SNS process correctly. The first time I came only for a pedicure, when I found out they did SNS I returned to get mine done. Nick was awesome great shape, four layers and still thin! It took 2 hours to get a pedicure and a new SNS set, which is pretty good timing. I wasn't paying attention and cracked a nail about a week later. When I returned Kathy squeezed me in, all stations were full I thought it would take forever. I was in and out in 15 mins, I am so glad I found this place absolutely love it!! They get pretty packed after 2 o'clock, so unless you can go during the day call ahead. Everyone there is so nice, and seem to know all their customers by name. Love it here! read more

These guys are great. You can usually always walk right in but they have enough techs to take quite a few clients at once. The place isn't the most beautiful feel but it is nice and clean. You will get a great job done more often than not. I can tell you I have had a hand full of bad paint jobs done here but out of the hundreds of times I've been, they are usually fantastic. The staff is always incredibly pleasant and most do not push up sells (beware that a couple do it constantly so you just have to know what you want and stick to it). They do a great job with my daughter and doing her nails when she really wants to be part of everything. (She is almost 4). Lots of parking and easy access. Lots of color choices in regular and gel polish. Variety of different options for pedicures depending on how much you want to pampered. read more

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Setup appt. for mani/pedi for my wife and daughter on Mothers Day. Big mistake doing this on Mother's Day. We had appointment for 200pm, we got there 10 minutes early and my wife and daughter services started at 215pm...not bad but not great on the wait for service. Again appt. Time was 2pm. The wife and kid had a good time, but felt like they were rushed through the services. Again, what can you expect on Mothers Day? So my wife had the GEL polish, 1 week after nail appointment my wife's nails have peeled off. For $76 I feel this is unexceptable. I expect a credit back. We will see how Creative Mgmt. This place seemed always too busy. I always have to wait so long even when I make the appointment. I think the manager or owner makes the workers work too much. It looks like she double books and that makes the workers to work fast. All staff are so nice but they are always in a hurry to accommodate awaiting customers one after another. I can't believe I just waited an hour of my time. I went in for gel nails which is my go to. When two coats of color left my nails streaky, another technician tried to correct it with a third coat. When that didn't work, I asked them to remove it all together. Afterwards, they just sat there waiting for me to leave. I asked if they could give me a manicure or another color in gel nails. The woman at the front desk, not sure if she was the owner but acted like it, said they won't do gel nails because I would not be satisfied with any gel nails and they couldn't do business like this. She treated me as if I had history of being problematic. In actuality, this was the first time I've had concerns and expressed them. I reminded her I've had gel nails in the past with no problems. I tipped my girl for her time and walked out. I refuse to support a business that tries to blame the client for not being satisfied. The woman at the front desk was loud and obnoxious. My friend & I went in for mani/pedis. She had been there before, but said the place must be under new management or something since the decor had changed & she didn't recognize the people. The actual process was fine at the time, though I said no to the "spa" version & the lady did it anyway & charged me for it. However, the day after we got them done, both of us had totally chipped fingernails. I took off the polish on Day 2 after the manis & realized that the woman had done almost nothing to my cuticles as well. She hadn't even pushed them back, they were still as ragged & long as ever - she had just painted over them! It may be cheap, but I'm never going back. Now I need to get my nails redone less than a week after I supposedly had them done. What a waste of time & money. read more

Terrible place. Never again. Decided to get my nails done and even got the top of the line gel to make sure they would last longer. I had a lady named Nina do them since I've never been there before. She did them in less than a hour and left them so thick and messy. I had nail polish all over my finger and white gel all over and inside my nails. Also 2 of my nails weren't even glued properly. I called them and the owner was very friendly about my nails and told me to come back and have them fixed. So I drove back and had Danny fixed them and left them completely better. Remind you I paid 47 plus left Nina a 12$ tip. I left happy with my nails and even apologized to them for having them fix their mistakes. This morning when I woke up two of my nails were completely chipped and I thought gel was supposed to last longer than one day. So I called her and she was so rude and disrespectful after I said I wanted my money back and my nails off. She yelled at me and told me I had a problem and hung up. I don't know what to do in this situation but I'm never going back there EVER!!! AND NO ONE SHOULD. All they do is rip people off. I'm so disappointed. read more

The first time I went to this salon about a year and a half ago I didn't have the best experience. Out of desperation in a time crunch I returned a few weeks ago and had a much better experience. I recently returned again and had another good pedicure and gel manicure. I still think the salon itself is in need of a refresh as there is nothing luxurious or relaxing about the ambiance but the service seems to have improved dramatically from my initial visit. read more

I had a pedicure here last week and it was amazing! They have a menu of different types of services and I chose the parrafin pedicure...so relaxing. Staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating to walk ins. Salon was clean. Walked out of there happy with my service. However, after three days my expensive SNS nails began to break. I expect a break or two between fills, but I have had three break and two more crack within a week. Would not go back here again for this SNS nails. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I took my little nieces here this past weekend for a fun spa day. Our manicures were rushed. John did my nails- he wouldn't listen to anything I said to him. I told him I didn't want to lose the shape or length of my nails and just to lightly file if he had to at all- did the complete opposite. Filed my nails down to different uneven shapes, I was so disappointed. Every time I would like down at my nail he would snag my finger to bring it closer to him- he rushed the entire manicure- I was done in ten minutes- very unpleasant experience. The owner did one of my nieces nails- she was putting a flower design on her ring finger- my niece simply asked her if she can design the flower on ring finger on her left hand and her index finger on the right her-- and her response was "I have to charge you extra for that" REALLY?! To my 9 year old niece who literally just wanted her flower on another finger rather than the one she was going to design? Absolutely ridiculous!! The place is very tiny- they weren't willing to accommodate us wanting to sit together even after saying we could wait so we can all sit together- she said she needed toe keep the customer flow going and if someone else came in as a single, they would need to seat them right away rather than wait for 3 chairs to open up next to each other. I was very very disappointed with this place. Not to mention, my manicure chipped the next day. I would not send anyone here and I would suggest you think twice before going here! I hate writing long bad reviews like this, but this place truly deserved the poor rating. read more

Kathy and her staff are amazing! However Lynn is very unprofessional and rude. She argues with you when you tell her what you want done. Lynn was also rude to my mother one time before this and she is still there. So that just shows that the manager is ok with her behavior.
