I was in desperate need of a massage, needing serious therapeutic relief. I found Eden's online. The reviews were very good (& promising) & I decided to give them a call. They were able to fit me in the same day! I was a little worried bcus reviews are not always on point - however, this time I was very pleasantly surprised & my body very relieved! Lucy was AMAZING! She came in the room & made sure I was comfortable, that she understood what I needed & got right to it. It was a very good experience overall, from the scheduling to the reception on arrival, to the clean rooms, quality oils, & the service - I'm very particular & I'll say this was excellent! Already scheduled my next appt for a couples massage for the hubby & I!! Thank you Lucy!! read more

Went for a second massage last week it was good the only thing that with this masseuse, Linda I needed half and hours more. She focused more in my back which was so need and I could handle more time now. The first visit one hours massage was all I could handle since my body was sore. So learning and understanding that depending on how my body feels and the masseuse time will need to be increased. First time I booked half hour and asked for half more. This time I booked one hours but I should ask for half hour more. Since my front body got like 10-15 minutes! But my back was sore needed of all that great points she pressed! I wished she asked me if I wanted more time! Anyway communication is key here! read more

First time coming to Eden. Linda was my therapist. She did an amazing job. I hadn't had a massage in about a year, and they were in, what I consider the best place for a massage, Southeast Asia. The room was pretty good, but the massage was great. I'm a big guy and she twisted and stretched me in such a good way. I will definitely return, at least twice a month. Definitely give them a try. read more

Reasonable and friendly people . I have bought the 5 massage package & enjoyed every session coming back relaxed read more

I've been here a few times in the last few months and each visit is wonderful. David is my favorite therapist at the moment. He gave me feedback about where my back is tight. The cost is very reasonable. Service with each therapist has been consistently great. read more

All I can say is WOW I just got the best massage of my life here by Fanny, she really got under what feels like every muscle. I came in so sore after a long weekend of dancing and I came out feeling like a new person. The massage was so great that I had to extend it from 60 Minutes to 90 highly recommend this place along with the centreville location. read more

Great place for massage! Love all the masseuse. They do pay attention to detail. Absolutely love it. Ty

I booked a body scrub and asked for swedish massage but I just got a pretty basic effortless massage. The front desk is still very friendly but the actual massage was not good at all. I won't be returning. I updated my review to remind myself not to go back here. read more

We walked in with no expectations for :90 couples massages. The location was clean and basic, no frills. I was massaged over the sheets at first which seemed odd. The masseuse used sheets, hands, and hot stones...lots of acupressure points. I added cupping to my massage and that was a bit painful at first but I will definitely do it agin. We walked out of there feeling drunk! While I didn't think it was much of a massage they definitely did what was needed. I felt like a million bucks the next day. read more

Staff was nice but this was suboptimal experience. Front desk worker kind and took me to a room told me to undress (normal, of course). Not even 30 seconds later a gentleman knocked and opened the door when I was naked, just stared at me, no introduction or words beside "okay". I motioned to close the door and covered up for the massage. He returned after a few more seconds and again no introduction or instructions. Massage was okay, did not seem up to par with any other professional l've experienced. I felt horrible because it was clear he did not speak English. He pointed to a paper on the wall that said $10 for oil. I was confused as I was used to massage oil being already included, I tried to clarify but he just started at me and repeated "$10" so l agreed initially. When he came back he had a small vial of essential oil. I asked what the normal oil would cost or if I could do the massage without the up charge for "essential oil," after a difficult conversation in which neither of us could understand the other he held up a bottle of lotion. I said that was fine. Standard lotion was sticky and not smooth. A timer went off and he said "done" and walked out. Just not the best place to go if expecting a quality massage or any kind of experience if you are looking for a good experience. Again, everyone was very kind but I felt very uncomfortable and the massage was not great. read more

Today was my second second visit at Eden's both times phenomenal, friendly staff and masseuses. Very clean and welcoming environment, perfect combination to get a massage at. The first visit was a gift for my bday this past January and today was a "treat yourself" type of day for me (spontaneous!) the message with Monica today was exceptional, I look forward to coming back soon. It has a spa-ish feel to it but without the fancy stuff which work for me, I much rather have an amazing massage then pay for an overrated $150+ resort price. I like that Eden has different time options from 30min to 120min, the prices are very fair and reasonable too to motivate to come at least once a month. read more

Eden’s - One of the many massages rooms. Clean and spacious. - Massage Near Me - Sterling, Virginia

Just had my second massage with Monica yesterday in one week and it was the best massage that I ever had in the area! I have really bad neck, shoulder and back from spending all day sitting in front of a computer for many years. Monica found out all of my sore points through pressuring and she will spend a lot of time to massage these knots to increase the blood flow and relieve the pain. This makes a huge difference than a routine massage with equal amount of time on every area. I always appreciate a therapist to "customize" the massage with better therapeutic effect! She also worked with me to adjust the pressure to my preference throughout the massage and the pressure that she gave was perfect. I like strong pressure and she totally delivered! She was working so hard and her sweats showed. Very appreciative on my side for her hard work! Also her head massage felt like magic which I loved and will probably ask for longer time in my next appointment lol. She also has some knowledge of Chinese medicine that she learned from her life in China and from the owner who is a traditional Chinese doctor. She did cupping for me to remove the dampen Qi in my body with detoxification, something that is practiced in China as a common procedure at pretty much all massage places and traditional Chinese doctor offices. Also the business is very professional and they are very customer service oriented. I have done a lot of massages in my life and Eden has all the characters of a top massage practice. I highly recommend! read more

Eden Reflexology has always been a reliable massage spot! I've been going here for a few years now- and I prefer the Sterling location because it's newer and more spacious. Make sure to tip the workers in cash so it goes directly to them. For a massage spot, it's pretty affordable and they reallly tap into your pressure points! Monica is an angel. My mother and sister were pleased with their masseuses a too , namely Caroline and Edna(?) . Big thanks to the manager and good graces to the business! Will return again when the knots in my lower back need some touching read more

I called on a Sunday afternoon for a walk-in and they were happy to take me. I had Susan for a full body 60 min massage and she was great. Incredibly sweet and checked in on me at the beginning of the session to make sure the pressure was comfortable. The establishment is clean, staff are friendly, and the price is reasonable compared to others I've seen (60 min - $75). I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Went today and had the couple massage special. I get a massage once a month, and this is one of the better massages I have had in NOVA. Monica, was really thorough and everything was mostly relaxing. She was a bit rough on the lower back, felt like knuckles on the spine, but I mentioned it and she eased up. The massage was an actual full body massage: some scalp, ears, face, shoulders, a lot of back, arms, butt, and legs (I have broken toe so not sure if they would normally do feet or not). Their prices are also much cheaper than most places I have used in the past. I can't say 100% but I might be a new regular. read more

Very clean setting. The Covid protocols in place made me feel very safe. I decided on the combo and it was worth every penny. Very zen music playing with waterfall sounds made me so relaxed. Thank you !!!! read more

I'm always on the hunt for a good massage place that is reasonably priced and this was recommended by a neighbor on NextDoor. Lily was my masseuse and this was one of the best massages I've ever had in years! It was relaxing but at the same time, she really worked on massaging my sore shoulders and she was very knowledgeable. I must've fallen asleep because I woke myself up when I started snoring. Lol! I will be coming back. 10 stars for this place! read more

I have been to many massage therapists, but this place has been the most professional and effective. Monica is an incredible masseuse, she was very good at pinpointing the places where I had pain. I had a 60min session, and I come back) I highly recommend checking this place out. read more

This was unlike any massage over ever gotten! It was kind of a combination of a deep tissue and Thai massage. Amanda did a fantastic job and I feel great. One thing - if you have an injury or arthritic joint I'd be very clear before they start. They don't do the intake form many places do. She didn't tell me what was happening, just did it. She stretched my shoulders, hip and back and it worked well for me but if you had an injury it might not for you. Massage was very well priced and I'll definitely go back. read more

Vicky was amazing!! I called and they got me in a last minute appointment - super calming and clean environment and everyone was super nice

I was in Northern Virginia again and called the Sterling location to see if they by chance had last minute availability for a couples massage. They were able to accommodate my request and again I was pleased by the outstanding service we received. Mike and Lily were outstanding!! The spa is clean and inviting. The providers continue to wear masks. One thing to note...tips need to be provided in cash so be sure to have some handy. Eden's (Sterling) will continue to be my go to location in NOVA when I'm in the area. I highly recommend!! read more

Mike was great! This place is definitely the cheapest that I found in the Northern Virginia area but the massages are still wonderful. You may not get the fancy rooms and ambience of a $100+ massage but I think it is still well worth it! read more

It was ok. I will give it a another try. Maybe I'm spoiled but I needed more than just a mediocre rub.

This is me and my boyfriend's new spot. The staff is nice and always easy to work with. Their massages are affordable. I haven't tried all of their massages but the regular massage with the hot stone is pretty good. I plan on trying a foot massage soon. read more

This is truly a magical place. I have come here a few times. I have gone to other place, but this place is the best in this area! I have been experiencing terrible pain in my shoulders, the Massage I received was so helpful in dealing with pain and tension. I have visited this place and impressed with their service. They are very professional in full body massage. The combo offer is very impressive to get massage done along with foot and body. I'll visit this place again for sure. read more

By far an amazing massage today. Went in due to severe swelling in my legs. My therapist Carolyn told me about each muscle group and technique needed to help push the fluid out. She used a firm touch using her fore arms whicb instead of digging and hurting me it was a nice and even touch and pressure that felt very nice. She worked my stiff hip joine and it felt loose and normal again. I have had many massages other places where I was left in pain taking tylenol for days after. It has been a few hours now and I ha e had no pain amd still feel relaxed and ready for a great night sleep! Front desk man saw I was off balance and helped me into the room and walked me out afterwards. Been here a few times now and have not been disappointed read more

My old massage place was great but got too busy so I started going to Eden's Therapeutic Massage. It's very easy for me to call and get an appointment here, usually on the same day. I only get my massages from Linda because she's awesome! The entire massage feels amazing and each move seems intentional (no filler fluffy moves). Linda is great at asking the amount of pressure you want and adjusts when necessary. I've been going at least once a month for a year now and will continue to go. read more

Awesome massages at a great price. Availability's is good; I can typically get same-day appointments. Other perks include the hot towel and hot stone with every massage. The massage tables are a little uncomfortable though--the face holder is always just a bit small so I find myself adjusting a lot. Sound also seems to carry in the building even though the rooms are individually walled. But just a minor inconvenience for an otherwise solid and relatively inexpensive massage. I've gone three times now and would definitely go again. Would recommend. read more

Excellent service, very clean place and experienced staff. I often get massages from May or Jeff. They are both great. The owner is very friendly and accommodates my schedule. Very nice people and I highly recommend this place read more
