I was given a 90 minute deep tissue massage as a gift from my wife for Father's Day. Worst massage experience ever!!! She was the only one in the building, so she left four times during my massage to greet customers that came in (door chime rang every time someone came in). Barely rubbed-nothing deep tissue about this massage. She kept whipping the sheet off and on abruptly. The oil she used was cold. She left two more times to get Luke warm wet towels to wipe off the excess oil. She set a 90 minute timer when she started (left those six times), then when it went off, she stopped abruptly and said, "okay we are done", then she walked out. Don't waste your time or money here. I wanted to stop payment on my card payment but I thought that would be unethical. This place is horrible!!!!! read more

But if you are looking for a great deep tissue message without the bells and whistles that go with it, including cost, you found it($65/hour). They are very nice and rooms are clean ( changed after each client. If you are looking for heated tables, light message, and more of an experience, pick another place at a much higher price. Warning: 1)This is deep tissue and NOT light. This is very affective and positive but can be a bit painful in areas that need work ( knotty muscles). 2)They do not speak great English so make sure everyone is on the same page ( time, cost, and tip), especially a problem area, painful spots, or an injury. read more

Pretty good massage. She did a nice job loosing up my neck. The only thing I didn't like was that the whole massage was on my stomach - didn't flip to my back at all. beware ladies there is a predator working and servicing the Ashburn location and maybe possibly the Lansdowne location as well. I went in today for 45 min back massage and a male masseuse attended me, which has never been an issue in the past. About 15 mins into my massage this man began to pleasure himself thinking I wasn't going to hear him or feel what he was doing. I called the police, I also went to their main location to speak to the owner. The owner along with some other male were covering for their employee by saying he's a man of god and a good Christian. they said what I heard was construction next door, etc. LADIES BECAREFUL!!!! if this happened to me it could happen to anyone and it probably has. read more

Great massage. My partner and I had a couples massage for a very reasonable price - $109 total. Mary worked on him and Gilbert me. The massage was a mix of Asian techniques -- pressure points, kneading, etc. While we didn't do the standard pre-massage convo (which no one ever pays attention to), Gilbert checked on me several times to make sure the pressure was ok. He spent the majority of time on my back working out knots. We left feeling extremely refreshed. As the other reviews have alluded, it's important to note this isn't a spa. You're not going to get cucumber water here, and yes, you can hear when people come in or when the phone rings since it's not fully enclosed rooms. They also use a timer for full transparency, so you hear a ding and jump back to reality. As long as you have the right expectations, you'll also find this to be a little gem in Loudoun. read more

One star is too much. I have never had a massage, but for valentines I scheduled a couples session. I was excited, and a little scared - and I told the woman on the phone it was my first. So, they sent us information that said many spas offer "extras" and we should get there 15-20 minutes early. I was thinking hot tub? Or sauna? We got there 15 minutes early - there was no one at the front desk, there was trash (paper cups and mint wrappers) lying around. this guy comes out, yells at us for being so early to our 3 pm appointment. We're like chill dude, we can wait. So we wait .... and we wait ... 1/2 hour later at 3:15 he comes out, says we can go into the back now and in 15 minutes someone will be with us. I was checking out and handed the masseuse a tip. She just started at me blankly. I thought maybe she wasnt the right person so asked her if she did my massage. I found this offer on Groupon and have seen the spa a few times in the area so for my boyfriends birthday so I decided to treat us to a couples massage. To begin with, when setting my appointment I set an appointment for 12:00. 30 minutes before my appointment I get a text message (I'm guessing from the owner) asking if I can change my appointment to 12:30. I politely accepted and showed up 15 minutes before my appointment. When arriving, I told them I had an appointment and I showed them my voucher from Groupon and they put me on the phone with who I'm guessing is the owner. The whole time it was like playing the guessing game. Nobody really knew what anybody was talking about because the lady on the phone was trying to work out another deal with me instead of the deal I bought for $115 and nobody really spoke a lot of English. When they started the massage, they were talking and laughing throughout the whole thing. Only for about 10 sporadic minutes out of the whole 60-minute massage (it was supposed to be 90-minutes but they stopped early) was it quiet. But not relaxing. Both massage therapists constantly left to grab supplies and to do whatever else. The man who worked on my massage was really rough. Never did we fill out any paperwork or was asked where any problem areas are. And on top of that when we undressed, although I stripped down completely naked my boyfriend left his shorts on because he didn't feel comfortable with his glutes being worked on. Although he did this, his massage therapist took off his shorts without asking him. When she walked out the room he pulled them back up and when she came back she continued to pull them down again. I doubtingly gave them both a tip. It was extremely appalling spending $115 for my boyfriends birthday present and first massage and getting the service that we did. Wife and I went in for a couples massage. Absolutely worth every penny. They did a fantastic job. Really great deep tissue massage and worked the tightness out. Very detailed. After working lower back they put the hot stones on. Then did the same on my upper back. She even got on the table to work on my legs. Nice touch was the hot towels at the end to wipe off the lotion. Checked this place out after snagging a Living Social voucher. When I called they asked if I could "cancel" my voucher...they claimed they could offer a better deal?? I ignored that and made the appointment...never knew a business to compete with their own deal. They were questioning when I purchased it. I had just purchased the week before. Upon arrival there was limited interaction I was brought back to the room without any confirmation of what my appointment was for. The massage itself was okay. I wouldn't call it relaxing. The rooms are nice but the walls don't go all the way to the ceiling so during my massage you can hear clear as day any other customer checking in and out. Upon checking out they had to call a manager I assume to go through my voucher. I was asked about when I purchased the voucher again. All in all not the smoothest process and lackluster, non-relaxing massage. That was odd. Showed up for a massage appointment my wife made. Upon arrival, had to wait for someone to come to the front. Finally, a woman walked out of a dark room (treatment in progress?) to greet us. My wife explained our appointment, and then the woman picked up her cell phone to call ?the owner? The woman then gave my wife her cell phone so she could explain the situation (possible language barrier?) to the woman on the other end of the line. My wife explained the appointment and deal she had been quoted. Only at this point did the woman on the phone seem to remember our appointment; she said that the first woman - who was already in the middle of a treatment - would provide the massage, not her. We handed the phone back, the first woman returned to the room, and never come back out. We ended up leaving after waiting for another 10 minutes. Very strange - haven't experienced something like this at a spa before. P.S. Upon reviewing Yelp, one of the reviews appears to be fake - one review, five stars, fishy membership. P.P.S. Love it! They opened a second location now which is in Ashburn (yay). They have great people and since it's a new location getting a time of your choice is no problem. Massages are much less expensive than other places so you can save money each visit, getting longer sessions, and get more bang for your buck (who doesn't want that). The only reason why I am giving this place a two star rating is because of how harassed I felt when it came time for me to pay. The massage was very good, no complaints about that. Atmosphere was good. I was very happy with the massage part. When it came time to pay, I was heading towards the desk by the entrance to pay. All of a sudden two other women show up and they were all surrounding me like vultures. I gave my misuse a $10 tip and all of them got upset and started complaining and saying "you have to tip $20, people tip $20" I felt so harassed it's incredible. It's called a tip for a reason, a tip should be based on whatever I want to tip. I've been to other massage places and when I give my misuse a $10 tip she is thankful and happy. As it is they are making $60 per hour. Why would you want to lose a customer because of the harassment of a tip. I would've made this my massage spot. No paperwork to see if I had any medical issues or where my trouble spots were. From the moment she walked in she was chatting with the lady in the next room and then when she made a phone call DURING my massage I actually sat up, got dressed and walked out. When I stood up and told her that I was going to leave and asked her to leave the room, she just stood there and pretended she didn't understand my pointing and saying the word 'Go'.
