This is one of the few times where if I could offer a 0 star review, I absolutely would. I say this with a combination of a heavy heart, a frustrated spirit, and a general, prevailing reticence toward being negative. Generally these days I count myself as both fortunate and unfortunate that I lack the energy or need to argue; but likewise, I am not so quick to offer a swift and harsh response against the most mild of slights. And likewise, I am fortunate enough to find many to most businesses are reasonable; either in avoiding bullshizzle, or in rectifying bullshizzle. With that said, this spa is no different than any other in terms of quality of product. My primary reason for coming here in the past was due to location only. However I have noticed with each and every time that the service has steadily become worse and worse. This review is not a knee jerk reaction to one experience, rather it is the culmination of four or five occurrences. So I beg your understanding as well as your attention when I proffer the advice to never patronize this establishment. To subsidize prices that are increasingly going up and that are murky, think of gym memberships that have hidden or alternative fees, this business offers a club/subscription model. When you think about how much you would have to patronize this business to actually save anything, not only would you actually be spending more but you might feel compelled to go in extra just to "make up" money that you are ultimately going into the red for. But ultimately that is a buyer beware problem. The crux of my umbrage today is due to the fact that I, having been solicited at great length to opt into the membership, decided to comply. I was assured that the fee would pay itself as I would receive a complimentary massage on my birthday. As my birthday is in January, I purchased the package in April of 2022; and sought to redeem the gift just now, in January of 2023. In having booked the appointment over the phone, I informed the operator that I had intended to make use of my gift massage. She confirmed and noted such transaction. Shortly thereafter, she proceeds to text me and tells me that I have surrendered my gift because my membership had elapsed more than one year, resulting in me having forfeited a gift I never used. This person then tried to solicit/extort additional money by asking me if I still wished to have a massage under regular/member pricing. I told her that my membership could not possibly have elapsed because I purchased the subscription after my birthday of the previous year, and given that my birthday had not yet occurred at the time of booking the appointment (or even at the time of writing this), I was still privy to further member benefits. After a substantial delay, the operator got back to me and acknowledged that "she made a mistake". Cue monumental eye roll. Huge strike, but hey, I can laugh off a good attempt at a shakedown hustle; however BS it is; as many people indeed do not watch and monitor their subscriptions. Onus on the customer eh. So they call me back and then proceed to text me a few times here and there, doing this whole song-and-dance of confirming and being fake apologetic, smoothing me over. I insist it's all good; just looking forward to my birthday/gift. Nothing to the contrary is uttered for over a week. Fast forward to the day of my massage, they tell me that they are actually not an operation and that I need to reschedule. I tell them no big deal, just set me for the same time a week later. I had the luxury head and foot spa for 90 minutes with Mia. I would give it 4.5 stars if I was able to. This was my first head spa experience. It started with a scalp massage then a neck and shoulder massage. Then she washed my hair using several different techniques and products. It all felt amazing. She then put a hair mask on and it used the steamer and while that was happening my feet were soaking. The very end was a foot massage which made me so relaxed. She did blow dry hair before leaving. I recommend trying the head spa. I will return to this Spa for future services. read more

I had the Head Spa Therapy Luxury Head & Foot Spa for $179 since my hair is long. This is the BEST head massage, wash I've ever had! To start, I had my face massaged and my masseuse just took my sinus and my headache away, which helped me relax. She then massaged my neck, my shoulders and my chest are. It felt sooo good. Next was the hair shampooing. The way she massaged my scalp while washing my hair with the different techniques. I enjoyed this service very much. I would recommend to start, perhaps allowing us to inhale an aromatherapy scent if choice so it could clear up hair prior to starting. Came for a couples massage and Sunny and Emily were fantastic. They were very attentive and made sure we were okay with the pressure the whole time. If you are looking for a real deep tissue massage and not an oil rub, you definitely need to come here. They were very good at working on knots and tense muscles. Booked an appointment here last minute bc of a flare up post-workout; they confirmed my appointment via text and I went in the next day at noon. The spa was much cleaner and nicer than I expected it to be and I was greeted by two women. I quickly and easily checked in on the iPad at the front. My actual massage with Sunny started on time and lasted the whole hour which is a plus. I had asked for deep pressure and she did a great job working on the knots I mentioned at the start of the session. I didn't have high hopes of feeling better after just one session, but Sunny really helped the pain so much without aggravating the problem areas further. The day before I had woken up with my shoulder and neck area feeling paralyzed and could barely get off the bed. The whole day after I felt significantly better and was even able to work out that night and the day after. She was also very nice and checked in frequently to make sure the pressure wasn't too much. I was given warm water after. Tip 1 - Sunny is strong. You might feel like crying or wonder why you asked for deep pressure at times, but if you suck it up, you'll feel amazing after Tip 2 - You can hear conversations from the room closest to the entrance. 3/15/19 Back again with Emily for the second time. Although there wasn't anyone talking out loud and disturbing one relaxation, the atmosphere seemed different. I had been asked which kind of massage I wanted by Emily, but I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted. After a few seconds which seemed much longer, I told Emily I wanted The Thai Masssge. The Thai Massage cost $60. I was asked if I would want the combo massage which is $80. I told Emily no. I wanted The Thai Massage. Emily charged me for the Combo Massage. I wish I had caught this in the beginning, but I didn't. The massage started out as Swedish and would have remained as Swedish if I hadn't asked, I am pretty sure there would be no Thai Massage. Emily wasn't as talkative as she was last time. However, after talking to her a bit she seemed to come out of whatever mood she was in. The massage itself was meant to be medium, but it felt to hard at times. Eventually I had to tell her go very soft. The best part of the massage was the foot massage. Evidently this place focuses on the body and not the feet. Still, Emily did a good job with the feet and if I had more time, I would have done that. The draping of the body was used much more this time than it time. Why the change? I am not sure, but she has her reasons. When I went to pay her tip, I discovered Emily had changed me the full $80 dollars. She did not want to return the $20.00 that was charged to my account. This is still on my mind a day later. I scheduled couples massage for my wife's birthday with Crystal Massage Spa for Saturday the 26th of May. Here's what I found: - On their website they told me the cost would be $110 for the couples massage and I could have sworn they said it was 30% off for the first time there. So if they say the same to you, don't believe it, they don't honor that. Get there and they say that a couples massage can be any of their type of massages. Cool cool. No. When done, they charge me as if we got 2 of the type of massage instead of 1 couples massage. So I'm out $70 more than expected. - Secondly, maybe I'm old fashioned but I didn't ask for hot stones up front, but they ask after they start using them on us, "if they are alright". Sure I guess. Well another $40. Annoying, but alright. - Well the last thing I cannot overlook. It's 1 thing to overcharge me by $110 but it's another to bruise my wife after she asked for the massage to be lighter 3 times. Upside because I try my best NOT to shit on businesses unfairly. Scheduled a 60min deep tissue same day. Showed up 10min early and they were running behind. My massage started 15min late, but they completed the 1 hour instead of cutting it short! Mia was great for a deep tissue! The tables were a bit uncomfortable with the face hole feeling like it was a circle cut in ply wood. My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage appointment on October 14th at 5pm, we walked in and were told the couples room was not available because they had a lot of couples that day, but we could have separate rooms and be massaged in separate rooms. The reason we booked our appointment the way we did was to be in the same room together so we declined. They made us another appointment for the following Sunday (October 16) at 4pm and guaranteed we would have a couples room. We returned on Sunday and did receive a couples room, but only one of our masseuses was able to do a deep tissue massage, when we both were scheduled for deep tissue. My boyfriend was pretty happy with his massage, but mine was definitely not deep tissue and I still felt a large knot in one of my shoulders after leaving. They do give a discount for your first appointment, so the pricing was decent, but I don't think that I would go back just due to the scheduling issue alone. read more

This place is definitely a hidden gem. I was welcomed in and answered a couple of questions on a iPad. Emily was my masseuse and she was amazing!!! I feel so refresh and relaxed. She told me that I'm very tense on my neck, which we all know it's due to these phones. She worked on it and wow differently noticed a difference next day. She also worked on my lower back and felt I was tense there too. She definitely made me feel so good. When done with the massage Emily gave me warm water. I've been there a bunch of times, and always had absolutely excellent massages. The ladies are very friendly and will use excellent pressure. Plus they take walk-ins which is really nice if you have a hectic schedule. Additionally, I don't think you can beat the price, a solid full body massage for an hour for only $60. I've been to Spas where I paid hundreds more for massages that were not nearly as good. Fancy spas are fun, but if you just want a really good massage or to work some sore muscles this is my go-to place. The facility is always clean and comfortable. read more

Let me make clear that I've called to make appointment and that your voicemail mail said that I could make appointment online(which I did). At no point when I made the appointment on your website it said that you no longer take Groupons. I've also called your business to make sure my appointment was still available and left message. No one returned my called. I've arrived for my appointment and the young lady there told me your business doesn't take Groupons anymore. At that point I'm very understanding, the lady didn't take tame to explain your services as well as pricing. What made her think I wasn't going to pay?. I was there for a service and I've had given you my business given the option and opportunity.
