I love this place because they are so friendly and they have such great value. $25 for a 30 minute foot massage and $39 for a 60 minute foot massage--incredible! They can be hard to understand if you aren't familiar with Asian accents. But Asian massages are the best because of their studies in reflexology and pressure points. FF massage offers the best foot massage I've ever gotten. It sends tingles up my spine and through my scalp, it's so good. They also have a customer loyalty card. Visit 10 times and get an hour long foot massage for free. The stuff they soak your feet in prior to your foot massage is pretty hot at first, but after a few minutes you'll be able to submerge your feet without wincing lol. They don't have blankets so much as they do big bath towels in some of their fooms, so don't expect some super luxury like Red Door Spa or anything, but it's a pretty great place. My foot massage was in the same room as my deep tissue massage; they're just separated by a curtain. But unless you purchased just the foot massage or the foot-and-deep-tissue combo massage, there are other separate rooms you can relax and enjoy your massage in. They also gave me a bottled water at the end of my session. It's fairly close to where I work, and they have great hours and are almost always available for a same day appointment. Highly impressed with the service at this establishment. I'm reviewing after my second visit, as I wanted to give it a fair assessment based on multiple tries. I have tension in my neck and between my shoulder blades quite often. Part of that is due to poor posture habits of my own. Recently after some strenuous activity, my lower back - which has never been an issue - has started becoming tight and achy. After both visits here, the professionals here were able to work out the problem areas. It is a mix between a relaxing massage and a massage deep enough to target the trouble areas without being too painful. The staff is welcoming and friendly. One thing to note: I was asked prior to my massage what kind of pressure I wanted. Massage businesses I have been to in the past have failed to do that. GROUPON USERS: Do not use this establishment. The woman who answers the phone refuses to grant GROUPON appointments after 1pm. Meaning your discounted rate is only because it is before 1pm. This is not listed in the fine print - because she made up the rule right then. First, I called to set up an appointment. A woman answers and I can hear a ding sound (similar to when you have your door open and keys still in the ignition). She can barely hear me and it sounds like traffic outside. I requested to set up an appointment for the groupon I purchased. She sounded very disappointed when I said I had a groupon. She said, "Are you sure its for this location? What location does it say!!?" I confirm it is the location I'm calling. I ask her for an evening appointment. She says, "No, no, no. We have no evening appointments. I asked, "ever?" and she replied, "yes, we have no evening appointments for you." They are open from 10am to 10pm. She doesn't want to give a discounted rate (that they allowed) for 1pm - 10pm (a majority of their open hours). Poor customer service. We go every single week for a 60 min massage at Eden's Massage in Centreville. They have excellent customer service and are similar in price. So I told them that we verified 3 times by phone that it's only $60 for a couple massage which is also what their ad says. The lady was like "yes yes I answered but it's not $60 for 2 it's each". First of,no where in their advertisement said that its $60 for "each" person for a couples massage . Second, we called 3TIMES to verify that's it's $60 for COUPLES and was told 3 TIMES that it is. The lady even told us that there's no where we can go that we will get $60 for a couples massage which may be true but that's why we called 3 times to verify that "special". She also said that we should already know that their COUPLES price applies as "each". She also said that everywhere that gives couples massages it means the rate is applied for each person. Yes! But they make me use a used towel. That moment I was already pissed and that i dont even want to leave a tip but i still did. The lady insisted on a 18% tip and showed a sign saying you NEED TO TIP 18%. It was just absurd and she called me out for it in front of another customer and a masseuse. I gave her another $20 and asked her to get my original $15 back. She wouldn't understand the math nor English and I did not get any change back. I was in a hurry to get out as I needed to pickup my kid from class. I came home and calculated and saw my $15 tip to be 17.77%. Gave this place a try for a one hour foot massage. It is hard to say that a massage isn't good when someone is massaging your feet. The massage itself was nice, not earthshaking but nice. Was put off by a few other things. First of all at the beginning of the massage the two therapists began talking in their language to one another, laughing and looking at us several times. Certainly cannot say they were laughing at us but it was unsettling. Also, during the 60 minutes my therapist got up and left twice and my husbands therapist left once. Not to go get a hot towel or hot stones but for an unknown reason. Certainly ruins the pace and feeling of the massage. The hour long foot massage groupon for $25 brought me in but I'll keep coming back and paying regular prices as long as they're in business---so worth it. They are normally super affordable anyway and I was able to book a same day appointment very easily. Quality of massage was 5 stars! They asked if I wanted more focus on feet or legs and used great pressure. Being 8 months pregnant, it's hard to find a massage place that won't take it easy on you. FF delivered in every way. Room was perfectly quiet, dimly lit and the masseuse didn't talk your ear off. The hot stones at the end was the most relaxing finish! Upon entering and asking for a massage I was taken right back to a room. The lady asked me if I wanted soft, medium or hard pressure. I said it should be soft pressure. She began and it was to much pressure for me and told her that. She didn't cut down the pressure. Afterwards in 2 to 4 hours I was in severe pain and my right side of my face was numb along with my neck and ears. I went to the emergency room and after many tests it was determined that she had possibly damaged a nerve in my neck. I am going to other doctors to get opinions as my face, neck and ears are still numb after 1 week and I have severe pain continually in my neck. read more

When my husband and I walked in for our couples massage we were seen right away. The room we were in was clean, low lit, and quiet (apart from the music playing at a low volume in the background). The hour long full body massage was exactly what we needed. My masseuse was very responsive to what I asked for (light pressure, focus on the mid back) and my husbands masseuse gave him the heavy pressure and focus on his neck and lower back that he requested. Overall, my body hasn't felt this relaxed and loose in over a year. We will definitely be going back, but next time I think even a half hour "express massage" would be enough for us. This was the WORST massage of my life. My boyfriend bought us couples body/foot massages which I was I was excited about. We first entered the salon which appeared clean and hygienic. It was a bit concerning when the employees spoke minimal English which would've been fine if what happened next didn't occur. My BF and I were seated next to each other for our foot massages which were ok. I was paired with a male masseuse David (don't believe he even has a license) who was quite haphazard in his attempt to massage my feet, not the worst but very out of sync. I was then taken to another room which smelled of body odor. I was asked to remove my clothes and get under a semi-damp towel. There was clearly a sheet that I could've gone under but he only wanted me under the towel (which he discounted my comment.) He then gave me the worst massage of my life, he clearly has never been trained. Instead of sticking to one muscle, he went horizontally across my back. My Back and neck actually hurts after this massage. I asked to see his license which I did not see displayed on the wall. This place should be shut down or investigated. I have gone 4 times. I have had a different person every time, but they have always made time for my schedule. I always do a deep tissue because I only go when my shoulders get so tight I cannot take it. They have done a wonderful time every time.
