The ambience is clean, soothing and calming. The staff is friendly and they make sure to ask relevant questions before starting. I highly recommend Touch Therapeutic. read more

Touch Therapeutic Massage - Massage Near Me - Chantilly, Virginia

"I am writing this to express my deep disappointment with the lack of professional empathy at this establishment. As a freshly postpartum mother, I am at a stage where kindness and flexibility are essential, yet I was treated with total coldness. After the owner previously rescheduled on me when it suited her, I encountered a genuine emergency and was immediately 'kicked to the curb' with a $170 cancellation fee. Even after paying that fee, my attempt to move forward and rebook was met with short, dismissive responses. When I reached out to find a slot, I was told 'I must be booked,' and when I shared that I'd have to take my business elsewhere, the response was a curt 'No worries!' It is baffling that a business owner would choose a one-time fee over a loyal, high-value client relationship (I was prepared to spend over $1,700 annually). To treat a new mother this way is not just poor business--it's unkind. I will be taking my business to a provider who values their clients' well-being as much as their bottom line." read more

Seriously just had the best massage from Tracey Mahon at Touch Therapeutic Massage I have been to Abby the owner several times. I am always hesitant to switch up who I go too. However I have been struggling with headaches and tension in my shoulders. Tracey did phenomenal and helped with my chronic sinus issues. She also gave me pointers to help with my Morton's Norma that affect the balls of my feet. She is extremely knowledgeable and gives an amazing deep tissue massage. I will definitely go to her again! 20 out of 10! read more

My friend surprised me with a massage for my birthday. I was delighted when I found out it was with Abby at Touch. I haven't gotten a massage with Abby since she has moved into her new location. I've been meaning to book another massage with Abby since my first experience was wonderful. With her covid protocols in place, I felt comfortable and safe enough to get a massage there. Both you and the masseuse are required to have your mask on at all times until you are face down in the head rest. I received the 60 min Swedish massage along with the hot stone add on and a scalp massage. All of it felt so relaxing and I think I fell in and out of sleep throughout the entire treatment. I highly recommend Abby and her practice if you are looking for a relaxing treat or if you need to get some knots out. I can't wait to book my next massage! read more

I have been going to Touch for a few years, only about once a year when I come home for the holidays because I do think it is a pricer massage but I always thought Abby was worth the money, especially if you have pain points. This week I had to see Michael instead. I have been backpacking for 6 months and my lower back has been KILLING me. I booked with Michael and he was awesome. He talked me though lots of points in my body and explained what he was doing. Since I needed a more sports/medical massage this was not relaxing but it was everything I could have hoped for. My lower back injury is pretty deep, but I would say in 90 minutes, he helped me somewhere between 30-50% and for anyone who has death with back pains you know this is AMAZING progress. read more

I had a prenatal massage with Tracey and it was wonderful! The office is located in the Gum Spring Library building. Plenty of parking which is a perk. It's a smaller office space but once you enter it's decorated nicely! Not an office vibe at all. The massage room itself was impressive. The room is spacious and not crammed. The wall art, decor and sconces were all nicely done! I did the 90 minute prenatal massage. Tracey made sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable. I have a lot of lower back pain from being 33 weeks pregnant. She paid special attention to that area. I could feel my joints opening up. She definitely can put on the pressure, in a good way! I normally opt for softer massages but I know I needed my tension to be worked out. They follow covid procedure and I felt completely safe as well. One recommendation would be to offer water to guests upon arrival! And when they're leaving. I will definitely go back and visit Tracey! I am so glad my husband found this place. It's close to the house, not badly priced, and great massages. read more

This weekend, my partner Olga and I each had a Signature Massage with Aromatherapy at Touch Therapeutic Massage. Michael and Tasha were wonderful! They are not only professional and effective massage therapists, but also very warm and welcoming! They immediately put Olga and me at ease and made our massage sessions comfortable in every way. I'm currently recovering from a total hip replacement and also am dealing with spinal stenosis. Tasha is knowledgeable about these conditions, and I felt safe in her hands. Her massage definitely improved my physical state. Abby, the owner, is also wonderful! She greeted us warmly when we arrived and made us feel completely at home. Her facilities are clean, comfortable, and pleasant, as well. I highly recommend Touch Therapeutic Massage. read more

Visiting the States from Scotland, I needed a massage to deal with back issues. Touch Therapeutic was very highly recommended. I was treated by Michael at Touch Therapeutic. I cannot thank Michael enough for the rwlief he brought and I intend to use Touch Therapeutic every time I visit Virginia. The service was wonderful. Michael was a godsend and very reasonable price. Haven't stopped talking about it since I got back to Scotland. read more

Great service and very informative to hear that they know what they are doing. Thank you

I'm not a 'spa girl'. I don't need cucumber water or posh surroundings, just a good massage. Tasha delivers! This was a birthday gift from my kids and the experience ensured my return. Tasha began with careful questions about my health and expectations and delivered a full hour professional massage. I'll be back! read more

Always Amazing!! I have been going to see Abby for about 3 years now and I have never been disappointed! I hurt my back about a month ago while walking 2 dogs and the tension became increasingly painful. My lower back was in agony and only got worse with each passing week. About 9 different people (including a physical therapist) recommended Abby at Touch Therapeutic and that was testament enough for me to book an appointment. After 90 minutes of her handy work, the strain on my back was greatly reduced. I'm so thankful to her. She took the time to listen and focused on the areas that were most problematic, to include the connecting areas. I can't recommend her enough! read more

Well, here I am for my 9am massage standing at a locked door and closed business. Abby tried changing my appointment within an hour of when it was scheduled and I was unavailable to confirm that was fine. She took it upon herself to assume it could be changed which was not the case. So, I arrived to a dark office. No answer to my texts of phone calls until 9:05am when Abby finally called and said she was still 15min away. At that point she told me "things come up" and she "didn't owe me an explanation". I have been removed from her client list, which, honestly, I couldn't care less. An absolutely horrible way to conduct business. With so many massage locations this is how you lose clients. This is my second time having a problem with Abby. The first time, she was trying to text me around 11pm the night before my appointment, which is an unacceptable to communicate with clients. When I booked (weeks in advance) I requested an earlier time then was listed on the website. She didn't bother to communicate that she couldn't accommodate the requested time until said 11pm text the night before a 10am massage the next day. At that point I'd obviously assumed it wasn't possible, but clients shouldn't be left in the dark for weeks on end. Her way of communicating is a disgrace. The one massage I had with her was "fine". Nothing noteworthy compared to others I've had. Dealing with her lack of acceptable business practices isn't worth your effort. Find somewhere else to give business to. read more

I have seen Abby many times over the last few years. She's my favorite massage therapist in the area. She not only soothes me, she helps my body heal. I have some damaged bits and most of those are associate with abuse, so there is also PTSD attached. Abby understands that is my situation and has always been so incredibly nurturing, compassionate, and kind. I feel safe with her and that is important for my ability to relax. Abby knows where to go on my body, she listens to her intuition, as well as my body. She pays attention to what my body needs in that moment and adjusts her plan of action accordingly. She can go incredibly deep to the point I have to tell her it's too far (my muscles are INCREDIBLY messed up) and she immediately pulls back from that intensity. There are definitely times that intensity is needed, wanted, and I can let it help me heal. I appreciate that she immediately moderates her motion and depth. If you've never had an Indian head massage...get it! :) It's such a delight. I leave her house looking like I haven't washed my hair in years lol. But omg! It feeeeeels soooooooooo good!! I just go home and let all of those oils deepen into my body and scalp. All is good in my world. By the way, I love her home studio!!! I feel sooooooo comfortable and soothed in her space. Go see Abby. She's amazing. I'm scheduling an appointment right now! read more

There is so much to say about Abby, but she is the best therapist I have come across so far. I have developed severe shoulder pain (rotator cuff injury) through the pandemic, which did not go away with different treatments and exercises. Thanks to Abby's great care, I am feeling much better now. I strongly recommend her to those who have tried everything but massage for chronic shoulder and neck pain. Thank you so much, Abby! read more

Abby was a great experience! My body is always in pain and I requested that Abby use deep pressure and beat me up, in a good way ;D. I'm bad at taking care of myself and I could tell when she worked on areas that have been neglected by other professional therapists. During the massage, I felt Abby customized my time booked with her for my most troubled areas. She will customized your session to your needs. I feel that it will be easy to build progress with my body (as long as I come regularly) because Abby will work off of last time and notice what is needed. She is not wasting our time performing the same basic massage movements until time is up. This is actual therapy. You will get your time and money's worth. My whole experience went smoothly. I also enjoyed the cup of black tea w/ milk & sugar Abby took the time to make for me. After my massage, she was generous to send me home with water to flush out all the toxins she worked out of me. I am writing this review one day after treatment with Abby. I am sore and it's a great kind of pain. I love it when I'm sore after a massage because that means progress was made! Give Abby a try, there will be no regrets! read more

Touch Therapeutic Massage - So happy to be back. Abby keeps the room warm with her cute little furnace behind me. ^.^ - Massage Near Me - Chantilly, Virginia

I was looking for a nearby massage therapist and found Touch Therapeutic Massage. Upon reading the reviews, I decided to see Abby and so happy that I chose her! I have been in the Brambleton area for the last two years and haven't had the best of luck with massage therapists. I went to Abby for a 90 minute deep tissue. The business was super clean and cute. Plus, Abby was attentive to my concerns and very friendly and professional throughout the session. I definitely plan to reschedule soon and so glad I finally found a message therapist that I can rely on! read more

Not only are these ladies excellent at massage, they are genuinely good people. When the owner, Abby, found out that my father recently passed away, she went above and beyond and made sure my massage with Tracey was extra relaxing. Tracey has healing hands and always gives me extra advice on stretches and other things that can help with my muscle tension. Through the pandemic, they are the only place I would go because it is obvious that they are taking it very seriously. The rooms are always clean and they screen people at the door and take temperatures. read more

I admit that I am very particular when getting a massage. A deep tissue that feels like Swedish? How is that possible? Have Tracey do the massage!! I admit have only been to 1 session but my 4 yr search for the perfect massage is over. My problems are calves and shoulders, constantly get extremely tight. Its been 1 week since my massage and both are still 100% loose. This is a first. Thank you Tracey, see you in 2 weeks!! read more

Pain Relief I have been going to Abby for approximately 3 years and have been pleased each time. I went to her for shoulder pain and I can say I feel great relief. Was able to sleep pain free, pull my blankets, and pull on my clothes. Thank you Abby! V. Coleman read more

I have had a deep tissue massage with Abby twice now. She is AMAZING. She completely tailors the massage to focus on problem areas. I always leave feeling 10 x better and much more relaxed. Haven't slept in ten days because of leg pain. It is a small price to pay you are making a baby. But still, Momma needed the pain to go away! A prenatal massage was much needed. Abby asked me a lot of questions to understand where I felt the pain and also took time to understand the history of my pregnancy. When my massage started, I realized I was knotted up more than I realized. It was evident from the relief I was getting as she worked into my back and legs. The pressure was good and I could feel my pain melt away. I also got a facial because I lost my proverbial glow with the lack of sleep. The facial was relaxing as well. I could get used to this and I will be going back. If you are pregnant and in your second trimester. Do get a massage. It is the best thing you can do for your body. Healthy mommy, healthy baby. read more

Excellent massage. I have nothing but positive reviews for Abby. She is truly one of the best I've seen. However, this is in her home office. I knew she had a cat and was never 100% relaxed while there in fear it would show up. I am scared to death of cats. So when she moves to her new location I will be the first in line and book a few months of appointments. Don't hesitate to go to her, she knows her field, she is professional and highly skilled, I couldn't recommend her more highly! read more

Abby is wonderful. Very professional and very passionate about helping people feel better. Highly recommend seeing her!

I cannot say enough about Abby. You owe it to yourself to get a massage from her. I teared up after the massage because it was the first time in weeks that I did not have a headache. She did magic on my neck - and I've already offered unsolicited recommendations to my friends! read more

I enjoyed my massage and the conversation. She is super sweet and accommodated me on short notice. I must say it is pretty pricey compared to some other places. Check her out! She's defiantly a good masseuse. read more

Abby is one of a few massage therapists I let work on me. She is amazing! An actual massage therapist. Her work speaks for itself. Her pressure and anatomy knowledge always helps me with my chronic pain and helps me relax. Each massage is customized to what your body is needing. Only thing that may throw people off (but once you know, its no big deal) is that you go thru her garage. When you walk past her garage, you walk into a beautiful massage room where the table is sitting there calling you to climb on. :) read more

Amazing. I love Abby. She knows her stuff, and helps me with any athletic injury of the week I seem to have.
