Massage was ok but left me sore for 2-3 days after the massage.It was definitely not a relaxing experience. The bad part was the forceful tip of 20%. Tip is supposed to be optional based on my experience. When I'm already paying for the massage and having a board making it a compulsion to tip is exploiting customers.Not visiting again. I wouldn't consider it luxury compared to other spa/massage experiences, but it's a great budget friendly way to de-stress, especially if you have limited time. Good place. We did a couples massage I enjoyed it however I felt my masseuse only did more of a rubbing massage ( didn't really feel and kneading or switching in technique). Also I felt her movements were quicker almost rushing. I would've liked a little bit of an aroma (maybe lavender/ eucalyptus). The place did not smell bad it was just no fragrance at all. It was clean. I would've preferred the bed heated already (they only began heating it once I got in and the massage started). My fiancé said that his masseuse was a bit rough but he also said he could've said something and didn't. I plan to try again and maybe a different masseuse. I went here for a foot massage, my husband recommended this place, my experience was ok, probably not as relaxing as I would have liked as it's right next to the door and people are constantly coming in and out making noise. The man giving the massage also doesn't understand english so when the pressure started to get too much you could only show through facial expressions that it was too much. read more

They took my temperature and went over the cost of the massage and the focus areas of my massage. The masseuse was great. She went over the pressure in each portion of my body she massaged. I came here after work to get a foot massage and WOW, NO REGRETS! I LOVED my massage from start to finish. My massage therapist was Frank and he was gentle, precise and he definitely knew the right amount of pressure I needed. I've gotten massages from other places where I felt uncomfortable because instead of feeling more relaxed, somehow they would always apply more pressure than needed which made the whole experience undesirable. The place itself is neat and you instantly feel relaxed and at ease as soon as you walk in. For their foot massage area, they have a nice big curtain that covers the area which I love because I need my privacy when I get a massage, just like everyone else does. This place will be my Go To for any type of massages I will get in the future. I had such an enjoyable time during my appointment and the staff are friendly and welcoming. If I could give zero stars, I would! This has nothing to do with the massage, which could be fantastic, but the fact that I couldn't use a Groupon that I had paid for and still had 18 days left to use. The business wouldn't let me use it stating that they were losing money through the Groupons that were being purchased. That isn't the customer's fault and something the business needs to take up with Groupon. A massage business is going to not gain customers when they don't allow them to use a Groupon certificate that they paid for and hadn't expired. Received a call and then a text from the business a few minutes later saying the manager said I could use the Groupon. But frankly you had your opportunity to do right when I called in to schedule. As I alluded to in the back and forth texts, I mentioned that I had called in a few weeks earlier to schedule an appointment that day. I knew there were appointments available based on your website, but had to call to schedule because of my Groupon. You told me there weren't any appointments for the timeframe I was looking for and I couldn't schedule at the time you proposed. You are screwing customers who could help recommend and build your business. Can't recommend a business who does this to their customers no matter how good your massage may be. Not only will I never visit your business, I will never recommend anyone else to do so either. What a poor and unprofessional way of representing your company! read more

I've been to many massage places and by far this is one of the best places to get massage. I went for one hour massage but I extended to get 2 hours, 30 mins foot and 90 mins body massage. My masseuse was Miya and she gave me one of the best massages I ever had. I workout regularly and my body was sore with many knots. She get rid of them and after the massage I felt very relaxed.
