I've been coming here for years and there is absolutely nowhere that compares. I'm not talking just quality of service but of people and care. If I'm ever feeling in need of tlc this is where I come. No matter what I always leave feeling calm, relaxed, rejuvenated, and frankly just taken care of. Every staff member here is extremely respectful and kind. They're hard working but I have never heard or seen any kind of negativity from any of them and I think that's rare in nowadays. I booked a deep tissue massage last week which ended up being a Swedish massage despite asking for more pressure (which was annoying because they aren't the same price). They were nice enough to call me shortly after leaving to offer a refund or for me to come back for another massage for free. I came back in for another massage today and it was with Lin and it was amaaaazing!! Super deep pressure just what I wanted. Left feeling so relaxed. I wouldn't have gone back after the first massage but now I absolutely will be coming back regularly! I got the best massage of my life yday with Jason here. Ive had a lot of massages due to neurological issues and this is the 2nd therapist I had there and both are great. The place could not be run better. Its clean, relaxing, has great hours, lots of therapists (so not weeks to book) They have choices of high end teas when you finish, the massage tables are more comfortable bc they dont have a head rest sticking out of the table but rather integrated in the table. They use linen sheets instead of cotton or polyester (so they did not take the cheap route) and they are better for gripping, cleaning etc than cotton or other materials. Stopped in yesterday to treat myself before my birthday. I had booked a 90 minute Swedish massage with "first available/no preference" massage therapist. When I walked in, she asked if I was ok with a male therapist, I said sure. Willie was my massage therapist and was excellent. They asked the standard questions about which areas to focus on and which to avoid, and how much pressure I was comfortable with. My mom's birthday was back in February, and I had ordered a Groupon to get her a 60 min reflexology foot massage; since I ordered it only 2 days before her birthday, I called them with only a 1 day notice, and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to squeeze her in! I also purchased a Groupon for myself, but the receptionist told me that if I wanted us both together, one of us would have to have a male masseuse, which I was not comfortable with so I saved mine for a later date (and ended up going this past week). The place was clean upon entry and is located right next to mosaic. They provided her a form asking of any health conditions, where on her feet/legs she wanted the massage and how much pressure she preferred. My mom really enjoyed her massage, she fell asleep! she's a nurse, so I was very happy that they were able to fit her in, and I was in the room with her, so while she slept and enjoyed her massage, I noted that CiCi did not stop for even one minute and was very focused; I really appreciated that she put in all her effort during the entire one hour and didn't get tired. We were provided water on our way out. Unfortunately for my visit this past week, due to Ramadan fasting and lack of sleep, I overslept and had to call them to let them know I would be late. I was ecstatic when they let me know that it was totally fine and they would still be able to accommodate for me since I was their first client of the day. I had Susan for my acupressure foot massage and she was also very focused and gave me my entire 45 minutes with 100% effort. I appreciated that they didn't rush me or make me feel bad for being late for my appt, as they understood. Everdintly, a lot has changed since 3/24/20....Well, to be completely factual, it was back in 12/11/18. 3/24/20 I never got to see the inside due to covid. Nevertheless, the manager Yue saw me coming before I even got to the door. Although she was wearing a mask, the smile in her eyes could still be seen. Talking to Yue made a world of difference on a decision to come here. There is one big difference and a lot of massage places I have visited are doing this. If you pay in cash, the price is cheaper. Evidently the cost of using credit cards is high for the merchants providing this service. Something like 10% of every transaction. Yes, it adds up. I couldn't stay long, but I will definitely be coming back on Saturday the 16th after my birthday. read more

I am always able to find availability and book online which is very convenient. The rooms and space is very clean and all the bookings are on-time. I've had some good experiences, but the quality of the massage can really vary. It's best if you ask for someone specific. Once I had a woman who mostly just pounded me with her fists and dug into my back with her elbows. She insisted on doing trigger point therapy, which I don't like. I kept wincing and told her it hurt too much, but she said it was "supposed to hurt" and kept going. I've never had any of them ask about my health, what areas to focus on, or what kind of pressure I wanted. Also the doors don't close all the way and that's not a comfortable feeling. read more
