I agreed, expecting a similar level of service. Instead, the massage was consistently painful and not therapeutic for the full two hours. It never improved, and it was easily the worst massage I've had. Afterward, I asked about rebooking with my original therapist and was told they weren't sure if she would be back. When I got home, I checked the website and saw she is no longer there. I was also told they had called me the day before about the change, but I never received any call or message. Had I been properly notified, I would have rescheduled. This experience felt very misleading and far below the standard I had previously experienced here. I will not be returning.

She throughly worked on all my problem areas and used the right amount of pressure on my neck, shoulders, and lower back. She checked in with me to make sure the pressure was okay and that I was comfortable. During the facial massage, she used firm pressure on my cheeks and forehead and was gentle around my eyes. The product was not harsh at all and it had a mild fragrance to it. Claudia and Alena were very professional. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was truly spoiled.
