The hot stones massage was way better than the regular one or I would only give this two stars. The regular one was not even on both sides and just mainly their elbow over a wash cloth and a sheet on top of you. Not like lotion or a nice feel on your skin. They don't ask about pressure. They do a great job when they are professional enough to do it. I had an appointment and showed up for it. I was told they were busy and to come back in an hour. This is very unprofessional. No apology. Another time my the masseuse started 15 minutes late and said she would add 15 minutes. However she changed her mind at the last minute because another client had an appointment and I received no discount for this. I was only told next time she would add 15 minutes which never happened. Well this is the thought running through my head as Taylor Swift put it.  Massage Pro has been at this location for a number of years now. While the faces change and staff come and go, Massage Pro has changed a bit too. Today I stopped by to make use of the birthday discount of $20 off.   Masssge Pro has offered this several different times to me each year, yet I can only remember taking advantage of this offer three times. Laura was my massage therapist for today. I had a crick in my neck since waking up on Sunday Morning.  All day while visiting other places the pain was there.  It was temporarily removed,  but now it is back. The room I was shown to had a photo of Rita Kahlo on the wall.  Nice.  I was informed to strip and get under the thin sheet.  This would have been followed to the letter, but when I started to lay down on the sheets, everything felt damp and oily.  Yes, combining these words together does not sound great.   I got my ass off the sheets quickly and decided to ask for some large towels put over the damp and oily feeling sheets.   Looking through the curtin area I was in, I saw no one in sight.  I could see into the bath/table shower area and thought about walking buttass across the short distance to table shower room and grabbing two towels. As easy as that sounds,  I felt discretion is the better part of valor. I decided to use a special technique called Using My Voice. A lady massaging my her client heard me and brought me to big towels.  This help me get comfortable and enjoy my massage. Still, I noticed that that Laura left the curtain area to my massage room open. I had to ask more than once to close the curtain area.  Laura informed me management wants the curtain area open.  REALLY?! The hell you say. If this is the case, this needs to be addressed to every client that comes in to this establishment. Every client should know that their gluteus maximus can and will be seen by other clients in the building.  I don't think this will go over to well.   Still Laura did as I at asked and closed the curtain area 98%. Hooray for small favors. Don't listen to a word I say,  Hey! Clients complaints all sound the same, Hey Yes, this truth vary,  the massage will carry on, And keep it safe and warm. The massage was actually as it should be.  The oil on my body had more than it could absorbe.   This is okay, because I brought my own body scrub for the table shower.  I found a watermelon flavor of body scrub at Ulta and wanted to try it out. Laura used it but did not feel like she was scrubbing me hard enough. Still the extra oil and dirt on my body was removed.  One reason I love body scrubs. The dirt, oil or make up can be removed from areas you might not know you missed. Nevertheless,  when it was all said and done, my whole body was so fresh and so clean.   Upon checking out, I thanked Laura for her assistance.  I hoped Laura could remove the pain permanently, but it is till an ongoing process.  The pain is harder to get rid of than expected. Still Laura did her best and I appreciate the work she did. The  watermelon scrub scent could be smelled from table shower room to the entrance of the store.   That as they say in the movies is some "good  smelling shit."  The next client that walked in was a sister and I know she could smell the watermelon scent.  I will have to use this body scrub again at a massage place. Overall, this location okay, but not the best of the best. read more

Hey, I want to give a shout out to massage pro again. Recently I had a massage and I thought I would say how invigorating and amazing it was. My mom was recovering from cancer treatment and the massage gave her a second chance of feeling normal again. If she was living here, she would get a minimum of two massages a month. Nico and Judy are both great. They are strong and thorough. They work hard from head to toe. Also, they have special deals such as $20 off on your birthday or after 5 massages, you get 1/2 off on a regular massage. May the manager is so kind and helpful. read more

I love this place. They have comfortable, heated massage tables and play soothing music. Their prices are very reasonable, but the best thing is the excellent staff. I had Mia for my masseuse yesterday and she is absolutely wonderful. She provides a very firm massage with some deep tissue elements, and she walked on my back for a while, too. She is very skilled and I plan on seeing her regularly. I work out a lot and have some tightness in my legs as well as in my shoulders. Mia tended to everything, and I was so relaxed by the end. I swear I even breathed more easily afterwards. Massage Pro also has a table shower, which was just what I needed with how dry the air is in the winter. She did a salt scrub and body shampoo. This is my go-to for routine massages. I try to get a massage at least once a month since I have a lot of tension and aches in my upper back/shoulders region. I typically ask for Linda for my massages. She's great at working the problem areas and communication with her is much easier than trying to do hand signs and motions with others. I've probably been here at least 6 times now. When I first came, I got someone who Bruised my back. The pressure she applied was way too hard. When I asked her to take it easier, she just giggled and continued abusing my back. I felt like I was in more pain leaving... I only came back because I had bought two massage gift cards and needed to use the other one. I made sure to not get the same lady but instead got Linda! To my pleasant surprise, she gave me one of the best massages. Note that they prefer cash. You'll be charge a fee for using your credit card which I'm sure is illegal. If you don't tip at least 20% - get ready for some disappointed looks. I usually do $10 on $60 massage mainly cuz I never really have dollar bills and still get the look sometimes lol read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the massage in this humble-looking strip mall. I came in without an appointment and was accommodated right away. I had an hour-long regular massage. For that kind, you wear only underwear and start the massage draped by towels, followed by the masseuse using oil on your skin. My masseuse was friendly and checked with me about whether I was comfortable with the pressure she was applying. Overall the massage was good and left me feeling loosened up. The rooms are simple with few frills but the ambience is still calming, with soft lights, neutral-colored fabrics, and adequate privacy. The place was very quiet - perhaps a bit too quiet for my taste, as I'm partial too music being louder, but this is probably very relaxing for people who are less fidgety than I am. And, just because I know someone is inevitably wondering this, the staff here don't speak great English but were able to communicate adequately. They handed me a loyalty punch card when I left, further driving my interest to come back. read more

The massage itself was a 4.5/5; nearly perfect. I'm not sure of the name of the masseuse however they did a great job and asking me how I was doing during the massage. The one caveat that I have is how she pressed me to give $20 in tip at the end. For that I'm giving it a 3/5. That made me extremely uncomfortable and I gave it only because I'm a nice guy and I wanted to avoid any weirdness. I honestly won't be returning because of that awkward moment at the end which took away from a quality massage. If you have a stronger will than me, try it for yourself. read more

I requested a one hour massage for my legs and reflexology for my feet! It was sooo relaxing!! It was my first time with hot rocks and I was a little scared. But there was nothing to be afraid of it was GREAT!!I felt like I cheated the top half of my body when I left. So I scheduled my next appointment for a full body with the hot rocks! I cancelled my Massage Envy subscription a while back and went to Massage Pro because I woke up with an aching neck and needed to find somewhere nearby. They were able to get me in immediately with late notice and the staff was very pleasant. The place was clean and professional. Most importantly, my massage was wonderful. Tina was fantastic! I am a runner and I generate a large buildup of lactic acid in my legs and when I get a massage at Massage Pro it is fantastic and is very helpful in my post run recovery when I do long runs on weekends. This place is amazing! Since I live in this area, I decided to give it a try. I'm very impressed at the quality of their massage. Cindy is incredibly professional, and really impressed me. I've been to many massage places, Cindy is the best! After my first appointment with her, her amazing massage skills really help to heal my shoulder pain, i then decided to go back for her massage twice a week. Even with the great price this place is still a splurge for me but it was totally worth it. I train hard at the gym I'm on my feet a lot and lately I've felt stressed and exhausted. This place was such a treat that I can't wait to go back. Not a fancy spa but still amazing sweet workers make up for that also it's clean! No frill but you get great value & quality for the money you pay. I've tried many many massages all my life for my back problems and am picky about the massage therapists. The therapists at Massage Pro are professionally trained therapists, very skilled (above average), and give their 100+%. When I had membership at Massage "Envy", they only gave 50 minutes of massage for the hourly rate that you paid, with a lame explanation that they were giving you 10 minutes of "free time to yourself" to get undressed and undressed! Ludicrous! At Massage "Pro", they give you full 60 minutes or 90 minutes of massage for what you pay. They had high turnover but luckily the therapists have been all really excellent.
