My husband and I came here for a couple's massage--I had a prenatal massage and he chose a deep tissue. At first, I was a bit put off because our appointment kept getting pushed back, and since we had lunch plans, I was worried it might be delayed too much or even canceled. The staff were friendly, though the overall environment wasn't especially impressive. That said, I really enjoyed my massage. I even fell asleep a couple of times, which almost never happens for me in unfamiliar places. Most importantly, I left feeling much better. Located in a strip mall, this location was easy to book by text and was very clean. Website was easy to use and accurate. Massage tables were heated and comfortable, and the massages had good pressure and technique. I really enjoyed the massage by Linda and look forward to returning next time I'm in town. read more

12/30/22 Stopped by Luna Massage for an express massage which now cost $50 for 30 minutes. Keri, Carrie or Kerry depending on how she spells her name greeted me warmly. I had a suspect I might not be able to get a massge because I did a walkin. Normally I make an appointment, but this was spur of the moment. Like I suspected, Keri or any of the other ladies were able to take me on, because they are with clients. Still, the friendliness of Kerri made it worth while for me to com ed back another time and request her like I have requested Lisa and Jennifer. I might try back here later on tonight, but we will have to wait and see. Still, it was worth coming by and seeing how business has taken off here. Even with the ten dollar increase. * PLEASE FIX* I still think the business manager should have a sign for the business facing both directions of the road. NOT JUST ONE. This place opened up in 2020. The massages are affordable and if you call ahead, they can let you know if they can take you as a walk in. Not sure which type of massage we selected, but it was very rough and they dug into our muscles, and it was PERFECT for what we wanted. It was one of those massages that really really worked out any large/stubborn knots, and afterwards, we felt so refreshed. I have regular lower back pain, upper back shoulder and neck tightness, and leg tightness and soreness. All of this is due to my military background and how my spine is (I have a certain spine condition), so regular massages really help me. I need my massages to not be too strong, and sometimes when I tell a massage therapist to ease up on the pressure or not be too hard they are unsure what to do. I think because most people want strong pressure, not me. I received a 90 minute massage here and it was fantastic, the therapist instantly understood when I told them I needed the massage to be lower-medium pressure and to be relaxing, I didn't have to explain further and they got right to work. I told them where I am usually tight and my problem areas at the start of session and after that they knew exactly what to do and where to work, as well as applying the perfect pressure for me. I've gotten a number of massages over the years but this place was definitely one of the best, recommended for sure. And the heated massage table is awesome! read more

Good, thorough massage, and a clean place. Just be prepared for some confusion based on their very limited English skills. When it was time to pay, the masseuse said $75; I gave her $80 and said "no change" and she said "no tip" - not as a question, but as a statement, which I thought meant that for some reason, she isn't allowed to accept tips. So she was looking through the cash they had for change and looked discouraged about giving anything back, so I gave her $15 to exchange for the $20. The receptionist then asked if the $20 was meant to be the tip, at which point I was utterly confused (and a little drowsy after massage) and said no. Both of them were giving me really nasty faces and saying things (no doubt unflattering) in Chinese and so I gave another $5 but still was getting nasty looks. So I left the place befuddled. I looked up typical tipping etiquette for a massage afterwards and see it should be 15-20%. I would encourage the staff of this business to learn the few English words needed to POLITELY communicate this expectation in English or simply raise the price of their massage and give more of the cost back to the masseuse. Giving your client nasty looks without explaining what's going on is not the greatest customer service strategy... read more

Just had a 60 minute Swedish with Jenny and my sister had one with Lucy. It was a little hectic when we arrived so we were unsure how this was going to go. It was fantastic. Jenny listened to my concern of not getting to hard of a massage. It was heaven. My only suggestion is there should be massage music playing. Great atmosphere and the massage therapist knows what she is doing! They did a mixture of deep pressure, soft tissue mobilization and stretching which was greatly beneficial for someone that is hunched over a computer 8+ hours a day and travels 75% of the time. Very unassuming on the outside but the actual massage was great! I needed a quick fix and this definitely helped.

As a 1st timer, I called to see if they could specifically work out the pains in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Jennifer said yes and to come in and she did not disappoint! In fact the massage was so good, I added another 30 minutes on top of my hour. First Jennifer asked to confirm all of the places I was in pain. Then I signed all the paperwork, seen COVID-19 protocols being followed, and then went inside to the massage room. Once there Jennifer asked for the level of intensity and would check in during the massage to ensure I was okay. This is my new go to place!
