To say it frankly Wynn has done the most for my skin and gave me the most value for my money. I would go to other clinics spend the 100 and all they would do is apply some cleanser, extract my pimples, and apply some lotions after. Hurts a ton and was in my opinion short/not worth the 100 for getting the same service every time. At Wynn, they cleansed, extracted WITH TOOLS (big deal to me, it hurt less etc), applied lotions/masks and more. They did so many extra things that I didn't expect and they also had a legitimate regimen. Extraction, peeling, needling, some other things that I can't remember all the way back to extraction. All in all, good service and they knew how to treat me. Check out the $500 package deal for 5 sessions. That's what I did instead of buying the treatment days individually

The set up is very unprofessional and the Dr was very evasive and non-committal. She first said she couldn't do the job for any less than a certain dollar amount. In the end she said she would get back to me with a final estimate. Weeks went by with numerous excusive from receptionist. I told her I would agree to the inflated price and she said they would get back to me to schedule. They never got back to me for weeks then finally the Dr called and told me she "wasn't comfortable" doing the touch up transplant. But didn't say why uncomfortable. Guessing not profitable enough for her. Very unprofessional in keeping me stalled for weeks without answer. She could have just told me up front she couldn't do it instead of jerking me around. Not sure they are even a legitimate practice. Would never recommend.

Even more than this, Shaheen is very personable and takes care to actually get to know you. She has a lovely spirit and I enjoy coming to her beautiful spa. Patricia, the nurse/aesthetician is equally as caring and personable, and always teaches me something new about how to care for my skin. Not only this, she is the Only person who has made the microneedling session completely pain-free for me! I couldn't recommend Elume highly enough.

What I appreciate most is that she truly does not oversell. She has encouraged me to hold off on treatments, including Botox, when she did not think it was necessary. I trust her completely, and I am constantly complimented on my skin. This is the least salesy medspa I have ever been to. Every recommendation feels considered and tailored, not transactional. I always feel taken care of rather than marketed to. The photofacial has been a game changer for me. I do it once or twice a year with Shaheen, and the results have been noticeable and lasting. I also started laser hair removal here after trying several other places with little success, and this is the first place where I have seen significant results. I recently tried Botox with Patricia, who was also excellent and very much aligned with the same natural, conservative approach. Beyond the results, I genuinely enjoy coming here. The team is kind, easy to talk to, and clearly cares about their clients. I recommend Elume without hesitation.

I've been coming to this clinic for about two months now, and I only have positive things to say!…read more I had a horrible break out a few months ago, and the products my old dermatologist not only didn't help me, but left me with dry, even more acne prone skin!! I was mortified! But lo and behold, I found this clinic that must have been sent from the heavens, because after being tossed around from doctor to doctor, they're the only ones who have been able to clear my skin! One of the things to keep in mind is that because this clinic is mostly for cosmetic procedures, they do not accept insurance. I must admit, I was a little bit skeptical when they said they don't accept insurance, but I'm so glad I gave them a try or else I would've missed this gem. Every penny I paid had been worth it. I was assessed by Dr. Hayre (the dermatologist), and she prescribed me some topicals as well as an oral medication. She also recommended I do isolaz once a week, which I have been doing regularly. Ratana does my isolaz treatments each week, and she is fantastic! I always look forward to the appointments with her, she's so fun to talk to and is super gentle with the treatment and the extractions (which usually hurt so bad!!). I also have to thank them for being so accommodating toward me. My job is very hectic and sometimes I end up having to stay longer than expected, which makes it hard for me to make it to appointments on time sometimes. Every time this has happened the front desk has been nothing but patient and work hard to make sure that I can make it. They're amazing! Bottom line: if you want amazing skin, COME HERE!

But Id already made an appt., or so i'd thought. Okay! ready for that with some questions. Showed up early to fill out paperwork and pay, credit card in hand, & had emailed them ahead (now they are claiming they notified me ahead of time that doc. was not in on Weds., but then then their internet was down yeah) only to be told doc. is never in on Wednesdays. Well, then why was i offered that appt. on Wed. morning? Total BS. Receptionist is having is conversation in back room in Spanish. Receptionist looks a lot like the on-line photo of the doc. Just say'n. Total BS. Something fishy going on. Hay, I'm in a business where clients are "no shows", so I totally get it, but do you really think I am confident in these people sticking needles into my face?

I drove from DC to VA for an appointment, prepared, had filled out all the necessary paperwork online, and was fifteen minutes early. More than happy to wait until my 1:30 appointment time. As I'm sitting in the waiting area, the "nurse" runs out screaming (like an idiot, completely unprofessional manner). "I'm accepted! I'm accepted" and flings herself onto the back of the receptionist. Not apologizing for her ridiculous outburst or bothering to acknowledge me, as I raised my hand and waved hello with a smile. So, I sat... and sat, until the reception comes to tell me, "yeah, it will be like another 30 minute wait, as we thought we'd have to numb you, and we don't have to numb you" --- I said OK,,, and waited. That was until I realized, I'm still the ONLY customer in the "spa" and the "nurse" and receptionist were chit-chatting and acting FOOLISH. I'm gonna wait 30 minutes, for what? You to catch-up on gossip? Nah. It's a pass. The place is lowbrow... cheap chairs and just not up to speed, makes me wonder if they bought their lasers, etc. second-hand.
