After driving an hour to get there, I was informed upon arrival that my appointment had been canceled. I was told a voicemail had been left, but I never received it. What was most frustrating was that the staff made me feel as though accommodating me was an inconvenience, despite the cancellation being completely outside of my control. The experience only became more disappointing from there. During the treatment, I was told that this was merely a "demo" and that I should not expect any results. At no point in the promotion, booking process, or appointment confirmations was the service described as a demonstration treatment. Had that been disclosed upfront, I could have made an informed decision about whether the trip was worth my time. In total, I spent two hours driving round trip and nearly 1.7 hours at the office for a treatment that I was ultimately told was not intended to produce results. The lack of communication, poor handling of the scheduling issue, and misleading expectations surrounding the promotion left me feeling that my time was not valued. I also didn't wait long for the doctor after changing my clothes. Dr. Moore was thorough with her skin evaluation and answered all of my additional questions. I did feel maybe I hit question limit lol, but all my questions did get answered. She gave me some sunscreen samples and made some suggestions. They offer medspa services but they don't try to upsell you. They just give you a list of what they offer. I was in and out before my hour of free parking lapsed.
