Fits up to 2 people sitting up. The biggest concern I had is lack of showers. So after all the sweating you gotta put your clothes on and head out. Less than ideal. Parking is in the garage nearby. Staff was friendly. Personally not coming back unless showers get installed.

Anyhow, Susan...least I think it was Susan?...greeted me and took me to the massage room which was couples massage room. The room I had never been in had a masage bed on both sides of the room. The bed were not near each other like you would think they would be. My temperature was checked before the massage began; as well, as masks, hand sanitizer was used. Gloves are an option, but I did not know about this tidbit till after the massage. Susan was through, but for some reason, I wasn't enjoying the massage as much as I thought I would. Tension was relieved from my back, but still this experience at this establishment felt different. Still, Susan didn't do anything different from what she would normally do, but it still felt different. I will make another appointment here, but I am not sure when. This place has been around here for 3 years or more, but I am still the only person who has written a review on this place. I do wish they gave us instructions to strip and get under the sheets. It was my first time so when they came in, we both were still fully clothed so that was awkward for all parties. Here's what our feedback was to the establishment since they asked, and I decided to share here in case it's helpful to anyone thinking about going here: "The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards expected of a professional wellness or spa environment. The walk between buildings felt awkward and disjointed, and the areas where services were provided were visibly unclean. This immediately detracted from the sense of calm and comfort that clients typically seek when booking spa services. The sauna instructions were overly complicated and nonintuitive. Rather than supporting a seamless, stress-free experience, the setup required unnecessary effort and attention at a time when guests should be able to arrive, decompress, and enjoy the service. One of the facials was particularly concerning. The provider fell out of her chair during the session, left the room for approximately 15 minutes within the allotted service time, and complained openly about missing supplies that had not been ordered. Her presentation and behavior appeared impaired or otherwise not fully attentive, which was alarming in a setting where professionalism, focus, and client safety are expected. There were also sanitation concerns. Gloves were not worn during the sessions- in particular extractions & close facial work, which raised hygiene and safety questions. Given the nature of skincare treatments and direct contact with facial areas, adherence to clear sanitation protocols is critical. Both facials were performed below expected standards. Product application felt careless rather than intentional for both clients. Creams were applied in a manner that resulted in product entering the nostril area for both clients. In one instance, the technician had to awkwardly clean the inside of a nostril during the service, which was unexpected and uncomfortable (and something never experienced prior). In the other facial, cream entered the nostril and remained there throughout the session, creating concern about inhalation; the client ultimately had to clean it out herself after the session. This experience was distracting and far from relaxing. Additionally, massage and sculpting techniques reflected a noticeable lack of refinement and training, particularly for clients accustomed to higher-quality services. Overall, the experience lacked attentiveness, professionalism, cleanliness, and the level of care expected in a premium setting."
