Upon entering the establishment, I saw they had made some changes in the massage room. I found out that they painted the walls pink and got ride of the ugly yellow walls. The bathroom was clean as can be and the staff is friendly. I have never had problems talking to anyone there. Vivian was my masseuse for today and she mixed it up between light and medium massage. I found myself at times starting to fall asleep. Since I did not get to shower this morning in order to attend the 5k race, I figured I would try the body shampoo for 20 dallors more. My skin is now so fresh and clean I feel better in my clean clothes. ............................................................................. The only thing that kept this place from getting a five star rating was the missing foot masssge, and the door to my massage room being open by a staff member...and the possibility of others guests seeing me. Not cool:(....

East Wing Massage has been in Vienna for many years but somehow, this is the…read morefirst time we have gone.  The massage was thorough and a good pressure and the facilities were clean and quiet.  We appreciated the soft music playing but only wish it could have been commercial free as the ads kind of broke the tranquil mood of the music.  The staff was very pleasant and the charge is very reasonable.  Our only other suggestion might be to have a little more light in the treatment rooms as customers are getting ready for the massage.  It was pretty dark and hard to see where to put things.  These points are minor and we were very happy with the massages we received and would definitely recommend East Wing Massage.  There is also plenty of parking and it is conveniently located.

Well as Degeneration X's song starts out, I will explain. 1. There was no cold air creeping in and I wasn't feeling cold or tired again...yes, thank you Tom Petty 2. I could feel the heat, from my heat to my feet. Hey, I got a new attitude.  3. Micah (who was my masseuse) had nice warm hands and a killer smile. 4.  No leaving the room and breaking the flow of the masssge. These are the highest of the high points for this place. Yes, there were other things I noticed when arriving at this establishment.  Not all off it is necessarily bad, but they are things I noticed all the same. When I entered Crystal Spa, you have to walk up a good amount of stairs to reach the duplex apartment. While walking up the stairs I was hit with this smell of body odor and fish balls...something off putting for me. Still upon entering the establishment,  that smell faded and I relaxed. Micah (my masseuse) was dressed in a red skin tight nylon type of dress, but she wasn't wearing high heels.  It did not cross my mind until later that she was bare foot.   Since the whole upstairs flooring was carpet and soft, shoes weren't really needed  anyhow. At first I thought it was just Micah working there and the thought of the last massage place I was at, popped into my head. I seen realized this was untrue and head the sounds of a woman urinating  from across the room I was in.  Yes, the walls were thin, this business did not play music for my massage. I am happy about that, because a lot of the massage places I have been to seem to play the same music over and over again. It like how massage places use to use scented oils and lotions.  I noticed while coming up the stairsway the new design of the security camera pointing at you. I noticed Micha lock the door after I entered the door and the doorbell you ring should you try the door and find it locked.  I could help but feel that if you don't look right or the masseuse sees you as a cop, your not going to be let into the building.  I may be over thinking this, but it crossed my mind in the ten seconds it took for Micha to open the door cautiously. Micha truly did not know the English language and used her phone to try and translate what other people had asked her. Yes, I saw what other males asked...but I will leave it at that. I saw that the other two women were also in skintight nylon skirts. One black and one tan. Personally, I could see the color silver being a better color than tan, but it was her choice of skirt. The biggest thing that soured the whole experience is the fact the women here do live here and I have proof. Various outfits of the same clothe between the ladies could be seen hung up from hooks in a room that was left wide open. Micah's massage wasn't the strongest  or the best I have had, but she thorough WITHOUT DOING these lyrics..."Alright stop, collaborate and listen Ice is back with my brand new invention Something grabs a hold of me tightly Flow like a harpoon daily and nightly "Will it ever stop?" Yo I don't know Turn off the lights and I'll glow To the extreme, I rock a mic like a vandal Light up a stage and wax a chump like a candle..."  If you don't know what I am talking about, than you are not ready for this. The best part of the massage was the Ashiatsu aka back walking massage. She used just the right type of pressure. Maybe it was because she weighted 70 pounds tops or a bit of both, the overall experience was very enjoyable.   I have been to massage places like Star Tharapy where the Ashiatsu bars are just for show. I am happy Micah used these massage bars and not show them off like icandy. The tip they beg/ask for is $40...and it is $43 if you use a credit card. The women here know how to count and will not screw this factor up.  The owner of this company may feel like I am bad mouthing this establishment,  but I don't  see it that way, I am nearly pointing out what I saw and experienced. The thought of traite des êtres humains crossed my mind as I was leaving the business after seeing several red flags. I truly hope I am wrong this observation and this is just a lounge area for the women. Oh, and if you are big on draping,  let them know, or else a small towel will be used for draping. Well, these are just my thoughts and observations. Make of them what you will.

Oh yeah, they take cash money too. You might save that for tips.    This place says they offer massage, pedicures and full body waxing by licensed practitioners  in the US and native countries. Body Scrub and body shampoo can be done upon request. Okay cool:) The Bad News: Everything I listed in the good news is great and all, but what about the  consumers looking for more information? Information, LIKE the cost of doing business for the services that get your interest(s). It's sad to say it, but I have to say it, Its probably not free. Then again, I have looked online, sent a text message to the Yin Yang Health Spa, and even called them once?...,No twice? Three times are plenty.  I have not heard back from them.  Not the way to practice good public relations.  I hope this business  gets to the point of "knowing their roll." As of right now, all that is happening is them shutting their mouths. Nevertheless, I am still  going to visit this place in person.  Maybe things can be turned around. We will see.

(2) They use WAY too much oil. My husband and I were soaked in it, and they did not do a very good job trying to take it off. (3) Their technique is amateur at best. They simply "touch" you. They don't dig in to any spots or apply much pressure at all. This was even after I asked them to increase the pressure. My husband said he felt the same way about his masseuse. It seems like the only customers they have are from GroupOn and LivingSocial coupons which makes total sense because they are just looking for one time only customers because I cannot see them having any repeat customers after the experience I had. Lily is completely unprofessional and argumentative. She kept insisting that the LivingSocial coupon was for only a swedish massage and the coupon does not specify, it just says one hour massage, it does not specify the kind of massage. Just like other Yelpers, she tried to upsell for an additional $10 for a deep tissue massage and kept insisting that I get it. Then I asked her to show me where it says in writing that it specifies for only a swedish and she couldn't answer so she called the manager and with her broken English started yelling at me. You don't treat customers like that! I will never return and I will make sure that everyone stays away from this place!!!!!

The name of the business is now called CJ CI SPA. I have no idea what the abbreviations stand for, but it hardly matters right now. What does matter are the prices on the card versus the prices in the store. On the card table showers are included in the price you pay. On the wall in the shop, the price for a table shower is ten dollars more. I did not get photos on this visit, but I wish I had. The brown single chairs have been removed. A big white Santini Futon has replaced the brown solo chairs. I sat there for a while thinking about some questions for the new business, but never got the chance to ask them. A lady appeared after working on a client. She said down next to me and typed out a message in Mandarin. She obviously did not speak a word of English or she did not feel comfortable speaking the English language yet. The lady (whose name I found out is Lilian) informed me she still had 30 minutes left with her client before I could get my massage. Apparently she and her partner were both engaged in massaging their clientele. I informed Lilian I would call for an appointment. Lilian seemed happier with this answer. I got the feeling appointments the better way to go than walkins. Jin Foot Spa is no more. According to Google Review, the place is permanently closed. My next review will be the new name of this business if Yelp doesn't make the changes I informed them about. My experience on this new place will be coming soon.

Honestly though, the average person probably wouldn't. I know for a fact my fiance would not like here, but if you're looking for deep tissue this is the spot. I will honestly say that this was probably the most painful deep tissue massage I've ever had, but I felt amazing after. I felt like a brand new person. So I can only speak for the deep tissue. If you like the super gentle and it is really just somebody touching your body, I wouldn't recommend it. If you have legit knots and muscle tightness, this place will kick your ass and you'll feel like a brand new person after.
