It is a massage plus physical therapy in one. I have chronic pain and discomfort around my shoulders and around my shoulder blades for several years. I gotten massage and physical therapy past few years. Michael was SUPERB in working on my problematic areas. I couldn't believe it. Michael is also very knowledgeable and very professional. I felt totally comfortable during the therapy. I felt healed. I strongly, strongly, strongly recommend Michael to anyone. He is incredible beyond words. Go see Michael!!! You will sooooo thankful!!!!

As a freshly postpartum mother, I am at a stage where kindness and flexibility are essential, yet I was treated with total coldness. After the owner previously rescheduled on me when it suited her, I encountered a genuine emergency and was immediately 'kicked to the curb' with a $170 cancellation fee. Even after paying that fee, my attempt to move forward and rebook was met with short, dismissive responses. When I reached out to find a slot, I was told 'I must be booked,' and when I shared that I'd have to take my business elsewhere, the response was a curt 'No worries!' It is baffling that a business owner would choose a one-time fee over a loyal, high-value client relationship (I was prepared to spend over $1,700 annually). To treat a new mother this way is not just poor business--it's unkind. I will be taking my business to a provider who values their clients' well-being as much as their bottom line."

Lisa was not only welcoming and informative but also made the process so easy! Doctor Brandon wasn't only thorough with his consult and exam, but educated me and walked me through my adjustment. He has been extremely professional but also welcoming and warm each visit. Truthfully has helped my everyday pains. JT has been nothing short of a delight and I leave feeling so relaxed! His conversations and humor make me feel so at ease. I can't recommend this place enough. Not only has it made my pregnancy easier, it has helped my aches and pains that I didn't know could be helped from years of wear and tear. If you are looking for a sign to go - let this be it.

I checked in and found this amazing, kind and attentive group. I literally could not walk after having hurt my back lifing a small piece of luggage. As a physician myself, I am very careful who I allow to work on me. They helped me get out of the car and worked on me until I could walk. I was able to to move and stand up after the care. I too was able to sleep. The staff was amazing, kind and very diligent with me. These angels all were a Godsend. Thank you doctor G. I love you guys.

Still a very nice and clean spa. During Mother's Day weekend it was very busy. So, its kind of…read morenoisy if you're looking for "quiet" time. Every now and then you get noisy groups in the sauna... so you know the first timers! The onsite dining is still pretty good but prices have spiked. The 7-piece wings was good but cost $23 before taxes. We tried the Kalbi bento, which was ok. It cost $35 before taxes. Again, still a very nice and clean spa that has gotten popular, which draws in large groups along with loud conversations, even in the saunas. Recommendations: - if you are getting a massage, book early because it fills fast. - a water bottle - socks to wear indoors - slippers for the outdoor pool area - noise cancellation ear buds or headphones - eat a big meal before showing up

The staff stay on top of making sure everything is clean and sanitized. The price is very worth it. A $60 weekday pass gives you access to saunas, steam rooms, indoor and outdoor bade pools, and jacuzzis. The food options in the food area are plentiful and the food is yummy. I honestly haven't tried anything that I didn't like from there. I like the wristbands that conveniently serve as your key and keeps track of your purchases until you check out of the spa. I also like that they put up a heated shelter on the pool deck during the winter to make sitting outside more comfortable when using the pool. Some things I'm not crazy about: -How small the towels are -Seems to always be maintenance that closes off a room or area, preventing me from enjoying the full amenities of what the day pass includes -The indoor portion of the coed pool is small and lackluster. Its either dirty or the heating unit of the pool is broken and the pool is freezing. -The cost of the services are very pricey. -I wish they would ditch the uniforms for robes. Tips for first time visitors: -Come on weekdays (Mon-Thurs) because the weekends and holidays are more expensive and it gets pretty crowded and not very relaxing. -Bring socks (yoga/barre socks or socks with grips on the bottom are best to avoid slipping) if you don't want to walk around barefoot. They don't allow flip flops. -The "wet areas" are gender-separated and fully nude. -Changing areas in the bathroom are private, but the showers are communal. -Bring a towel and toiletries to shower after the pool.
