The massages themselves are fine and Elise is strong, whichbis good for athletic body people. But I experienced repeated unprofessional treatment over the course of 2 years with last minute changed appointments, changed therapists, and arbitrary requesrs to change dates of scheduled massage sessions. Alll of these were for the convenience of either the owner, Elise or the therapist not for any emergency. Then when I cancelled, Elise only refunded part of the remaining amount paid for my unused massages (50%). To date, a remaining $137 due has not been refunded and Elise is not communicating with me. I am updating this review as Elise contacted me about a month after I posted my first review of the worst massage I have ever received. She was horrified of what happened while she was out of the office. She begged me to come back and give her business another shot. I'm so glad I came back as she requested. It was the Presidential service from the moment I walked in until I left. Instead of redoing my reflexology, Elise gave me an one hour body massage. Like every single reviewer, I'm going to harp on that Elise is worth every single penny! She knows where all your knots are and she has magical hands that make all those sore spots go away. She is the upmost professional and makes you feel very comfortable. When you are in the room you don't hear all the other noises. You would think you would, but you don't. The bed also has a heater which you don't find at a lot of massage salons these days. I really appreciated her having it on and ready for me. I truly appreciated Elise taking time to call me personally, to apologize for what happened (even though I understand it can happen anywhere when the boss isn't there or looking), and giving me a world class experience. Came on a Groupon for 45 minute foot massages for two. Anticipated we would get our foot massages simultaneously, but that was not the case. He started with me and then moved on to my friend. We were completed in 45 minutes with one therapist. I would estimate he spent 10 minutes per foot and our feet soaked while the other was getting massaged. Clearly that isn't a 45 minute foot massage for each person and that's how it was sold when I purchased the Groupon. I was surprised how nice and clean and professional this place was and I will probably come back to get a full body massage and also to use their sauna. I've had hundreds of massages in my lifetime and the prices are reasonable. Elise and I worked on getting these foot massages scheduled through email. I left two voicemail messages, but was emailed back instead of receiving a phone call. Received 3 or 4 reminders within a week of the appointment and that was great they are right on top of their game. I will gladly adjust this review should my next experience exceed my expectations. i do recommend trying out this place. read more

I've had two 45 minute foot massage sessions with Edith, and she's amazing! She not only does your feet, but while your feet are soaking she does your head and then hands/arms. Based on the reviews on the older Yelp page for this establishment, let me start off by saying that if you're looking for a super fancy looking place, don't waste your time here just to complain. If you're looking for what the place is intended for-a great relaxing massage- then check the place out. They had the exact time I wanted and we only booked two weeks ahead of time. We were greeted and given water and the usual paperwork to fill out. Elise and Julio were our massage therapists. They went over anything and made sure we were comfortable. Both my boyfriend and I asked for medium to high pressure and weren't disappointed. They checked on our comfort throughout and did an amazing job. I've heard of some places skimping on the full hour you pay for, so I checked the clock before and after and we did in fact get our full hour. Overall, super professional and friendly staff, but not super fancy. I didn't go to have a pretty view in the waiting room/lovby, so that didn't bother me in the least bit. Let me start out by saying - as I have in reviews for other massage companies - that I'm every massage therapist's nightmare client. I have a ton of bizarre allergies and a very complicated medical history. My allergies are so bad that I literally bring my own massage oil and sheets, just to be safe. Despite all of my complications, Baha - my massage therapist - wasn't even slightly phased! He read my paperwork thoroughly and walked into the room entirely prepared. When I asked to read the ingredients on their massage oil options, he didn't even hesitate. He never once complained and his smile never wavered. I was impressed! As fantastic as all that was, none of it compared to how blissful the actual massage was! I've been getting regular massages for over half my life and I can honestly say, Baha is by far the best therapist I've ever had. He listened to everything, the pressure was perfect, and he did a masterful job of very carefully working his way into the deep tissue process. He was especially skilled at balancing between pinpoint and broader pressure strokes, ensuring that my muscles were worked evenly and thoroughly, all without ever once getting uncomfortable or sore. I got the full hour I paid for and it was heavenly! I will note, as other reviewers have said, Premier Health Massage isn't exactly the super luxurious, over-designed type of spa that most people expect. However it is clean, well cared for, and perfectly fine. (I also appreciated that they had a clock in the room, so I didn't have to worry about if I got my full hour or not.) So, I went into today's session excited having read great reviews about this place. Well, it was not at all what I had anticipated. First of all, they had a fire alarm battery going low, so this beeping noise was a constant and loud distraction to say the least. For a place that it's supposed to be relaxing and stress free , they should have taken care of this immediately. Although the person who did my Swedish massage was gentle and followed my requests, she didn't really seem to be a professional therapist. She used regular , odorless body cream for the massage. Nothing special. The aromatherapy oil was coming out of the diffuser in the room, but they actually didn't use it on my body. When she told me the session was over, I realized that the clock in the room was not working. When I looked at my phone, I noticed that the session ended 10 minutes earlier that what they claimed on their Groupon discount: 60 minutes. I gave a very generous tip, but they definitely didn't deserve it. Will not be going back. They need to have working clocks and they need to take care of their ridiculous low battery noise!!! read more

Finding the location thru GPS was no problem, but the signage could be improved....there are a series of identical buildings, each with identically numbered addresses for different businesses and there is only 1 sign, which is located inside the window. The customer service at this place is TERRIBLE. First of all, they don't seem to have an actual office, which is effing weird. Every time you call them, no matter what time of day, there's some shady answering service that picks up, takes your info, and tells you they'll pass the message along and have someone call you back. It always takes at LEAST 20 minutes to call back and when they do, the person who calls is a very unfriendly woman who sounds like she doesn't even want to talk to you. I had made an appointment and then had an emergency come up, and when I called to cancel she very rudely stated "I told you when you made the appointment that if you cancel you're going to have to pay $25 for canceling when you reschedule." Um ok, I guess I won't be rescheduling then. What the hell is that statement supposed to do for me? Am I supposed to keep my appointment now because of a $25 fee? I don't expect you to care about my situation, but honestly if I'm telling you I have an emergency, I don't want to hear about the fee. You might not want to lose money through a last minute cancellation, but you just lost a customer through your rude attitude and gained a crappy Yelp review. read more

I almost wanted to turn the car around and go back home. But don't judge a book by its cover! Upon entering, I noticed how quaint and homely it felt inside. Boyfriend got a 90-min massage with a footrub included, while I got the 60-min Swedish massage. Massage was satisfactory. Room was clean, tidy with soothing music on loop. I just wish there were scented candles to "complete" the ambiance but I understand it might be off-putting for some massage clients who are sensitive to smells. I am a female and was initially uncomfortable and hesitant with the male masseuse, but he was extremely professional and gentle.
