Her hands are amazing! I've been with Elise for almost 2 years and she's is worth every penny. I do Olympic lifting so my back is very tight and she always does a great job getting those knots. Definitely recommend read more

The massages themselves are fine and Elise is strong, whichbis good for athletic body people. But I experienced repeated unprofessional treatment over the course of 2 years with last minute changed appointments, changed therapists, and arbitrary requesrs to change dates of scheduled massage sessions. Alll of these were for the convenience of either the owner, Elise or the therapist not for any emergency. Then when I cancelled, Elise only refunded part of the remaining amount paid for my unused massages (50%). To date, a remaining $137 due has not been refunded and Elise is not communicating with me. Very unprofessional. read more

Elise is the absolute best! She listens to me when I have an area that needs help- for example, today she focused on my neck and shoulder/upper back area and it helped so much. She is such a sweet person, as well and I feel totally at ease with her. read more

I am updating this review as Elise contacted me about a month after I posted my first review of the worst massage I have ever received. She was horrified of what happened while she was out of the office. She begged me to come back and give her business another shot. I'm so glad I came back as she requested. It was the Presidential service from the moment I walked in until I left. Instead of redoing my reflexology, Elise gave me an one hour body massage. Like every single reviewer, I'm going to harp on that Elise is worth every single penny! She knows where all your knots are and she has magical hands that make all those sore spots go away. She is the upmost professional and makes you feel very comfortable. When you are in the room you don't hear all the other noises. You would think you would, but you don't. The bed also has a heater which you don't find at a lot of massage salons these days. I really appreciated her having it on and ready for me. I truly appreciated Elise taking time to call me personally, to apologize for what happened (even though I understand it can happen anywhere when the boss isn't there or looking), and giving me a world class experience. I would definitely come back and recommend Premier Massage to friends and family. I did see Alain is still there, but hopefully he's not snoozing on anyone else's feet and got some additional training on reflexology. If you can get Elise, make sure you get in with her. She is magical and worth everything! read more

Premier Health Massage - Massage Near Me - Ashburn, Virginia

I suffered an injury (lower back, ITB) while training for this year's Marine Corps Marathon and went to Elise as a last resort before giving up on my training. She worked her magic and amazingly I improved after the first visit and got progressively better with subsequent visits. I finished the rest of my training and the race successfully - Thank you, Elise - you are awesome! read more

Came on a Groupon for 45 minute foot massages for two. Anticipated we would get our foot massages simultaneously, but that was not the case. He started with me and then moved on to my friend. We were completed in 45 minutes with one therapist. I would estimate he spent 10 minutes per foot and our feet soaked while the other was getting massaged. Clearly that isn't a 45 minute foot massage for each person and that's how it was sold when I purchased the Groupon. I was surprised how nice and clean and professional this place was and I will probably come back to get a full body massage and also to use their sauna. I've had hundreds of massages in my lifetime and the prices are reasonable. Elise and I worked on getting these foot massages scheduled through email. I left two voicemail messages, but was emailed back instead of receiving a phone call. Received 3 or 4 reminders within a week of the appointment and that was great they are right on top of their game. I will gladly adjust this review should my next experience exceed my expectations. i do recommend trying out this place. read more

An incredible, professional, therapeutic massage. From reception to the masseuse, it was warm and inviting.

I have been going to Charles - massage therapist for a year now. He is AWESOME!! I'm a Hair stylist and suffer from a lot of tension in shoulders, neck and hips ! Charles does an amazing job with my massages. I also see Bemy for micro dermabrasion facials. Bemy also does an amazing job and super sweet, very relaxing . Highly recommend this business. Elise the owner is super sweet and very accommodating with my schedule. read more

I have been going to Premier Health Massage for over 7 years now. I typically get a 90 minute massage ever several weeks at a time. This helps me relax, and reduces my work stress. Elise and hear team are simply the best. I highly recommend them. read more

I've been coming to Premier Health Massage since 2014 and have always received great massages from Elise, Andrea and Charles. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking for a great massage at a great price. read more

Love this place! Elise is incredibly talented and gave me the best massage that I've had since moving to Virginia. Will definitely be a regular here. read more

I've had two 45 minute foot massage sessions with Edith, and she's amazing! She not only does your feet, but while your feet are soaking she does your head and then hands/arms. She uses some nice smelling oils too on her hands while she is massaging you. You come out of the session wanting to take a nap because you are so relaxed! I keep buying the Groupon so I'll be back! read more

Based on the reviews on the older Yelp page for this establishment, let me start off by saying that if you're looking for a super fancy looking place, don't waste your time here just to complain. If you're looking for what the place is intended for-a great relaxing massage- then check the place out. It's not fancy by any means and isn't in a huge shopping center, but I wanted to treat my boyfriend to a couples massage and found them via groupon. They had the exact time I wanted and we only booked two weeks ahead of time. We were greeted and given water and the usual paperwork to fill out. Elise and Julio were our massage therapists. They went over anything and made sure we were comfortable. Both my boyfriend and I asked for medium to high pressure and weren't disappointed. They checked on our comfort throughout and did an amazing job. I've heard of some places skimping on the full hour you pay for, so I checked the clock before and after and we did in fact get our full hour. Overall, super professional and friendly staff, but not super fancy. I didn't go to have a pretty view in the waiting room/lovby, so that didn't bother me in the least bit. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Let me start out by saying - as I have in reviews for other massage companies - that I'm every massage therapist's nightmare client. I have a ton of bizarre allergies and a very complicated medical history. My allergies are so bad that I literally bring my own massage oil and sheets, just to be safe. Despite all of my complications, Baha - my massage therapist - wasn't even slightly phased! He read my paperwork thoroughly and walked into the room entirely prepared. When I asked to read the ingredients on their massage oil options, he didn't even hesitate. He never once complained and his smile never wavered. I was impressed! As fantastic as all that was, none of it compared to how blissful the actual massage was! I've been getting regular massages for over half my life and I can honestly say, Baha is by far the best therapist I've ever had. He listened to everything, the pressure was perfect, and he did a masterful job of very carefully working his way into the deep tissue process. He was especially skilled at balancing between pinpoint and broader pressure strokes, ensuring that my muscles were worked evenly and thoroughly, all without ever once getting uncomfortable or sore. I got the full hour I paid for and it was heavenly! I will note, as other reviewers have said, Premier Health Massage isn't exactly the super luxurious, over-designed type of spa that most people expect. However it is clean, well cared for, and perfectly fine. (I also appreciated that they had a clock in the room, so I didn't have to worry about if I got my full hour or not.) To me what matters is the quality of the massage and the attentive professionalism of the therapists. On those two counts, Premier Health Massage is top notch! read more

I've been here a couple times, using Groupon certificates. The massage itself was great, but the way the business is handled, is not. The fine print did not say I could not use two certificates during one visit. Also, very difficult to get a call back on a certificate problem. I would say skip the certificates and just ask if they will match the Groupon rates...too much hassle using Groupons with this business. read more

Location is perfect, boutique and private. The massages are heavenly. Elise is great, very personable business that makes you feel right at home. No frills but an amazing massage. I have never been disappointed. read more

I am a no-frills sort of fellow. I'm not a fan of going to fancy spas but I do love a good strong massage. I had been looking for somewhere simple and straight forward. Somewhere I can get a really good massage and not have to deal with or pay for all the extra fluff. I found the simple and effective place right here at Premier Health Massage. Using their web page scheduling is really simple. The location is easily accessible, with good parking. My wife and I've been here a few times now and have had massages from different staff members. Each staff member offered us great service and really listened to our requests. With the small-town professional staff and no inclination toward fluff. I highly recommend Premier Health Massage as a regular stress relieving stop. read more

I purchased a deal on Livingsocial and had an amazing experience. The best foot massage ever. It was so great I brought my mom back that same day for a massage and she was so happy afterwards. She made me promise to take her there the next time she is visiting read more

So, I went into today's session excited having read great reviews about this place. Well, it was not at all what I had anticipated. First of all, they had a fire alarm battery going low, so this beeping noise was a constant and loud distraction to say the least. For a place that it's supposed to be relaxing and stress free , they should have taken care of this immediately. Although the person who did my Swedish massage was gentle and followed my requests, she didn't really seem to be a professional therapist. She used regular , odorless body cream for the massage. Nothing special. The aromatherapy oil was coming out of the diffuser in the room, but they actually didn't use it on my body. When she told me the session was over, I realized that the clock in the room was not working. When I looked at my phone, I noticed that the session ended 10 minutes earlier that what they claimed on their Groupon discount: 60 minutes. I gave a very generous tip, but they definitely didn't deserve it. Will not be going back. They need to have working clocks and they need to take care of their ridiculous low battery noise!!! read more

This has to be one of the top massage services in Loudoun County. Very clean and professional services from Elis who will understand your aches and pains. Prices are reasonable and they offer additional spa services. I highly recommend you try Premier Health Massage. read more

I have gone for a facial here for the first time through Groupon and had the worst experience. My skin is so rough after the facial and very dry. I have a Florida trip and I am very upset. Never had such a bad experience else where. I would never step here read more

Just had a wonderful experience here. I took my mother for her birthday. She had Elise and I had Dequisha for reflexology. It felt amazing! Super relaxing atmosphere and wonderful therapists. They were so friendly and we will definitely be back again and recommend them! read more

OUTSTANDING in all facets!!! Pricing and options ~ Very competitive pricing with packages and monthly membership options better than a Massage Envy (which I have done) and certainly better than most if not all massage/spas I have been to...which is many throughout my 15 years of getting massages. Ambiance ~ Very comfortable, personalized and relaxed setting where you feel as though all the attention is on you. Newer business and more to come in the future (or so I hear). The therapist, Elise ~ FABULOUS! She is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. I have been there for at least 5 massages over 5 months. She is consistent, competent, courteous and flexible to cover any issue you may have. And, a pleasure to talk to if that's your thing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Premier Health Massage!! read more

Sandy was exceptional as a therapist. Groupon offered a very economical purchase of a 60 minute session. Setting the appointment was easy. Finding the location thru GPS was no problem, but the signage could be improved....there are a series of identical buildings, each with identically numbered addresses for different businesses and there is only 1 sign, which is located inside the window. Next time I will request a little deeper work. Sandy was very attentive and had good pressure. She did check on me and I had no complaints whatsoever. read more

The customer service at this place is TERRIBLE. First of all, they don't seem to have an actual office, which is effing weird. Every time you call them, no matter what time of day, there's some shady answering service that picks up, takes your info, and tells you they'll pass the message along and have someone call you back. It always takes at LEAST 20 minutes to call back and when they do, the person who calls is a very unfriendly woman who sounds like she doesn't even want to talk to you. I had made an appointment and then had an emergency come up, and when I called to cancel she very rudely stated "I told you when you made the appointment that if you cancel you're going to have to pay $25 for canceling when you reschedule." Um ok, I guess I won't be rescheduling then. What the hell is that statement supposed to do for me? Am I supposed to keep my appointment now because of a $25 fee? I don't expect you to care about my situation, but honestly if I'm telling you I have an emergency, I don't want to hear about the fee. You might not want to lose money through a last minute cancellation, but you just lost a customer through your rude attitude and gained a crappy Yelp review. read more

My husband started going to Elise through a Groupon. He has a bad back and regular massages really help out. He likes the "dig deep" kind of massage and Elise does just that for him. Elise is the owner and really cares about her clients. She teased my husband that he got massages and I didn't so my husband set me up with a foot massage, 60 minute massage and then a facial. It was perfect. I like medium pressure and Elise did just that. I go every couple of months now and each time she starts with a foot soak and massage.....I told her I'm a preschool teacher and since I come in right after work it is wonderful. If I could just have her waiting for me in my family room each day when I got home! It is not a fancy spa but it is very relaxing. read more

Elise is amazing! From the moment I met her (approximately 4 years ago) I felt completely comfortable, welcomed and encouraged to relax and enjoy the service. Today, while there were other clients present, everyone was so polite (as always) and greeted me with a smile. Elise knows all of the pressure points and offers great pain relief. I've had other massage therapists, and by far, Elise is the best massage therapist I've ever experienced. If you want a GREAT massage, visit Elise at Premier Health Massage... you will NOT be disappointed! read more

Came here for a couples' massage through a Groupon deal. The area itself looked a bit sketchy, outside building looked run down and in an industrial area. I almost wanted to turn the car around and go back home. But don't judge a book by its cover! Upon entering, I noticed how quaint and homely it felt inside. Boyfriend got a 90-min massage with a footrub included, while I got the 60-min Swedish massage. Massage was satisfactory. Room was clean, tidy with soothing music on loop. I just wish there were scented candles to "complete" the ambiance but I understand it might be off-putting for some massage clients who are sensitive to smells. I am a female and was initially uncomfortable and hesitant with the male masseuse, but he was extremely professional and gentle. He continually asked if I was okay and reminded me to let him know if at any point I was in pain or not comfortable. Overall, I encourage you to check this business out! Worth your while, especially if you can score a deal through Groupon! read more

Make your appointment online, otherwise it may be difficult to get through over the phone as a receptionist works part time and the masseuse handle the phones otherwise. Elise is the best, although I've heard her team is also pretty decent. read more

I was looking for a relaxing massage with my Groupon. I would not say it was relaxing. It was more the "beat you up" kind of massage which is not typically my preference. For that type of massage, the question really is how you feel the next day and I would say the massage definitely loosened up some spots and gave me some better flexibility. However, I am still sore today and didn't achieve any of the "de-stressing" that I was hoping for.... If you like a lot of pressure and are looking to undo sore muscle clumps-- this is the place for you. read more

Elise is very good at what she does. She is incredibly strong and is very good at deep tissue massage. I've never been disappointed. She hones in on all the problem areas and I leave feeling less tight. I love the simplicity and cleanliness of the place - it's a true "health" massage. I highly recommend her. read more
