Now that I've said this, it time for my massage and body scrub....* 8/16/24 *After Work* Mmm I wrote the first part of this review in 2018. A lot has changed since then. I believe most of the staff names have moved on. I met Ms. Fancy today and learned 30 minutes =$50.00. 1 hour =$70.00. Thirty minutes is a tease and I want a full 90 minute experience for $120.00. This won't include tip of course. Walking up the metal steps made a distinct sound which let's the massage therapist know someone is coming up the stairs. The cameras pointed at me most likely told them too. Ms. Fancy greeted me warmly and gave off a pleasant vibe. Although I did not get a massage today, I will try them out the next time I am in Sterling Virginia. I did see one other lady walk out of a room and I saw the client who looked surprised to see me looking in his direction. The other lady had a smile on her face and gave ove a pleasant vibe as well. There is plenty of seating space if you have to wait. I failed to get decent photo of the inside as it looks today, but I will get two photos right now. I did not see any business cards nor did I see a price menu for services offered. I do not know if body scrubs are still...okay, they do not. Just table shampoo. The language barrier is tough to get around , but doable. Finally, Upon speaking with Ms. Fancy, It sounded like the name of the business had changed. I will find out later on, but it is good to know this business is still here. I look forward to my actual massage next week along with a massage experience to write about.

Anna happened to be sitting outside waiting for the next available client. I happened to get to close and her eyes focused on me. Wanting another massage and her wanting another client, everything worked out beautifully. The curtain area I was lead to had solid curtains that were NOT SEE-THRU. The curtains came nearly to the floor. Music did play when I arrived, but after some time, the music stopped and I wasn't disappointed. There are so.e massage places that might play the same song(s) or album over and over again. J Foot Spa perfer you leave your underwear on. This is what I was informed for my first time here by Anna. Okay, no big deal. The Massage: The massage I chose was for 90 minutes. Since my body had already been massaged for 45 minutes earlier, I did not need Anna using to much of her forearms or elbows. My body had enough of the repeative practice of elbows and forearms going over the same spots. Anna like Fiona from Relax Work, I had to instruct her to move on from one spot or the whole session time would have been in that one spot I feel. Anna broke this worry by moving on to different body parts on her own. I am grateful for this. A lotion ointment that gave off a flowery smell was one option. I don't think most men would want to leave the shop smelling like it. Massage oil is another option. The massage table had the biggest colorful towel I have ever seen in a massage place. I am happy to have had the towel on me, because a cold wind did seem to blow on me from time to time. The massage room I had was surrounded by privacy screens. My right hand side had some kind of red fabric covering the tiny gaps in the cracks of the privacy screens. On my left hand side, the privacy screens had no red fabric covering the gaps. If I could see outwards, some one could see inwards. Anna's station area was at the end of the curtain area. Since the three other male masseurs were massaging other clients, I did not see them moving around much. I have read bad reviews on this place, but I did not meet one of the ladies that thought she was entitled to a tip. Because Kathy and I recognized each other, things went more smoothly, than it could have been. Kathy already knew what pressure, but checked with me to make sure. It had been three years since I had seen here, but apparently my looks haven't chenged. What has changed is Kathy's knowledge of the English language and how good she is at it now. Her hair was short when I met her before, but now it is long and she seems to be in management now...at least this is how it seems to me. Upon arriving at the store, I saw new doors being installed and no one was out front because of the noise. There is; however, a doorbell to ring at the front counter. There are also cameras pointed at you too. The waiting area isn't bad, but the seating area was in use by the construction workers. Don't know if there as ever been a full house here, but there are four massage rooms from what I saw. Since I woke up early for work, I did not shower, because I had an easy 5 hour day today. I was planning on showering after work, but my boss called me and now I am working 11 shift today...cool, but I want a shower....since Jiafu offers body scrub, table shower and massage, I went with the table shower to get rid of some of the grime off me before the massage. Kathy lead me to the back corner of the store and upon entering the room, I saw it was nearly pitch dark. Regardless of the red light being on in the room. Turning on my flashlight, I was able to see where I could put my clothes. After undressing I was lead to the shower room which doubles as bathroom and laundry room was well. Disrobing and hanging the black robe on a hook, I climbed on top of the table a lay down. Kathy sprayed the table with hot water so the water mattress wouldn't be cold to the touch. A small towel was place where one's genitals would touch the table... I know it's a small detail, but I thought I would mention it. Not all places would do this small gesture. The warm water hit my body, but I asked her to make the water a little warmer. She complied, and the water felt even better on my skin. Kathy was very thorough. When I say thorough it means she cleaned between the buttcheeks and cleaned the genitals too. Something that goes beyond the call of duty...I am sure she would have done this with the body scrub too, but I didn't ask for that. Once the table shower was done, Kathy dried me off. Something I heard happen to a woman client at Ethiopia Massage. Her review comes to minds as this is happening to me. Kathy was thorough again with the back massage too. I nearly fell asleep, when I hear a very obnoxious noise coming from the dry cleaners next door. The beeping continued for 45 minutes of the massage and I could not really relax. Katy told me she has talked to the owner about this, but the owner can't do anything about this. This is something to take into account if your going to get a massage here. Also, the $50 massage is for either body massage or foot massage for 40 minutes only. The signs you might see around Sterling won't tell you this. It is mentioned online about this special. On my way out, I met Lucy who smiled and wished to massage me next time. I might take her up on the request, but I will call first to make sure she is there. This place wasn't bad for me, unless you count the annoying beeping noise from the cleaners. I will give this place two more times before I move on....ask for Kathy should you decide stop by here. I haven't experienced what Lucy can do yet, but I will hope to have an answer to this in about two weeks time.

Since I knew Haydee had significant years of experience with massage and whomever was massaging me didn't have a great technique.
