Let me just tell you that I'm SO glad I found her. She literally is the best! The United Wellness facilities are really nice especially since they moved to Reston. The lady at the front could be nicer, but she is efficient and gets stuff done. I also like that I can get in and out quickly, by them charging my card on file for a pre-selected tip amount as well. The only downside to this place is they do not medical bill for massage therapy. They need to change that! Convenience is key! As for G, I've had a lot of massages and they always feel good and are relaxing, but there is something much more special about her. I believe her background is nursing and let me just tell you she definitely didn't miss anatomy class and probably was at the top of her class! She massages out kinks and muscles i didn't know i had. Because I see her for medical massage therapy, it can hurt at times, but always in a good way, because after i leave, the areas that were a problem are loosened and feel amazing...literally every time. Ive also seen her for enough sessions that i'm starting to see long term loosening - i.e. its getting better and easier as my body going back to the looseness it should be. I also did acupuncture before this, which worked for me, but the therapy with her works better. I can't recommend her highly enough. ProCare is close to my house. The place is clean. The front desk lady was helpful and friendly. She went through their paperwork and questions with me. Then I met Dr. Jin, he was very nice and careful. After three needles in my heel, the neck pain was gone. Amazing!!! I also have backache and sore shoulder. Dr.Jin offered cupping therapy. It has taken deliberate effort to trust the process. In my experience, my discouraging moments simply came from forgetting where I started and why I was there. Sensitivity to the treatment varies by the person so expectations to be healed by a certain number of sessions are futile. I decided to try acupuncture and have done three sessions so far. I didn't expect a huge difference right away, but I've actually been sleeping deeper and waking up less during the night.
