Like most people, when we experience something good, we don't have as much motivation to write a good review. I happened to come across the couple of negative reviews about Chi Wellness. Then I realized that although they are valid for the individuals who had the poor experience, yet the reviews do not reflect the true standing of the entire practice. My mom recently visited the practice. Both Cheyenne and Ben helped her relieve their shoulder and neck pain. She was able to sleep better and relax better as a result of the hour-long body massage. My own symptoms have also got better, and now I am on the maintenance basis to prevent my body from worsening. The deep medical massage has helped me relax and relieve the tightness on my shoulders. It also energizes me and improves my posture each time, not to mention the courteous and professional services. I've since referred friends and families to visit the practice, and they love the experiences as well. We are all human and we all make mistakes here and there. However, if you express your concerns with the owner, Cheyenne Liao, and are willing to give it another try, I can promise you that you will a 4-5 star experience, like mine. At least, try it. Regards!

Quality, quality, quality…read more Frank is the most thoughtful, intelligent, and qualified acupuncturist I have found in the DC area. I've seen several other individuals for massage, acupuncture, and dry needling. But I have always gone back to Frank because he is the best. I've been seeing Frank for over four years now. Specifically, Frank has played a key role in my healing process for my shoulder and back injuries and numbness in my arms. We focus a good deal on dry needling on my neck, shoulder, and back. I find that he is the most careful and smart with dry needling. I have been to physical therapists and chiropractors who try to dry needle, and it's scary how ill equipped they were. Go see Frank. Whether you're an athlete or a stressed out profession (or like me...both!), you will walk away better in mind and body after seeing Frank.

He has more than one office and no assistant. I haven't tried calling him, but he's always been very responsive to email, sending a reply either the same day or next day.

Maria walked me through what we would do. Hands down the best massage/information I've ever received. I came in with tight shoulder blades and glutes. I would honestly say she's life changing and the best therapist I've ever met. I'm very lucky to have found her website. I'll be seeing her soon, again!

I went to a different therapist/location than Maria initially, and did feel slightly better after my treatments. After reading all the benefits of manual lymph drainage, I've continued to receive lymph drainage treatments, as my body naturally seems to want to hold onto a lot of liquid/swelling in my legs. Recently, my original therapist was booked, so I found Maria on Yelp and decided to give her a try. I have never received the amazing results I got with Maria with my other therapist. I actually have shape to my ankles! Even my husband noticed the difference when I got home, without a side by side before and after comparison. My ankles especially swell during travel, and they didn't at all during my trip after my session with Maria. She deserves so many more glowing reviews, I can't recommend her enough and she will be my new go-to-therapist for manual lymph drainage.
