Today is my first time here, but one of the Masseuse recognized me immediately. Her American name is Kathy and I met her at the former Comfort Spot on Lee Highway which is now called Massage Therapy & Spa. I have read bad reviews on this place, but I did not meet one of the ladies that thought she was entitled to a tip. Because Kathy and I recognized each other, things went more smoothly, than it could have been. Kathy already knew what pressure, but checked with me to make sure. It had been three years since I had seen here, but apparently my looks haven't chenged. What has changed is Kathy's knowledge of the English language and how good she is at it now. Her hair was short when I met her before, but now it is long and she seems to be in management now...at least this is how it seems to me. Upon arriving at the store, I saw new doors being installed and no one was out front because of the noise. There is; however, a doorbell to ring at the front counter. There are also cameras pointed at you too. The waiting area isn't bad, but the seating area was in use by the construction workers. Don't know if there as ever been a full house here, but there are four massage rooms from what I saw. Since I woke up early for work, I did not shower, because I had an easy 5 hour day today. I was planning on showering after work, but my boss called me and now I am working 11 shift today...cool, but I want a shower....since Jiafu offers body scrub, table shower and massage, I went with the table shower to get rid of some of the grime off me before the massage. Kathy lead me to the back corner of the store and upon entering the room, I saw it was nearly pitch dark. Regardless of the red light being on in the room. Turning on my flashlight, I was able to see where I could put my clothes. After undressing I was lead to the shower room which doubles as bathroom and laundry room was well. Disrobing and hanging the black robe on a hook, I climbed on top of the table a lay down. Kathy sprayed the table with hot water so the water mattress wouldn't be cold to the touch. A small towel was place where one's genitals would touch the table... I know it's a small detail, but I thought I would mention it. Not all places would do this small gesture. The warm water hit my body, but I asked her to make the water a little warmer. She complied, and the water felt even better on my skin. Kathy was very thorough. When I say thorough it means she cleaned between the buttcheeks and cleaned the genitals too. Something that goes beyond the call of duty...I am sure she would have done this with the body scrub too, but I didn't ask for that. Once the table shower was done, Kathy dried me off. Something I heard happen to a woman client at Ethiopia Massage. Her review comes to minds as this is happening to me. Kathy was thorough again with the back massage too. I nearly fell asleep, when I hear a very obnoxious noise coming from the dry cleaners next door. The beeping continued for 45 minutes of the massage and I could not really relax. Katy told me she has talked to the owner about this, but the owner can't do anything about this. This is something to take into account if your going to get a massage here. Also, the $50 massage is for either body massage or foot massage for 40 minutes only. The signs you might see around Sterling won't tell you this. It is mentioned online about this special. On my way out, I met Lucy who smiled and wished to massage me next time. I might take her up on the request, but I will call first to make sure she is there. This place wasn't bad for me, unless you count the annoying beeping noise from the cleaners. I will give this place two more times before I move on....ask for Kathy should you decide stop by here. I haven't experienced what Lucy can do yet, but I will hope to have an answer to this in about two weeks time. read more

Nice massage overall. If you dont mind being naked during a massage then the towel comes off pretty soon after the massage begins and with the flip to finish they all do a nice job in tension relief! read more

I was hopeful this new spa on the border of Sterling/Herndon would be an awesome new massage parlor since it's so close to my home. Unfortunately, the spa is only mediocre at best. I've only been here once so I'm willing to try it again in a few weeks once it gets its rhythm and bearings going as a legitimate business, but for now, I wasn't impressed. As far as the body massage goes, this is one of the better Chinese massage parlors. They use traditional Ashiatsu (where the therapist walks on your back for a deep tissue pressure massage) as well as traditional western swedish massage techniques. And the therapist is nice in adjusting the pressure to your personal preference. That's the good. The foot reflexology is not great here. I prefer CH Foot Massage in Chantilly or Relaxation Studio in Sterling for much better reflexology and foot massage. But, this place is relatively inexpensive, so you get what you pay for. I'd probably come back here anytime I need a cheap, good body massage. I'll likely stop by here again to give these guys a second shot considering how close they are to my house, but if I'm not superbly impressed, I'll likely return to one of my other favorite spas for body massage or I'll go to a specialist like CH Foot Massage if I need a reflexology massage. This place is somewhere I'd go more out of convenience and cost rather than for quality. read more

I called this place before going . I asked how much it was for a 60'in massage and the lady working here said it was 50.00. I arrived and then they said 60.00 . For a back massage . I went into the room and the massage table looked as though the sheets were not changed for a long time. The place was dirty but I was in desperate need of a massage due to severe back pain. After the massage I paid the60.00 ok credit card and the lady got so angry that I didn't leave her 20.00! She slapped my hand 3 times as I started to give her a 10.00 tip due to the lack of cleanliness and the mis quote of price . I was appalled . She was so Angry she them through my card down and started cursing in her language . Horrible massage the worst ever. I paid a total of 73.00 and her attitude defeats the purpose of going to get a relaxing massage ..I will speak to a manager about this . Terrible place read more

I would recommend this place to everyone! I come here to get a massage every 2 weeks and have always had the best experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly and everytime I walk out, I feel more relaxed. I always get the 60 min massage with hot stones, and one time i asked her to massage my head for 10 more mins and once I went to pay, I was expecting to pay more for it but she still charged me for only 60 mins. read more

This is a very nice spa that does both foot and body massage. I had a foot massage for $50 for 60 minutes. My masseuse was Alla and she did a great job, was very friendly, and speaks good English. I will come back again next time I'm in Herndon. read more

Since my last visit in 2017 I gave this place another try. Went to Michelle a couple times- message was amazing. Yesterday Michelle was not available so I decided to stop by and see Nancy since I was in the area- WORST experience everrr!! The massage was Ok. She focused too much on my left side compared to the right side. The pressure was not as much as I had wanted it to be. When it was time to pay, total was $63 which included $3 of credit card fee. I have told this establishment before that I would like to talk to the manager about this..but none of them ever gave me the manager's contact info. Since I am not happy with paying $3 for CC fee, I gave Nancy $7 tip. She gave me my signed receipt back and said "$15". I was like 'ummm no.' She got really mad and started pointing at her fingers and hands and said 'I do good massage for you, you give $15". She was forcing me to give her more tip!!! Unbelievable!! When i said 'no' again, she got reallyy mad, started shaking in anger. Really scared me. So I called Michelle and told her the situation. I handed my phone over to Nancy, she started yelling and screaming in Chinese. I asked her to give me my phone back about 3 times. She kept yelling on the phone. I felt like she was going to throw away and break my phone. I said it again 'Give me back my phone.' I took my phone and left and told Michelle the whole situation. Michelle said this lady is crazy and will be fired and the manager will call me back soon. It has been about 24 hours..Still no call from the manager. The manager didn't even comment on my previous post from May 2017. Doesn't seem like the manager cares at all. I went for massage to relax and feel better. I feel like I paid for getting insulted and upset and more stress. read more

I had my doubts before going, but decided to give it try because of a sore back. The place did not look posh, but was clean. The massage I received was great. I dislike massages that rubbed/stretched skin rather than muscle. The massage here was great: the lady (I did not get her name) pressed and kneaded a number of pressure points on my back and shoulders which offered great relief and comfort. If you like deep tissue/firm massage, this will be a great choice. I am planning to go back soon. read more

She is very professional and has created a very relaxing atmosphere at her business. ***UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT*** After going to many mediocre, overpriced places over the years..I almost gave up. I decided to come here for a 30 min back massage and stayed another 15 mins. The walking on your back method helped alot, plus the women didnt rush you out the door. Both women( Jenny and Marissa) provide different styles of massage which helps others determine what is best for them. They even call to see if you are coming and if you are running late.
