Very professional and legitimate place! I booked one hour massage and left very relaxed and fresh.

This is THE BEST massage I've gotten in my life!! Kelly not only have a thorough nice deep massage she also did amazing stretches I felt like I went to a physical therapist it was too good!! Highly recommend it read more

Followed up for the first time in years. Great massage this time from Freya(sp?). Worked out a lot of knots, massaged Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis with just enough pressure to actually feel better. read more

If I could give Kelly 10 stars if I could. The place is clean, professional and affordable. The reason I'm writing this review is because I've had back issues for years, did MRIs, therapy, medicine and all of it. Kelly was the first one ever to have me walk out of her office PAIN FREE. I did a 1hr massage + Cupping for a great price after one of my severe back pain episodes and she was able to take it all away. I will definitely make this a regular visit for the sake of my back issues. read more

Don't let her size fool you. Kelly is strong, and her deep tissue massages go DEEP. She truly does a fantastic job from head to toe. She knows exactly where to find your problem areas, and her attention to detail is second to none. This was my second visit with her, and I will absolutely be back. read more

Kelly has incredible hands! I walked out feeling completely relaxed and got the best sleep I've had in months after my massage. Will definitely be coming back! read more

Amazing Deep Tissue Massage with Kelly! I've been to Jasmine Spa twice now, and both times, Kelly has been absolutely fantastic. She truly understands deep tissue techniques and knows exactly how to work out tension in the back and shoulders. From the moment I walked in, she made sure I was comfortable and tailored the massage to my needs. Kelly has a great balance of pressure and precision--firm enough to relieve knots and tension. I left feeling looser, more relaxed, and completely refreshed. If you're looking for a high-quality deep tissue massage, I highly recommend booking with Kelly. I've already scheduled my next appointment! read more

I am so glad I found Kelly / Jasmine Spa!! I woke up one day with an awful crick in my neck and needed a massage asap. Thankfully, Kelly was available the same day and she saved me! I felt so much better after the massage and within 3 days, my neck was fully mobile and 0 pain which is actually amazing because almost every single time, I leave a massage and feel like my pain doesn't fully go away. She gave me a whole plan and told me when to come back and how frequently, to fix my neck. My next appointment, she suggested I do cupping so I tried it for the first time. I had been having shoulder pain for about 2-3 months, I think from working out, and it hurt to lift my arm up. I've never done cupping before but now I'm a full believer because it seriously cured my shoulder pain!!!! Again, in a couple days it was completely gone and also fully mobile again. I am seriously amazed!! If you're someone that struggles with any kind of pain, or tightness in the body, Kelly will fix you. Fair warning though - this is not a massage you go to if you want a cute little relaxing hour to doze off and listen to ocean sounds. Kelly's massages are the most intense I've ever experienced - they are no joke - but I will keep coming back because of the results read more

Kelly is amazing! Be prepared to be sore, but for me it was necessary to break up the tissue and enable it to relax and gain flexibility. I highly recommend Kelly. read more

This is my first massage since I moved to the area. The staff was friendly. I booked a 30 minute deep tissue massage for me and my friend first thing in the morning. I was a little worried I would be TOO relaxed. They massaged me where it was the right amount of pressure that I was relaxed yet really awake. I feel like they rejuvenated me and I was ready to take on the day!!! Definitely planning to come back! read more

An absolute gem of a massage! I just had the best massage of my life with Kelly. If you love real deep tissue work--the kind that makes you realize just how much tension you've been carrying--she's the one to see. Her hands are incredibly strong, and she knows exactly how to find and release every knot. As I lay on the table, somewhere between deep relaxation and "wow, I really needed this," I felt so grateful--not just for finding Kelly, but for the fact that she's close enough for me to come every week. And trust me, I will! By the end of the session, I was so happy with how my body felt that I couldn't help but give her a hug. The place itself is simple--just a couple of rooms on the second floor--but none of that matters. What matters is that Kelly is truly amazing at what she does. Highly recommend. My muscles have never been happier! read more

Poor customer service. I believe her name is Lillie (sp?) she Answers her phone while giving massage.. So unprofessional. Will never go back to this place again. The phone call is more important than the job you're supposed to do. And she spent a lot of the time saying the reason why she had no other therapists was because of ICE. I don't come to a massage to listen to anything political. read more

I go get massages a lot. And I've tried every kind you can imagine. Shiatsu, deep tissue, reflexology, Chinese cupping, sports massage, lymphatic massage, Thai massage, Swedish massage, etc. There are several establishments in the Herndon/Reston area that I frequent most often. Jasmine Spa is part of that rotation when I need a deep tissue massage. I sit at a desk all day working on a computer. So I have chronic, painful, stiff neck and shoulders pretty much all the time. Once every couple months I go to Kelly at Jasmine Spa because she's the best at getting in there really deep and loosening the muscles. If you're not used to having deep tissue massage, it's a painful type of massage. But the pain you feel while the therapist is getting deep into your muscle pales in comparison to the relief you feel after. So while I don't recommend this for everyone because not everyone enjoys that type of massage, I do recommend this to anyone who can handle deep tissue massage because Kelly is the best I've tried. Don't let her small size or gentle voice fool you. Kelly gives the strongest massage I've ever felt. It's as if she is reaching into my soul and pushing out the irregularities within my body. On top of that, Jasmine Spa isn't too expensive so you really get your money's worth. If you love deep tissue massage or you just want to try it because you have terrible muscle stiffness or pain, I recommend you try making an appointment with Kelly. read more

I need deep tissue massages and Jasmine Spa delivers! Whenever I ask for specific areas to be targeted, they target and relieve my muscle aches. This is the only place I go for my massages! Definitely recommend. read more

My girlfriend and I got the hot stone massage and it was absolutely phenomenal! We both work a lot and I am very active in the gym, the staff catered to our needs down to the exact detail. Would definitely recommend and I will return read more

Went for my birthday early this month. Everything was amazing. I worked with Kelly and my friend was with Amanda for a deep tissue. Kelly got me right for my first time with my build up of tension knots from from the years of lifting and sports. Left her work her magic because she knows exactly what she's doing. Would 100% recommend. Everything was soothing and relaxing. read more

Love this place, every time I come here Kelly takes care of me like a pro she is extremely strong and knows what she's doing. Also, sidenote, DO NOT ASK ABOUT HAPPY ENDING she will not tolerate that. I've been looking for a professional massage place for a while now most of them are dirty and not safe. But This place is amazing. I hope she last here forever. read more

I have been receiving deep tissue massage from Michelle and I truly recommend her since she is a true gem! Her pressure is very strong and extremely precise on every single pressure point. There is not a single waste of strokes nor with her time allocation and it's amazing how precise she is with each pressure point. I have been to deep massages that were just painful and not relaxing, but she can customize each massage session and adjust her strength by constantly checking in to see whether you are satisfied and comfortable with her strength. She will also adjust the pace of her strokes depending on how tense your muscles are to control the pain you may feel. read more

I have fabulous deep tissue massages from Kelly and Michelle twice a week. They focused exactly where I needed most. The massage really helps relieve the pains and stresses for me. I would recommend Kelly and Michelle. read more

Do not hesitate to go and make your appointment with Kelly. She is amazing !!! I also enjoy the cupping option.

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing & wonderful massage. I have been going here, once a month, for six months straight.

Kelly is a muscle pain exorcist! Best and most intense deep tissue massage I've ever had! I've tried many local massage establishments but none have pulled the tension from my body like the 60 minute deep tissue massage I had today at Jasmine Spa. She pushed me to my limit, and for great benefit. Ive had a history of back problems, sit at a desk all day and weight train about 4 times a week, so the wear and tear on my lower back builds up a lot over time. Her amazing work did the trick! I will definitely be back for another round of intense muscle therapy. read more

My body was incredibly tense from not stretching for so long, everything I needed in a massage and more. Could not recommend more

Great spa if your looking for something that really get in there! To clarify, the deep tissue massage is not a relaxing massage - it stretches, and burns, and hurts BUT it's worth it. I felt much lighter after walking out and my neck pain was gone. read more

I found this place by going through yelp and looking at the reviews. This is the first time I came here and I felt that the person who did the message is really good. They did an awesome job in finding all the knots I have on my shoulder, neck and back. I will definitely recommend place to others. The place is unassuming when you try to find. Its like an office building and the spa is on the 2nd floor. I would definitely want others to try. read more

I absolutely loved it. First time going there and it was so good. Michale and Kelly were super great . We got a couple's massage and it was so much needed. I definitely recommend this place. Its also very clean and they are so nice and everything. I would definitely go back again. read more

See all

I was in town on vacation after a work trip and was pleasantly surprised they had an opening on short notice. Ample parking, clean room, easy check-in. Kelly was fantastic, it's obvious she went to school and is skilled in massage. I had a deep tissue massage. It's totally normal to feel a little tender after this type of massage, as it isn't a gentler Swedish massage. Some of the reviews indicating the pressure was too great may not have known what to expect and it's a bit unfair to fault the therapist. If you're unfamiliar with massage, definitely ask her about the different types and I'm sure they'd be able to find something you'd be happy with. She released all my muscle knots and the tension in my neck was instantly released. Felt great afterwards. Thank you again and hope to visit next time! read more

Very good 90 minute couples massage, they were just a little chatty, and when it's in a language you don't understand you think they are talking about you. But best deep tissue I have ever got. They were kind though they called us beautiful and skinny, you know, at least what we understood read more

I'm not sure who worked on me as there was no introduction, but by the description, probably Kelly. Her approach is way too rough for me. She asked me the key areas I had trouble with, then proceeded to use feet + knuckles for pretty much everywhere, which is just too much for my body. I told her several times it was too much, to which she just answered 'breathe.' I had to actually grab her hand to stop what she was doing several times as I was having trouble breathing and was physically shirking away. I can appreciate people who love a pain-is-good massage, but a professional needs to recognize that when the client is physically shirking to avoid that spot being touched, their movement is too much. I wasn't offered any water, either--I didn't even see any cups to get some for myself. I will not be back. For those who do go, note that credit cards get 3% added as a courtesy fee. And for what it's worth--my neck pain is still there, but actually feels worse. I see a few days of motrin in my future. read more

Got a deep tissue massage with my fiancé and oh my god it was amazing. I've never had a massage like it and I've had many. From neck/back cracking to walking on backs to hot stones, it was truly healing! We can't wait to go back. read more

9/25/19 Okay, just got done looking at the Jasmine Massage on Yelp, but saw no listings for the styles of massage or her prices. Jasmine's does have a website, but it's for Go Daddy and the listings are for other massage places and not hers...check it out...massageherndonva.com. I called up Jasmine, but she sounded weary with a hint of suspicion in her voice. I was asking legitimate questions...not salacious ones. I suspect Jasmine gets a lot of salacious questions. Jasmine told me her business does Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage and Hot Stone. $70 Dollars is what I heard her talk about, but if you have more questions, either call her or go to her office, because her website is non-existent. I am still willing to give this place a try. Maybe Jasmine was having a bad day or something was on her mind at the time I called her. It can happen. I do hope she gets her website updated. This will answer a lot of unnessasary questions about her business. As of now, 3 Stars... Oh, they do WAXING too?!...I will have to take them up on that. Need to find the list of prices too. Chocolate wax and honey wax...okay. Cupping too...even better...prices for this is a must; as well. read more

I was referred to Jasmine Spa (Kelly) by a friend and this was hands down, exactly what I was looking for. Between working out and being in the IT profession, I get tensed muscles easily in my back. I was looking for a deep tissue massage to loosen up my knots and Kelly was absolutely phenomenal! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, in fact, I already recommended it a friend. Thank you, Kelly! I will be back for more massages in the near future :) read more

It wasn't an enjoyable experience for me. I was looking more for some relaxation and a soothing massage but what I got was a football player post game deep painful tissue massage. I asked several times for more gentle massage and she kept telling me "it's ok" I really didn't enjoy this. 2 days after the massage I was in so much pain I felt like I was in a car accident. I even had bruises on my upper back. I almost went to the hospital because I thought maybe she broke my back. I gave 3 stars because they were able to see me when I asked. I would suggest they know what their clients really want before and during the massage. read more

Well, quite honestly I was crying for most of it. That was one of the most painful "massages" I have ever experienced. I have had softer ones where I usually fall asleep. Today, I could hardly relax. But you know what? It was WORTH it. The relaxing ones (obviously in different locations) usually left me feeling sore after and I just felt horrible. This time, she kicked my butt and knocked out ALL my knots but I have never felt more refreshed. When she was done, I didn't even know where I was. She pressed out all the toxins. It was amazing. And obviously, I needed it. She told me to breathe and as much as I complained, she told me to trust her and I did. All the aches and pains I had before walking in were completely gone. It was amazing. I definitely thought I would be walking out black and blue with bruises all over but no. I felt great! I def recommend Jennifer. read more

Great massage today by Kelly. She worked on the knots and tension spots of my body. This will now be my go to place for my massage.
