Every now and then you get noisy groups in the sauna... so you know the first timers! The onsite dining is still pretty good but prices have spiked. The 7-piece wings was good but cost $23 before taxes. We tried the Kalbi bento, which was ok. It cost $35 before taxes. I've been coming to King Spa every couple of months since they opened. While there are some things I love about it, there are some things I'm not a fan of. The facility is very clean. The staff stay on top of making sure everything is clean and sanitized. The price is very worth it. A $60 weekday pass gives you access to saunas, steam rooms, indoor and outdoor bade pools, and jacuzzis. The food options in the food area are plentiful and the food is yummy. I honestly haven't tried anything that I didn't like from there. I like the wristbands that conveniently serve as your key and keeps track of your purchases until you check out of the spa. I also like that they put up a heated shelter on the pool deck during the winter to make sitting outside more comfortable when using the pool. Some things I'm not crazy about: -How small the towels are -Seems to always be maintenance that closes off a room or area, preventing me from enjoying the full amenities of what the day pass includes -The indoor portion of the coed pool is small and lackluster. Its either dirty or the heating unit of the pool is broken and the pool is freezing. -The cost of the services are very pricey. -I wish they would ditch the uniforms for robes. Tips for first time visitors: -Come on weekdays (Mon-Thurs) because the weekends and holidays are more expensive and it gets pretty crowded and not very relaxing. -Bring socks (yoga/barre socks or socks with grips on the bottom are best to avoid slipping) if you don't want to walk around barefoot. I visited on a Monday and that was the best decision I made. The spa was busy, but there was enough space for everyone and I could still relax. The facilities are impressively clean and I attribute that to their rules about where clothes are meant to be worn. The spa is absolutely worth the entrance fee. Had my first korean spa experience on a Tuesday morning/afternoon & I had a phenomenal time! Very sweet workers in the locker room walk you through the process & can be easily found if you need help. Hubby & I enjoyed the variety of rooms. Everything was immaculately clean & and there were plenty of lounge areas to sit around & relax. The only complaint was the indoor pool could be heated a tad bit more. The outdoor pool looked great but it was not warm enough for 27 degrees & gusty weather. Food was delicious! Ordered the clay pot bibimbap bowl ($26) & don katsu ($24). The bowl was just perfect - loved the colorful veggies & the beef was nicely marinated & tender. Oh King Spa! You have cornered the market on relaxation. For my birthday, my husband brought me here. I was giddy with excitement and this experience did not disappoint. We arrived when the facility opened, and I am so glad we did. On a Saturday, by 1pm, it was a madhouse. When we arrived at 9, the sauna rooms were not busy, we were able to visit all of them on the first floor ((I think there were 8). The pool is nice, but it's not a MUST HAVE for me. Around 11:45, more people arrived. And by 1:30, there was a line to get into any room. That just goes to show that everyone LOVES this place. Might I suggest you come on a week day. I finally made it over to King Spa in Chantilly and my didn't have a relaxing time! Upon arrival, you're asked to remove your shoes which are placed in a secure locker. You're then given a uniform to change into. They'll provide a larger locker for your items. I wish someone gave us a tour because after changing, I wasn't sure where everything was. The facility is pretty large - 3 stories. I completed all of the saunas first, had lunch and then headed to the pool area. Despite it being cold outside, the outdoor heated pool and hot tub felt amazing! The indoor pool is room temperature, so not as relaxing as the outdoor ones. Overall the facility was extremely clean and the workers were nice. I did find the restaurant food to be quite expensive, but large enough to share. The kings spa is a Korean spa that allows you to purchase a day pass which gives you all day access to pools and saunas. They also offer additional services like massages, v-Steams,ect. Upon entry you are issued a bracelet that is tied to your account. This allows you to make purchases and access your locker all by scanning your bracelet. Here is what I enjoyed: -I really liked how clean the facilities are. I'm not big on being barefoot in public but I can tell you they constantly have staff cleaning and disinfecting the floors. You can also wear socks if that's your preference. - The uniforms you are issued are size inclusive. They have S-XL and 4X. -There are complimentary water stations throughout the facility -All the different saunas. Each one has a different purpose and the descriptions outside the door help to guide you - there are tons of places to sit and relax. Here is what needs to be better: - clearer guidelines on what areas require you to be nude. I was very confused about where the nude areas were. They have a bath house that you have to be nude to go into. You must shower before you go but finding the showers was a little difficult - clearer instructions on how to lock your locker - all of the massage jets didn't work - the restaurant sells speciality drinks during select hours but those hours are not advertised. This place is ginormous. They have all kinds of rooms. They had soo many rooms I didn't have time to explore them all. I think my favorite room was the Japanese inoki cedar room. If you are neurospicy, try it. It was so calming for me. I am not sure if it was the sensory or the ION but I was just at peace. I also loved the pools upstairs and outside. Seriously when I come back I will allot more time for that. I will say for the scrub it was mediocre for the price. I am surprised California is much cheaper than this. The lady did not apply much pressure and although it was nice I wasn't particularly impressed. My uniform I got had a hole by my left breast. I did not realize it until I had already been in the common areas for a while and I just laughed because I felt like Regina George. This place is definitely packed and one thing I was not a fan of is that I didn't see anything being cleansed in the hot rooms. People are sweating and barefoot and there's lots of people. The locker room area for the ladies only has a few toilets which is wild compared to how many lockers there are. One thing I must say is that I enjoyed the cafeterias bulgogi bento. Such a relaxing time at the spa. My homegirl brought me for a much needed birthday reset! You are given a "uniform" as you're not allowed to walk around the facility in only swimwear. It is also a barefoot facility but you can purchase socks or bring your own. I would highly highly recommend going either very early or extremely late if you plan to go on a weeknd. I arrived at around 130 and it was pretty busy. The crowd didn't start to die until around 7pm but around that time I was ready to go. If you been to Spa World, then your in for a treat. KingSpa is more modern and cleaner than their competitor. I suggest getting here when they open, to enjoy the most of what they have to offer. After you pay, you'll get a wrist band like on cruise ships which is linked to your credit card. Bring extra socks, swim suit large towel, and water container like a large yeti Bottle. I suggest drink lots of water, after the saunas, salt rooms, you will be dehydrated. If you wanna get a service done like a facial or body scrub, get that done last, after you visit all the rooms. Like your super clean and refreshed. You dont wanna go into a communal pool after you been scrubbed. I have a huge phobia of walking barefooted in public areas. You cant wear shoes, You can buy their slippers but I prefer my socks. You can also buy their paper thin socks. For the services, I got the V-steam aka Choa Yok. Similar to a yoni steam bath. My favorite way to relax. I frequent this place a few times a year (for the past 5 years) and fall in love with it every time. If you're familiar with Korean jjimjilbangs (bathhouse/ saunas), this is an upgraded version with a heated and non-heated pool, hot tub, and more. My routine is usually to start with a medium hot room and alternate to the freezing room and gradually progress to hotter saunas. They have a neutral temp room upstairs with tiny wooden pebbles- I call that the crouton room. Once I feel I've satisfactorily de-puffed myself and sweat every ounce of salt from my body, I make my way to the crouton room then to the pool. I prefer the outdoor heated pool to the indoor normal pool. I went during the snow storm and the pool wasn't warm enough (albeit it was a tundra outside). They also have a cafeteria that offers a variety of Korean food including ramen (totally overpriced). I usually get spa eggs. The amenities are clean. Staff are professional. Be warned: this place gets crowded on the weekends with the front lobby packed with people waiting to enter. It's manageable but you have to be mindful of not overcrowding saunas (which people are pretty good about). I think that I'll give the spa four stars, and three stars for my experience. If you can, visit the spa on a weekday because it was a bit of a madhouse when we visited on a Saturday in March. Overall, I thought the facilities were fine based on having visited a couple of other Korean spas (primarily near NYC). If it's your first time visiting a Korean spa, definitely take some time to read the rules before purchasing admission. I think a bit of my experience was a bit of a struggle because some folks either did not read the rules or read the rules and did not feel like rules did not apply to them. For instance, if a business says you cannot wear shoes in a locker room, and you have a problem with that, then do not visit. Entering the spa, you will have to complete a quick check-in where you will receive your wristband, which is used for your lockers and purchases that you might make during your experience. Next up, you enter the first part of the locker room, put your shoes in a locker and proceed to the main locker room where you will receive your prison attire...I mean your spa attire. Once you complete those steps, you can enter the spa itself. *I probably missed a few steps.* The spa has several saunas/therapy rooms that include: Charcoal Sauna, Amethyst Crystal Salt Room, Yellow Mud Room, Bul Han Jing Mak, Gold Sauna, Rock Salt Sauna, Hinoki + Ion Room, Ice Room, Base Rock Suana. I might have accidentally left out one or two rooms. My favorite rooms were the Hinoki + Ion Room (think of stepping on lego blocks), Bul Han Jing Mak (300+F temps), and the Rock Salt Sauna. Unfortunately, I could not try all of the saunas because there simply were way too many people inside of them - another reason to visit on a weekday. While the saunas were fine, I was quite annoyed because many folks were having loud conversations inside of the rooms and using their cell phones. Folks cannot disconnect for a couple of hours? I guess that I cannot fault King Spa on how folks conduct themselves, but the self-centerness of folks really got on my nerves. The spa also has an outdoor heated pool with plenty of water pressure pumps and an indoor pool. I loved the outdoor pool, but I did not really care for the indoor pool. It seem as if folks were just there to take pictures for their social media accounts. In some cases, it reminded me a bit of attending a college pool party without booze. The locker rooms have jacuzzies and pools; however, you have to be completely nude for the locker room pools (I think). Another tip if you are coming on the weekend: Make sure you eat before arriving. King Spa has a restaurant with a huge amount of Korean and American dishes. However, we had to wait in line for about 45 minutes before ordering, then wait another 15-20 minutes for the food. I guess this would not be a huge problem during a weekday visit. As one would expect, the food prices are pretty high but nothing too unreasonable for this type of place. Although we did not receive exactly what we ordered, our food was pretty good. For instance, our veggie bibimbap did not have an egg. Also, we ordered one thing, but received something else. However, we did not complain because the incorrect dish was more expensive than what we ordered. ;) Also, since we waited almost an hour to order and get our food, we did not want to waste any more time for the restaurant to fix our order. I thought the staff was pretty friendly...well as friendly as they could be while enforcing the rules of the spa. Also, I thought the facilities were pretty clean. Extra points for the spa having heating floors. Oh note that the towels in the locker room are VERY small. I'm a 5'10'' guy, and the towels were no longer than my forearm. You can rent a towel and/or robe for $5 each. Actually, I'm not sure if it was $5 for the combo or $5 for each item. I guess these short towels are not too bad for men. But, I would assume that women would want longer towels to dry their hair and to cover their tops and bottoms. Speaking of the locker room, I was a bit annoyed that I could not brush my teeth in the sink; I'm "weird" in that I like to brush my teeth every time I bathe. Eh, I guess one can brush their teeth in the parking lot like I did. ;) Like I said on a couple of occasions during my review, I definitely would return BUT on a non-holiday weekday. There were far too many people visiting during our Saturday visit, and many folks were ENTIRELY too loud for an indoor setting. Also, I don't think many folks bothered to shower before arriving to the spa so a couple of the sauna/steam rooms were a little smelly. I take this back a little bit. Maybe a few folks did not know it's common courtesy to bathe before going to a spa. While we did not purchase any of the massages, I overheard a few people saying that they were not worth the price. My daughter, granddaughter and I had a great day at King Spa. We went on Easter Sunday hoping it wouldn't be too crowded, and we lucked out, because most reviews indicate it gets very busy on weekends. The spa was very clean, and all the employees friendly. The sales person in the women's locker booked us efficiently, although she did give quite the sales pitch to order services. Between the three of us we had one body scrub, one gold combo body scrub, a foot massage, two facials, and two aromatherapy massages. The body scrubs are amazing and your skin feels and looks great afterwards. I highly recommend getting the gold combo body scrub that comes with scrub, massage, and facial mask. One of the best body treatments I've ever had, and really, it's all you need in addition to the pools and saunas. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed their massages and facials. We ended our day with a meal at the food court, and were happy with the quality of the Korean food. Note... if you want to hang out in the single sex locker rooms for scrubs and pools, you need to be comfortable with nudity. No clothes allowed. My granddaughter (age 13) isn't ready to bare it all in front of strangers and she spent her time in the open area indoor/outdoor pools and saunas, and got services which are provided in private rooms. Impressed. Sunken in the back of a strip mall plaza is them GEM of a spa. Stages in what looks like an old LAFitness building is this 3 story dream of a spa experience. There was a line to get in and it made complete sense that Saturday we went. After paying for your day pass, you're given an arm band that unlocks your assigned shoe & cloths lockers, as well as an account for other services or food you choose to indulge in. My wife and I enjoyed the sauna rooms immediately off the locker rooms. Spend 10 minutes in each with cool down sessions in between. Let's start with some frequently asked questions. DO I HAVE TO BE NAKED? To access the showers, you must be nude. Showering is also required before using the pool. At minimum, you will see other people naked. DO I NEED TO BRING A TOWEL? No, in fact, it's not allowed. King Spa provides plenty of towels. CAN I WEAR SOCKS? I don't believe it's allowed. My first time visiting I went with a group of 12 and we all chose a variety of services: massages, body scrubs, v-steams, etc. I would recommend blocking off 4-6hrs to truly experience all they have to offer. I opted for the bade pool, all of the saunas, media room, bed-rock detox, pebble room, and body scrub. Full disclaimer, there is nudity in the locker rooms, hot tubs, and body scrub area, so if you aren't comfortable with being nude the body scrub probably isn't the service for you. I will also say do your research, so you aren't surprised during any of your services. Overall, I would highly recommend King's Spa if you are looking for an economical spa day. There are indoor/outdoor pool that are heated and a few different sauna options. I came with a friend who had never come to this spa and enjoyed the experience very much. The food was amazing and this time I had the Chicken Curry Katsu and Yook Gae Jang. Both were warm and comforting and I highly recommend both dishes. I've been to King Spa about 4 times in total and usually during the weekdays because it's not super busy. Basically this is a korean spa where you are given lockers, a uniform and certain areas require you to be fully undressed (such as the bath/shower area). They have a bunch of dry saunas for you to go sit in. I recommend leaving your phone in your assigned locker for the full experience. This is what I do, hence the no pictures on this review. There's a pool which is pretty amazing because it has these jets you can sit under that provide an amazing massage. They have actual massages there you can pay for too. But definitely on the pricier side. They have korean body scrubs as well for an up charge and this I think is totally worth it! They have a wonderful cafeteria with amazing food options, including both Korean and American food. It is definitely expensive though! But the food being good certainly makes me feel less guilty about it. Overall I was very surprised by how clean this place is, even to this day and they have been open for a couple years now. This is great because you are required to be barefoot. Make sure you allot almost half of your day as there is a good bit of things to do. I would rate higher if prices weren't so high. I've been to the spa over six times for the $70 price and the food it's worth coming back. They have multiple spa rooms and two pools one inside one out. My favorite attractions are the pool and their cafeteria. I always like to get their Katsu chicken curry platter along with their fried dumplings. On my last visit I got a spa treatment for $170 , it was a Swedish massage. Miss Choi my massage therapist was very nice and thorough, and she communicated with me about the pressure of the massage and if I had certain areas that needed more attention .My back and neck feel so much better. I've been a loyal customer of King Spa Virginia for years and have visited 50+ times, so this review is based on many positive past experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was completely unacceptable. I booked a 60-minute massage at 3:40 PM, but it didn't start until about 3:49. From the beginning, the massage was performed over a blanket, which is not how services have been done in my previous visits. When I asked about it, the therapist (Daby) removed the cloth but stated he didn't speak English, making communication difficult. The technique itself was poor. Instead of using proper hands-on methods, he relied heavily on his forearm in a rolling motion. The pressure and movements were inconsistent and uneven from one side of my body to the other. It felt rushed and unprofessional. Around 10-12 minutes in, I asked to pause the session due to the quality. He told me to wait while he looked for another therapist, but no one ever came, which wasted additional time. I then had to go to reception myself to address the issue. At that point, he incorrectly claimed that 30 minutes had already passed. I spoke with staff and management, but the response was defensive rather than solution-oriented. My request to switch therapists wasn't accommodated. At this price point, the service should be consistent and professional. Very disappointing, especially as a repeat customer. read more

Although you should be prepared to embrace your naked self in front of others (which I was nervous for), everyone was overall really friendly and it wasn't too bad at all! Also this place is notably clean for a barefoot facility. Things to bring: ID! They need your ID to make a profile for you. My friend accidentally left her wallet at home and didn't have hers. The massage didn't really feel like a true massage, but more like quick, somewhat firm rubbing? Both the face mask and massage were nice to try, but just not my cup of tea. I truly recommend going by yourself if you want to go at your own pace and do your own thing because you can be there all day if you want to be, there is no time limit with your entry! I also recommend going in with a mindset or expectation to purchase one of the additional add-ons, which can be a facial, massage, or body scrub! While those are an additional expense. it is so worth the overall experience of being there and putting yourself into that relaxation mindset. I got the chair massage and foot massage combo and it was fantastic! I also would recommend going earlier in the day! I got there around 10:15 in the morning and there was no wait for the combo massage. All of the services are first come first served. The sauna rooms can be crowded and some guests aren't quiet in the room. When the doors open you can hear all the loud noises outside which disturbs your mood. My four girlfriends and I decided to spend the day at King Spa in Chantilly, VA for some much-needed relaxation and girl time. We were excited -- this was our first spa experience together, and we were looking forward to a peaceful and fun day. Check-in went smoothly, but after that, we were completely lost. No one explained the process or how things worked. We didn't understand how to use the lockers or where to go, and unfortunately, there was no one readily available to assist us. A lady at the second set of lockers briefly asked if we wanted to purchase additional services, but we were still trying to figure out the basics -- like the uniforms and the layout of the facility. She walked away, and we were left standing there trying to figure it all out ourselves. While we absolutely enjoyed each other's company and made the most of our time, I do think we missed out on a lot that King Spa has to offer simply because there was no clear guidance. It would be incredibly helpful if they had a "First Timer" orientation or signage that clearly explains what's included in the general admission and what services are extra. Overall, the experience was okay because of the time spent with my girls -- but not because of the customer service or ease of navigating the facility. Overall, this is a great place to spend a spa day. The outdoor pool was just what I needed on a hot summer day. There are different seating areas with jacuzzi jets for extra relaxation. There's also an indoor pool with a nearby dry sauna. There are almost a dozen themed sauna rooms. Most of them have the same vibe, just different wall décor: amethysts, charcoal, Himalayan salt, etc. There's also a steam room heated to nearly 400°, meant to help you sweat out toxins. I barely lasted 30 seconds... and it stayed empty for a reason. On the other end, there's a cold sauna set to a freezing 37°. Upstairs you'll find the dining area and some relaxation rooms. One has small wooden blocks that looked like they'd feel like Legos but were surprisingly comfortable. It's noisy when you move around, but it's a soothing, click-clack sound. There are also heated floor rooms and the crowd favorite: the Media Room. It's basically oversized recliners and a projector screen--but people were out cold in there. No judgment. There's also the nude hot tub and cold plunge, separated by gender and located in the locker rooms. The spa offers facials, massages, V-steams, and Korean body scrubs. The massages are solid from a therapeutic standpoint, but the vibe is off. My massage with Tony was fine until the end. I was lightly dozing when he suddenly slapped me on the back--hard--to signal the massage was over. Then, at the end of the foot massage, he dropped both feet, ripped off the towel covering my eyes, and loudly said, "All done!" Someone had turned on the overhead lights while I was in total darkness, so I got hit with a blinding glare. Totally killed the vibe. The massage prices are also higher than some private studios. My combo massage was $140. A foot massage alone was $110. If you're looking to get knots worked out, this is your place. But if you're after a truly relaxing experience, the transitions are rough. Now for the things I didn't love... The spa has signs limiting phone use, but no one enforces them. I saw people on Teams calls holding up the lunch line, folks scrolling social media in the sauna, and others blasting music from their headphones. It ruins the ambiance. They need phone lockers outside the saunas. Period. Staff also don't enforce silence in quiet areas. In the hot tub room, there are signs everywhere asking for silence out of respect for guests receiving treatments on the other side of the glass. But while a few of us were trying to relax, a group of girls came out of the wet sauna screaming and laughing loudly--shouting across the room. No staff came to say anything. The spa has somehow turned into a co-working hub. While trying to enjoy lunch, I saw several people on video calls in the common areas--cameras on and everything. It was giving WeWork. If they want to create a room for remote work, fine. But that should not be happening in shared relaxation spaces. Outside of admission, everything is à la carte: treatments, towel and robe rentals, etc. They do offer small towels around the facility, but they're not full-size. They sell robes, socks, and skincare items too. You're welcome to bring your own, and I highly recommend it. The food is delicious but pricey. A plate of galbi with rice, a scallion pancake, and a cup of tea ran me over $50. If you're trying to be fiscally sensible, bring a reusable water bottle, some snacks, a robe, and grippy socks (trust me--you'll want those grips). Great Korean spa to spend the day at, pricier than some others in the area but worth the price. Facility was clean and staff was helpful. There are 2 different sets of lockers, first set are for your shoes and second set are for you clothes/belongings. Tip: Check the website to see if there's discounts available for a day pass! Note that the female nude area are separate from the male nude area. This area includes the cold plunge, hot tubs, showers and steam room and are located near the locker room. The rest of the sauna rooms are co-ed and are in a larger space, each one clearly labeled with a description of health benefits. Try to stay in each one for about 20 mins to get the most benefits out of them and don't forget to stay hydrated! There are free cups/water available. Tip: when you first enter, there is a sign that suggests which room to go to first, take a photo of this for reference! Remember to bring your bathing suit because the outdoor pool is amazing! There's numerous jets that spits on water that gives you the best massage ever! My advice would be to skip the massage and head out to the pool! There's also an indoor pool but it's much smaller and a little too stuffy in there for my taste. The chair massage I got was meh, it wasn't as good as the massages and the pressure definitely wasn't there. However, the Korean body scrub is a must try! After spending hours in the saunas, getting a scrub gets rid of all your dead skin from head to toe. It was well worth the price tag! Tip: Services do tend to fill up so make sure you book an appointment when you arrive and towards the end of your stay so you can shower afterwards. You'll feel squeaky clean! Tip: Like what you see? The outdoor pool, which should have been a relaxing water therapy area, was more like a social hangout--people sitting around on their phones and taking up the limited working spots. It's done while you're nude as well, so be prepared! There are also several hot rooms made of different minerals and materials like amethyst and salt. They have different properties or address different ailments. King Spa is one of the nicest Korean spas in the area. It's a little more American than some others, especially because you can skip all the nude bathing and do it in a bathing suit instead. The pools are beautiful and large, and the main area with the hot rooms is comfy and huge. We got the body scrub, which was amazing. You will have new skin afterwards! Me and my husband came to King spa for a relaxing day, it's about a 2 hour drive from where we live so we spent the majority of the day there. We arrived about 10am and left around 5pm. The parking lot is spacious and had plenty of parking at the time we arrived. When we walked in we were greeted but the front desk receptionist was on the phone while she was trying to assist us to it was hard to ask questions, as it was our first time. I forgot my bathing suit at home so I ended up purchasing one. They have many options and sizes. The lady in the locker room was very friendly and helpful. Once we changed into the spa outfit we met in the main area where most of the saunas are. I tried all except the 2 super hot ones. They're really nice, my favorite was the Hinoki + ion room. Even though you're laying on wood pellets, it surprisingly comfortable. Many people fell asleep, myself included! I personally wasn't a fan of the hot ones but that's just bc I'm heat sensitive, my husband enjoyed them. I also enjoyed the ice room! I love the cold! So, I'm not sure if it was the saunas or something else but prior to my visit I had issues with my digestive system (long term not just that day) and after the visit, those issues have lessened. After we completed our time in the saunas we hit the pools. It's a bit confusing as to where the shower area is upstairs but I ended up finding it in the upstairs women's bathroom. The pools were nice. They could've used some cleaning, you could tell not everyone showers before getting in the pool. They're all heated so that's a plus. A lot of people were on their phones doing videos and whatever else they do (SM I'm sure), I do wish they would have a rule to leave all phone in the locker or if you're in the cafeteria. This was the first time in a long time me and my husband were without our phones and just enjoying each other (we did leave our phones in the locker). The cafeteria is nice. The food is a bit pricey for what they have and quality wise. I might be a bit biased since I am Korean and know what good Korean food is. It's not bad but it's def not what it could be, especially for the price. Almost $20 for a bento box and you don't get the traditional side dishes which surprised me. We went up stairs to where the services are and were just looking. A lady came and talked to us asking if we wanted a massage, initially she said $120, I asked if that was the price for BOTH of us or separate, she said both (there wasn't a price list up there and I didn't have my phone to look at prices). To pay for everything you tap your bracelet they give you and at the end they tap/scan it and give you your total. To my surprise the Swedish massages were $170 A PIECE! I get massages regularly and it was not $170 worth. I told the front desk at check out what happened but there was no discount applied or anything (which I get, people can lie about things). Also, typically when you get a couples massage the price it cheaper but not in this case. Overall, it was ok. We received a coupon for a free day pass within 30 days and another within the year (I'm guessing for the mix up or the fact that we spent almost $600). I will say, be mindful of the costs and how much you spend- they add up and you don't even realize it bc you don't have anything to track your spending.
