I was supposed to receive an LED treatment with my facial which Madelyne chose not to include. On top of all of this, the facial itself was not great. She didn't explain what products / treatments she was going to perform and it overall was not a relaxing experience. Music was pretty much impossible to hear, the treatment itself was underwhelming and there was no manager available to help me after expressing my concerns with the experience.

I loved the experience so much that I immediately booked the longest session available (90 minutes). I have had two long massages with Kaui, and both have been truly sublime. So much so that I have two future sessions booked now! I will mention a few things about Kaui the person, Kaui the massage therapist, and about the spa. Kaui is an extremely likeable, friendly, and intelligent person who communicates well. An example of how kind and thoughtful Kaui is: after my last massage with her was over, she gave me a box of macadamia nuts covered in chocolate (macadamia nuts are not cheap!) she got on her recent trip to her home state of Hawaii. Kaui really goes the extra mile to please! Kaui's very wonderful qualities as a person would be admirable but they would largely be irrelevant when you want a great massage if Kaui did not deliver on the massage table. I have had massages from multiple people. They all did a fine job. But after my 90 minute massage sessions with Kaui I never felt more relaxed in my life!! Kaui moves over your body at just the right "Goldilocks" speed--not too fast, not to slow--just perfect. Kaui made massage movements I had not experienced before that made me melt into the massage table in sublime relaxed pleasure. Every minute of my massages with Kaui has felt wonderful! When Kaui is working her massage magic on your body she is wise enough to stay silent (except for a very occasional "pressure level OK?" check-in early in the message) so that talk does not distract you from the blissful relaxation you are experiencing under her hands. But if you initiate a conversation Kaui is more than happy to talk. Kaui is wise enough to let you control how long the conversation lasts. A car analogy fits. For me, getting a massage from others has been like driving a Honda Accord--a good experience but nothing really shines. In contrast, getting a massage from Kaui is like the "ultimate driving experience" when driving a top of line BMW. Kaui has provided me with the "ultimate massage experience" (nothing sexual implied; Origins Thai Spa is a totally legitimate place). Origins Thai Spa is exceptional as well. It is in a quiet location in Sterling (not a strip mall or other busy place). The spa is quiet and soothing from the moment step inside. All the receptionists are very friendly. It is very easy to make appointments online. You can have a warm massage table if you want it. After the massage is over, Kaui wipes you down with a warm towel to remove massage oil from your body. Plus a very welcome warm towel for your face at the end that caps off this most relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Kaui even immediately gave me one of the spa's robes when my bladder made me step down the hall for a minute during the massage. Kaui, you have a customer for life. So learning and understanding that depending on how my body feels and the masseuse time will need to be increased. First time I booked half hour and asked for half more. This time I booked one hours but I should ask for half hour more. Since my front body got like 10-15 minutes! But my back was sore needed of all that great points she pressed! I wished she asked me if I wanted more time! Anyway communication is key here!

My baby is now only starting to wean nursing and so I went to go schedule my final massage and realized my certificate had expired two weeks ago. I contacted the office and they were kind enough to honor my massage and provided me an extra month to schedule it. That to me is top notch customer service!! I'm so excited, thank you Massage Hope!! Very attentive, listens well, takes time to answer all my concerns and takes me serious, I feel. He has amazing people skills and seems thoughtful. The staff at the front desk is amazing too. Very friendly, very supportive with new patients, warm hearted and they always try to help out in any way they can. I had a car problem and had to reschedule my second appointment because of that, and they were extremely understanding and managed to re-schedule me fast while always being very kind and friendly. The Dr.'s assistants are very friendly and patient as well. The office is small, but set up in a calming, comfortable and relaxing way. Once I get there, I seriously feel all "Om". :) I came here for back pain that I'm having during my pregnancy and so far, what Dr. Harvey has done, helped to decrease the pain a bit and has put me into a much better mood. I don't feel so alone with this problem anymore and feel like I'm in the right hands. I will continue my visits and will write an update when I'm finished with my treatment.

I began with Dr Misra about 2010. A nine year old car accident had an area in my mid back really tight. He noted it, worked that one, but dealt with my main complaint at the time. I had been to three chiropractors for that injury and already gave up assuming I would have to live with it. After a year of coming intermittently for other issues he freed the locked up point. I've never had another problem in that area. Specifically, whenever I sneeze that area of my back cracks. It actually moves freely! My wife saw Dr Harvey throughout her pregnancy with our twins, she was really happy with his care. I saw him as well when our schedules synced. He helped other pain management issues effectively. Both are solid, really know the body, analyze your pain, and provide you guide ace to prevent the same issues from occurring again. I'd give 100 stars if I could.

At first, I was told there was no appointment; when I explained my situation Laura/Lauren (the lady who answered the phone) was extremely understanding, very kind, very prompt with her communication and she set up a quick appointment for me!!!! This not truly speaks to their commitment, communication and thoughtfulness. But it also speaks to the level of service on some level. Once the appointment was set up, I drove in (of course, finding the space for a newbie in that area was a little difficult - to locate them ) ....that incident too shows their support!!!! they were so kind. They walked right up to the carwash area, spotted my car and guided me back to their door. confetti and brownie points yet again. I was brought to the second floor. A young lady helped with washing my hair, and then I got moved to Umber's booth. Umber is super nice, efficient. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered. I wanted my hair with a tiny curl inward and she did it. She also applied some products so that I could keep my hair perfectly styled just in case it started to drizzle! I walked out feeling amazing. My hair was done just right and I was ready for the wedding.... They have a good collection of hair products. I also found some really nice refrigerator magnets. I'm gonna start by saying I got this haircut from glow studios in 2024 so almost 2 years ago I wish…read moreI was able to post pictures to show how bad the haircut was they're sitting in my camera roll but won't let me post, maybe their staff has improved but honestly I received the worst haircut I've gotten in my life from this studio and unfortunately I'm still not over it like I thought I would be by now, I waited so long to leave this review because I didn't want to give it because I only went because my friend worked there at the time and I was just trying to support her work , so the first time I went I asked for a tone and cut, the color was fine for my hair but the lady cut my hair uneven it was slightly noticeably uneven I would say about 2 inches off when my hair was infront of my face, even tho that should've been enough for me not to go back for some reason I still decided to go back for another tone and cut but this time another lady, the lady I went to was super nice we talked the whole time I really did like her but as she was cutting my hair she told me to feel my hair and let her know how it felt at this moment I was pretty sure she barely cut the other side of my head of hair so then I told her it felt super uneven then she proceeded to gaslight me and her and another coworker tried to tell me half my head of hair grows thicker than the other and half my head grows more hair than the other THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THIS FOR BOTH HAIRCUTS!!! as if I don't know my head of hair for the past 20 years, she didn't fix my hair and since I was sitting down with the cape on still I couldn't see how terrible she has cut my hair until I got home, she had cut half my hair of terrible layers and forgot to cut the other half the same with layers, she had cut the layers terribly my hair became so thin, and then I had to go get my hair cut again at a different place to even it out and my hair is half as thin as it was, my hair was one of my favorite features it took my years to grow it out to my lower back and I care about it so much and I still miss it to this day, I held off of writing this review for 2 years because I really did like the staff they were nice and I told myself my hair would grow back and it'll be fine but it is still 2 years later and my hair is NOTHING of what it used to be and is still growing out from this terrible haircut I received I cried so much over my hair and I did tell my friend to tell the salon but they told me to call back but I never did because honestly no amount of apology's or store credits couldn't save my hair at that point so I left it, I still think the salon has a lot of potential the staff was very nice just unfortunately my experience shows me they are bad at cutting hair and this experience was with 2 different ladies, hopefully the salon has improved for their customers sake but unfortunately my hair had an awful experience here and it was genuinely the worst haircut I've ever gotten in my life and the worst haircut I've ever seen someone give in real life ALSO I would love to add that I gave both stylist very detailed instructions on how to curl my hair since my hair doesn't hold curl easy I knew they would just fall out if they tried to curl my hair like another other white person hair (I have Asian and white mixed hair) I was super specific with both stylists to tell them my hair needs a lot of moose and hair spray and my hair needs to be pinned after each curl I EVEN OFFERED TO BRING MY OWN SUPPLIES AND DYSON but they told em they can do it so I didn't they listened to everything I had to say then proceeded not to do it but to give me beach waves that I didn't ask for it looks like they only know how to do one type of hair and they're not diverse with styles they seem to only know how to do white people hair and they're don't listen to instructions I was super specific and if I'm paying for a service I would like to know if it can be done right instead of wasting my time doing it wrong and that's exactly what they did, they didn't listen to any of my instructions to curl my hair instead they did what they wanted or whatever was easier for them and gave me beach waves and didn't pin my curls when I wrote like so many paragraphs before I even got there asking if they can do it, they don't listen to instructions and they only give you the type of hair they know how to do, I don't think they're very talented and I genuinely have no idea how the girl that cut my hair got her hair license, I've never been so disappointed mad and hurt from a hair salon they did a terrible job on my hair and I definitely don't ever see myself returning, I wish this buisness the best and hope they can learn and grow from this mistake so it doesn't harm other clients
