I'm extremely disappointed in how they have handled their sudden closure. I have hundreds of dollars worth of services on my account that I will probably never get back. They should have given at least an explanation and provided a way to help ease the financial burden they've put hundreds of people in. I paid in full for 12 laser sessions and was only able to complete about 5 before the business suddenly closed without any notice or explanation to its clients. There was no communication, no emails, no calls, and no information provided about refunds, reopening plans, or how they intend to handle the money owed to customers who prepaid for services they never received. It is very concerning and unprofessional to shut down like this while still holding clients' money. My daughter has been going to this Aria Medi-Spa location since 2021. She had been calling and calling them to schedule an appt for November 16, 2025. We called all week the week of November 10, 2025. I had bought my daughter a package and we wanted to know how many sessions she still had left from that package. Their answering machine says nothing about closing down. In fact it says they are assisting other clients and that to either leave a message or email them at info@medispa.com. She paid $300 for two medium areas since no one was answering her, although we may have sessions left in the package I had bought her. We want to know why her payment went through! I am a long-time client but had a terrible experience and will not be back. They saved my mother's credit card without her consent when she purchased a gift card and charged her credit card for $70 more than the gift card amount. The receptionist was not helpful when I called. She told me that managers rarely come in and would not be able to speak with me about the issue. Additionally, when I went in for my appointment, they had double booked the esthetician, so I had to wait over 30 minutes. Instead of waiting in the quiet room, they asked me to wait in the lobby in a very uncomfortable chair. The facial was good, but the management is the worse I have encountered. read more

I typically go here a few times a year to purchase a gift card for my sister. She has been going here awhile now so I definitely think the spa experience must be great. My experience is simply purchasing a gift card. I walked in and waited for about 10 minutes because no one was at the front desk. Finally a woman came up and asked what I was here for. I told her I wanted to purchase a gift card. She asked for my name and phone number. I was a bit surprised because previously I hen I've purchased a gift card, no one asked me for this information. I was happy to provide it though. After a few minutes of Linda looking confused at the computer, she mentioned that my information was not in the system and that I must have never purchased a gift card before. I told her I did because this is the only spa my sister goes to. I really don't know why but she continued going back and forth with me insisting I could never have possibly purchased a gift card from them before. I felt really awkward at that point. I asked her what is the big deal? I also told her that no one previously asked for this information which might explain why they don't have a record of it. She repeatedly waisted both of our time by asking me over and over again for my phone number and how to spell my name. Finally she stated she would just add me to their system ( probably could've saved us both time by doing this 25 mins ago lol). She had my repeat my phone number three more times lol because she kept forgetting it. At this point it was super silly and ridiculous. Then she took my payment and tied the ribbon to the gift box and literally just said " here". I still said thank you and left. I came here for Cryotherapy here and I was not expecting this place to be much but I was truly impressed with the inside of this place. This is a luxurious MediSpa with all the amenities one can imagine. After doing the paper work I was taken to the locker room and was provided with a robe and slippers to change. After coming out I was taken to the salt room to wait for the next step. The salt room was not a cave but more of salt walls. I really felt relaxed there and almost fell a sleep when the person came and took me to the cryo room. This was my first time doing this so I was a little nervous but the experience was amazing and I loved it very much. The cryotherapy is suppose to help with many things and i had read about it a while back. I felt very refreshed. After that I was taken to the sauna for a sweat session. I was told next would be steam room however they were cleaning it and I did not have a chance to go. I did not kind because I was already over satisfied with everything done. They offer an array of treatments and services including day spa, massages, laser treatments, yoga and even retreat for one or two days including food by a chef. Aria Medi Spa was such a relaxing lovely experience. The atmosphere is very calm, peaceful and luxurious. I felt so relaxed after my body treatments. This spa is truly a hidden gem. My first set of treatments were the Sauna, Kneipp Contrast Shower and Aroma Steam Room with Jacob- what an incredible experience I felt so relaxed and calm after. He was very informative. Originally when I signed up for my spa day I just saw these little treatments as add on BUT they made me feel absolutely amazing. Next was Paradise Ritual Scrub/Wrap with Tuya was WONDERFUL... very strong hands, great sensitivity with pressures, etc. Very restful quiet room. She was amazing - her hands are magic and I can not wait to come back. Final Verdict- The facilities are absolutely beautiful and they have an amazing range of services I've never seen anywhere else. I look forward to returning in a few weeks and would highly recommend Aria Medi Spa for the ultimate spa experience. I was in need of a facial so booked an appointment during their grand opening at 50% of the regular cost of the service. It was a really great deal for a 60 minute deep cleansing facial so I could not pass it up! The overall ambiance in the spa is really nice. The furniture looks expensive, but still manages to be comfortable (that is hard to do.) The receptionist was friendly and I didn't have to wait too long to be seen. The actual facial itself, although painful because of the extractions (to be expected), was good. My skin did have a nice glow to it post-facial. Although I've mentioned all positive things so far, the reason why I'm giving them 3 stars is because, 1) I wasn't given a full 60 minute facial. My appointment was for 6PM, and my facial finished at 6:45PM. I didn't check the time until I was waiting to check out and saw that it was 15 minutes short of the hour!, and 2) The esthetician (facialist) kept trying to push products and additional services on me. She mentioned I needed to buy certain products they sell at the spa and book additional services. When I was ready to check out, she was waiting for me in the lobby with two products that I should buy. I've had facials done at various places and not one has ever been this "salesy". I would recommend getting a deep cleansing facial here, just make sure you stand your ground if you don't want to end up purchasing additional products/services you may not need. read more

Aria MediSpa is my place to escape from the routine and to reload. Sometimes I just come for a couple of hours to get heat in the sauna - as a member I can do it at any time I want. Sometimes I do some procedures. This week I was taking detox bath. I was assisted by Carol. She greeted me at the appointed time in the lounge room and escorted me to the treatment room with a jacuzzi tub. Before to put me in the bath, Carroll made sure the water wasn't too hot for me. The procedure is a pleasant hydromassage in slightly salted water. It lasted for 20 minutes. The treatment in salt water made me feel really relaxed, so it was good to lay down in the lounge room with Himalayan salt and a pleasant music for a while. The spa staff is always very attentive and good at maintaining the cleanliness. There are towels, bathrobes and slippers available for customers in a changing room. The facility also offers freshly made infused water and hot herbal tea. I'm glad I have a place to get away and recharge myself. My VIP membership gives me extra discounts on procedures and the opportunity to share these pleasant moments with my friends once a month for no charge. read more

If you are looking to experience an AUTHENTIC Bikram class, this studio is not it! The studio is never as hot as 105 (regular Bikram temperature), even at the end of each class, it'd only be about 95. It is harder to practice in the luck warm temperature since you are not as warmed up. The teachers have to constantly walk around the studio to refill the constant beeping humidifiers since the humidity is not centralized. Regardless the studio itself is very clean with the fancy pink salt wall and good ventilation, when it comes down to it....it is just not HOT enough! So for you longtime regular Bikram practitioners, I'd recommend a different studio if you are looking to actually stretch and sweat! read more

My sister schduled an appointment for me at Aria Medi Spa Sterling location for a Nordic plunge which is advertised and charged as a 90 minute service. I arrived for my 11 AM appointment on 1/14/2024 and waited in one of their waiting rooms until 11:32 before my therapist was ready for me. He was nice and took me to sauna session which lasted for 12 minutes, after which he took me for a cold pluge (30 second) we repeaded this cycle twice (2, 8-12 minute sauna sessions and 2, 30 second cold plunges) followed by a warm magnesium bath for 20 minutes. This entire process lasted for 53 minutes total at max, not sure if this is normal but I was disappointed from time perspective as I was expecting it to last somewhere close to 90 minutes. If this was an hour session with an hour charge I would give it 4 starts. read more

Always check the correctness of payment for services, especially when paying by card. We were taken first $ 12 and then 500 dollars for other people's services. My appointment was mediocre. I went in for a massage and facial. I needed to decompress after several stressful months. My therapist talked the entire time about all the services and products they offered and how they worked. It felt like a sales pitch during what should have been a well earned treat to myself. I think it's also important to note that the changing room is wide open and there aren't any private places to change. Also most services require a bathing suit, something I didn't know until after I booked and paid. I felt like that was awkward and something I hadn't experienced at other nicer salons. They also collected and charged my payment the day I booked the appointment, so if I had complained, I don't think I would have gotten anywhere. The massage and facial were just okay. read more

A regular sauna session, then coated with a honey solution and salt and coffee scrubs all at 170 degrees, then gently beaten with oak and birch leaves; followed by contrast showers then repeat the process without the scrubs. They were hardly apologetic and did not offer me anything nor did they at least take me to the back where I could at least relax and have a drink or snack. I just sat in the lobby waiting, with them telling me they'll me back any minute now. Absolutely terrible experience; I only waited because I had already left work early and drove out. I will say the ethestician herself was great, but still not going back. I said something again at the end and they offered me 15 minutes in the salt room, but that hardly made up for it. Do you also have an explanation for why we were not offered champagne when promised? Or why your staff was being loud while we were in the relaxation room? Please enlighten me. I don't care for your free service, what I do care about, though, is getting what I paid for. It is great that your establishment holds great standards, but employees don't always carry these out when unsupervised, which is the point of this review: to bring to your attention the problems that arise in your business during our particular visit. Stay away from this place and whatever you do, don't do the Yelp deal. I called the spa before purchasing the Yelp $100 for $75 deal and told the receptionist what service I wanted. I was told that I could get the Yelp deal and it would cover the service. When my wife got there they said the Yelp deal did not cover the service. Then, when she was checking out, the Aria Spa Manager charged us for the full amount of the message and did not take off the Yelp $100. Now the spa manager is dodging out attempts to correct the credit and charges. So, I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company and will also file a BBB complaint. Beware! Update: 5 days later I still have no credit back to my card. Not even a temporary credit which would indicate steps have been taken to correct this error. read more
