I was looking for a place that used Face Reality products as they have worked well for me in the past. I made my appointment through the online booking platform which was super easy and straight forward. I got a confirmation and reminder emails and texts. The day of, the place was hard to find as it is part of this big complex and there are two suites labeled "250." I went to the first suite 250 and it was under construction. I tried to call to confirm the location...no answer. When I finally found the right suite it was dark and no one was there. I sent an email and called but have still not gotten any response. I have gotten facials and waxings from many business which are self-run but still good about texting/communicating with customers. I drove over an hour for this appointment so I am very disappointed.

I consulted with 3 other plastic surgeons in the area all of them charged a min $150/consultation visit and $500-900/mole removal. In my case since we are Prime, I just needed to get a referral from my primary doctor, then everything from the initial consultation to all of the moles removal and follow up were covered fully. Sometimes you'd associate "free" to something that is "less" than paying thousands, nope, not in this case. Unfortunately, as I walked through their door, I was unwelcomed by the nasty staff who gave me an "attitude" despite my all smiling face and being sorry as I was aware I came like 15 mins late (who the hell should care, I paid for it). She said hi, but displeased. She asked, "so that's Groupon?" like she wants to imply something. She was all complaining with a discouraging face and tone of voice. She said she was only going to do the remaining time for me because I was late, not only that, she said, I still have to fill out I think more than 5-page forms which is an implication that since they are lot of pages, I may not have enough time to really do the facials. At the back of my mind, OMG! gurl! Am I getting this for free??? Helooo.. I paid for this! Grrr! I was still positive and composed but still she continued complaining.. I am on the hunt to click with someone- moved here from CA where I had my amazing hairstylist in Orange County for 15 years. Here in VA I've been almost 3 years, and no one comes close. I digress. So the young lady in the front (looked out of high school- blonde, awkward two tone hair) was aggressive and said I was with a level 4 so that's the price because he's an amazing stylist. Well I didn't get my hair styled I got roots done! Yup, just my roots. Ridiculous. They didn't care that I didn't know it would cost that much and they looked at me like I was crazy. Wow- what a rip off. I won't be returning and I'm sure other stylists are great but their pricing, & level system is completely nonsensical. Beware!!
