Their set up suggests that only one client at a time is allowed to get a mani or pedi. I don't know whether this has always been their set up or if it's new due to Covid. Also, when getting the mani, Tiffany and I were separated by a plexiglass shield. From now on I'll only get manis and pedis from Tiffany at Radiance. My regular (non-gel) mani lasted almost 2 weeks! I recently had my hair colored by Teresa. She did a great job. She has also blown-out my curly hair a few times, making it nice and straight, but with bounce. Gabby has washed my hair and gives an awesome scalp massage! Radiance at Lansdowne takes Covid seriously and follows strict protocol to prevent transmission. They got an all-new building air filtration system early in the pandemic. All employees wear masks at all times: they don't even eat in the building as that would mean removing their masks! And, if you'd like the employee you'll be seeing to double-mask and wear a face shield, you can just let the front desk know and they'll accommodate your request. They follow an anti-Covid cleaning regimen that's VERY thorough and do not allow employees to work if they are sick. Before your appointment you must complete a questionnaire that assesses the possibility that you've been infected. You must call the salon from your car when you arrive for your appointment and they will let you know when you may enter the building. They have hand sanitizer at the door and expect all clients to sanitize their hands upon entering the building. I am super paranoid about getting Covid, but feel safe going to Radiance at Lansdowne.

I also want to say that I am on Accutane, so this place is Accutane friendly! Normally, people on Accutane can not get facials due to dehydrated skin, but I have to say that Naha caters to diverse pool of skins! She always uses products that will help elevate and clean my skin without damaging it. Hence, my dermatologist recommending me to go to an esthetician and remove my blackheads. Very disappointing experience with this LaserAway location…read more I signed the treatment contract at approximately 10 PM, and by around 12:30 PM the following day--less than 15 hours later--I contacted the representative to cancel. I had not received the treatment yet, and my reason for cancelling was medical. Before signing, I asked the representative whether I could get a refund, and she told me yes. I have the text messages documenting that conversation. After I contacted her to cancel the following day, however, she explained that when she said "yes," she meant that I could receive a refund only if I completed the treatment and did not see results. That was not clear from her original response, and I feel this should have been explained clearly before I signed a contract. When I explained that my reason for cancelling was medical, I was also told that I needed to provide documentation proving my medical issue. I understand that a business may have policies regarding cancellations and refunds, but I believe those policies should be clearly explained BEFORE someone signs and pays for a treatment package. I also have concerns about the equipment information I was given. I was told that the Elite machine would be used for my treatment, but I later learned that the equipment being used was not the Elite machine I was told about. The equipment was an important factor in my decision to purchase the treatment, so this was extremely concerning to me. The entire experience left me feeling that I was not given clear information before making a significant purchase. I contacted them almost immediately after signing, before receiving any treatment, and still could not cancel the package. I trusted the representative when I made the purchase, but after how this situation was handled, I no longer feel comfortable trusting this location.
